Pros: close to beach, cute unit, good wifi, pools are nice
Cons: AC was turned off when we arrived and the place was 80 degrees, took all day to cool off. One of the blankets looked like it had blood on it. There is a box of flooring just sitting out under the stairs. Pans are dirty with food debris which just totally grossed me out.
I think it’s a great place for what a lot of people are looking for, but as someone who has stayed in Kapalua a million times and used to live here- it just wasn’t quite what I expected/wanted.

The villa was was perfect in a great location close to Kapalua Bay where the whole family enjoyed snorkeling and seeing the turtles. The place was clean and had abundant supplies (toilet paper, soaps and shampoo, dishwashing and laundry detergent, and dishes/pans for cooking). The boogie boards were in pretty terrible shape, but everything else was great! We had an incredible stay!

This newly renovated 1 bed/1.5 bath condo(2levels) right next to a beautiful pool and overlooking the golf course offers everything you are looking for in a holiday unit. Spotlessly clean, super comfy bed and sofas, good quality linens, appliances etc. (only suggestion I could offer for improvement of comfort might be a more varied bed pillow selection). We particularly enjoyed the refreshing breeze coming through the screen doors and windows on both levels. You will enjoy staying here.

This was our 3rd trip to Kapalua Golf Villas. We enjoyed each and every trip to the property but this may have been the best unit. Our unit was well appointed and even had beach equipment. The owners were very easy to work with and had our minor issue fixed within 12 hours. The location is excellent and we will look to book this condo in the future.

This property was exactly as described - if not even better! The resort itself was so quiet and relaxed with everything you might need/want close by. Really appreciated having access to beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Lots of space for our family of four. We really enjoyed exploring this area of Maui and calling this property home. We have stayed at the golf villas multiple times and love this development, however, this unit was a disappointment. While the unit was large and located very near the pool, the unit was in need of a deep cleaning and updating. Our air conditioner was broken the last two nights of the trip and the dryer was so dirty and filled with lint that we could not use the dryer until it was cleaned out. The key entry should be replaced with a keyless entry lock to make entering easier. While the owners were very nice and responded to our concerns, it was frustrating to have to even have to contact them at all.

We ended our stay on Maui by staying at the Kapalua Golf Villas and couldn’t have asked for a better location! Condo was well stocked, near the pool, and had a view of the water from the deck and bedroom. Owners were very responsive to our questions as well. We hope to return and stay again in the future! 🌺

We had a great time at this Kapalua golf villa during our stay in June. The location is outstanding, right on the 4th hole fairway of the Kapalua Bay Course. It was fun to watch golfers each day from the porch while having breakfast or relaxing. Location is perfect too, a short 5-10 min walk to either Kapalua Beach or Napili beach, Montage or Merriman's for dinner etc. If you don't feel like walking, the free Kapalua shuttle is fast and will easily take you where you want to go. We used the shuttle for days at the beach, instead of lugging around beach gear in our own car or walking with it, which was super convenient.
The condo itself is spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and meal prep, greatly appreciated! The onsite pools were a lot of fun and close by, kids really enjoyed it. Also a big plus having body boards, tubes, pool noodles, beach chairs, umbrella and anything else you might want for beach days. Would definitely stay here again, looking forward to our next visit, thanks!

What a wonderful part of the island. There a couple restaurants and beaches walkable from the condo. The pool has a great grill area and steps from the front door. I appreciate that they had a couple boogie boards and umbrella to use. Thanks for making this vacation that much better.

We were hesitant to travel during this current upsurge but our stay here was just what we needed after a challenging year. This unit is quiet, has a lovely view, conveniently located to the pool and beach, Honolua Store (my fave), golf and restaurants. It’s clean and well appointed with everything you might need provided. I would suggest one thing - coffee, at least for the first morning until guests can get to the market. A box of tissue would also be appreciated. Otherwise, really enjoyed our quick week here and do wish we could stay longer!

This unit at Kapalua Golf Villas met all our expectations and was very enjoyable. The area was quiet and relaxing and others who were staying in adjacent condos were friendly. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed and overlooked the the fairways of the Bay Course. There was an on demand shuttle that would take you to anywhere in the Kapalua area. We would recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in this area.
Only negative for us is that my wife and I are both over 65 and my knees aren’t the best. The bedroom is on the second floor which we knew but the stairs were long and I thought kind of steep. It is something I will consider next time we rent but unless you have issues climbing stairs I would highly recommend this rental. Thanks Beverley for your attention to detail.

This was our second part of our stay and it was a welcome change from the resort we had just left. It was peaceful and beautiful. The condo had a great home feel that we were missing after 5 days in Hawaii! Beverly was responsive in our one inquiry. The area around the condo was very cute with shops and restaurants as well. Highly recommend this location!

This was a fantastic location for "getting away from it all" to get some rest and relaxation. Before my stay I had great communication with the owners regarding the covered parking spot. Usually a covered spot is a bonus, but the only car I could rent had a camper tent on top (car rental shortage 2021). They were very helpful in providing me options and everything panned out smoothly. There were plenty of uncovered spots open for use right next to the unit. The pool was right next to the unit, too.; super convenient! I was looking for a quiet, relaxing, private, and very comfortable place to rent, and this place did not disappoint. The updated kitchen and master suite are beautiful. The view from the back lanai and the master bedroom are near idealic.
