AUTHORIZED USE AND GUESTS: The Premises is for the sole use as a personal vacation residence in compliance with the requirements of the Declaration of the AOAO of the Golf Villas, as amended, for either: (1) a single family not exceeding eight (8) persons provided all occupants are part of one single family consisting of parents and children, or the legal custodian or the “designee” of the child’s parent or legal custodian, with that person’s written permission; or: (2) not more than six (6) persons any of whom are unrelated by blood or marriage. In addition to Occupant identified above, only the following shall reside at the Premises (include age).

A high chair and pack and play can be made available for no additional fee. Please request prior to arrival.
A recreation package can be added to your reservation for an additional fee. Please reach out for more information.

I want to be as fair as possible in my review. Some pros: 1) Beautiful location and fantastic views 2) Service was responsive and I felt they were doing their best, though there were many issues. 3) Large enough to comfortably fit our group (5) and could have fit 2-3 more. Cons: 1) The unit is aging and a lot of things need to be refreshed. 2) There were problems with contrary quotes and duplication of fees before arrival. This was resolved, management was responsive, and I think it was an honest mistake, but I need to point that out. 3) The bugs. A huge problem (roaches and ants). I know they have a cleaning crew etc, and management was responsive (thank you) and compassionate about it, but nonetheless something must be done for future guests. The entirety of building 25 may be infested or it could just be this unit. I can’t say with any certainty, but it definitely needs to be tented and then normal 3 month service (on the outside) will solve the problem. The placement of roach motels on kitchen counters and floors (they were there upon our arrival) does not solve the problem and it instills a constant queasy feeling for the guests. I want to give this place glowing marks but I can’t. With some work and attentive care it can get back there. I think the property management team are doing their best and want to get it back to its former glory. Maybe in a couple months time they’ll have it there.

I was very unhappy with my stay at this home. I'll list the pros first - the home was spacious (we were a group of 6), the outdoor deck spaces were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked well with plates, utensils, pots and pans. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy any of it because within the first 5 minutes of arriving onto the premises, we found multiple cockroaches in the kitchen. We were hoping it was a transient thing, but they were everywhere, and we only kept finding more and more each day (baby ones too, which means they were multiplying). This made our stay quite uncomfortable, as one can imagine, because who wants to go on vacation only to be living with roaches??! On top of that, there were baby ants EVERYWHERE - on the tables, in the carpets, on the bathroom countertops, in the showers. All of it just made my skin crawl. I tried to contact the property owners but could not reach them at all. When I did get in touch with the company who manages the residence, they sent a crew to "spray" the home but this didn't help. They gave the excuse that with the pandemic and excessive rains on the island there has been an increase in infestations and they haven't been able to keep up with treating the residences. However if this is the case - then why continue to rent the home without it being properly treated?? And fail to inform the renters?? We had to deal with this until check-out because they had no other homes available to relocate us. This was definitely the worst experience I've had renting a home, and I would NOT recommend this home to anyone. If you are considering it, please look elsewhere.

We loved our week at the Kapalua golf villa. The views of the ocean and the whales were so calming and relaxing and we enjoyed watching the golfers each morning. This location was perfect as it's quiet and away from the wilder side of Maui, but close enough to walk to the beach, some closer restaurants and beautiful trails. The property was clean, spacious and well equipped. We had a fabulous week!

This property exceeded my expectations The condo is wonderful and spacious located overlooking the golf course with amazing 180’ degree view and facing the beautiful sunset ever night Ten minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from Kaanapali whalers shopping area with outstanding restaurants and shops Strongly recommend, you won’t be disappointed

I booked this property for its proximity to Kapalua bay. It has nice large bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen and family room to accommodate our family comfortably. Pros: large bedrooms, kitchen , patio space, beautiful grounds, and access to pool and beach equipment. Cons: pricy for the condition of the property. The pictures don’t show the wear and tear of the unit. The sliding door is super loud and the outdoor sofa is so worn you don’t want to sit on it. . You can hear the neighbors on the other side and bottom of the unit. Over all we had a great experience and would stay again.

The villa is nicely placed among the golf villlas, easy to reach and with a good view out to Molokai and Lanai. The deck is particularly nice for breakfast, and wine at sunset. The villa itself has a nice open and relaxed feel and is well appointed. This was especially true of the kitchen, which was useful this trip as Maui was the most crowded we've seen in 30 years. But, cooking a few of our own meals, looking out the doors to the ocean, didn't feel like a problem. The most amazing thing about the villa is that it has 3 bedrooms, one down and the others upstairs - unique among Kapalua villas, I think, or at least very rare. It was sparkling clean, response to a problem with the AC was very good, and Taylor was a pleasure to work with. Oh, and the villa entrance is at ground level, so no lugging suitcases upstairs just to get in. Absolutely recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The views of the surrounding golf course and ocean were phenomenal. The condo was spacious and had games, sand toys, beach chairs, etc. All 6 of us had a great time.
