We could not have chosen a more perfect location to spend a week on Maui at! This condo was beautiful and had most everything that we needed… And when we noticed that a couple of things were missing like a toaster, cutting boards, the property manager replace them within an hour! I can’t begin to express what a beautiful view we had from the master bedroom upstairs! I sat every morning in the beautiful chair and watch the whales breach! It was absolutely magical! This condo was absolutely perfect for our family and we cannot wait to return!

We had a great stay at this cliff and beach side location! wonderful views sitting on the patio. Easy walks to three close beaches, including wave beach and snorkel beach. Pool just over the hill. Hard to come back to reality after our great vacation. We will be back!

So spacious, clean, well stocked, amazing view of the ocean… first time ever on a vacation we looked at if we could just book it again for next year.Christmas is a hard time of year for my family so this was the perfect retreat. The unit was a little dated but extremely clean, management was attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Beautiful location that was set on a hill overlooking Kapalua Bay. Great location, right next to the coastal trail and near amazing restaurants like Merriman’s (dinner), Island Vibes (coffee,breakfast,lunch) and The Gazebo (best mac nut pancakes ever). An overall good place!

Unit was a little run down. I can see they have done upgrades just well used. Had crazy neighbor experience a couple of times. Not owners fault but really unfortunate for such an expensive area. Cabinets need a deep cleaning smells like dead fish when you open the lowers. Great view and location. Whole experience not worth the cost. Hopefully others have better luck.

We had an incredible stay at this property over the Christmas holiday!Killer views from both floors and a very well appointed and stocked living room and kitchen plus, the mattress was very comfy allowing us to feel at home while on vacation. This place was awesome! Lots of space. The view from the upstairs bedroom is the absolute best. Loved having the couch up there. It was so nice to wake up with that view. Bed was sooo comfy!The area is so beautiful, the grounds are so pretty. Very close walk to the Kapalua trail. The only bummer was the wind which obviously is not a knock on this individual condo. It was our first time staying specifically in Kapalua so not sure if it’s always windy in that area on the hillside or if it was just a particularly windy week. The beach right by the condo was always to windy to hang on, but a short walk took us to Kapalua Bay Beach which was a great little beach that was more sheltered from the wind. I would very happily stay in this unit again.

The property and condo is absolutely beautiful, as described, with a stunning oceanfront location that’s hard to beat. It was peaceful and offered incredible views, especially from the balcony. We enjoyed daily walks to Kapalua bay. However, the place could benefit from a few updates, particularly with the balcony doors (hard to open) & twin bed. Overall lovely stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a Maui getaway.

This is a very spacious condo for a couple, with amazing views and close proximity to several beaches. Easy and pleasant walk to the Ritz and the beach there, to the tennis garden, and to Kapalua Bay beach with good snorkeling.
A number of reviews mentioned wind noise, but Maui can be a windy place and this is an exposed location (hence the great views!). There was definitely wind noise, but we did not find it bothersome
One star subtracted from Cleanliness, due to a couple of dead bugs and some ants, but this the tropics, so that is to be expected and not a big deal. The condo was very clean in all other respects. (Note to management: the ants seemed to like the scented Kleenex on the main floor bathroom sink. We move the Kleenex box to the back of the toilet and no more ants)

This villa has a huge picture window facing the beautiful ocean. The grounds are amazing and there is so much to do nearby. Lots of walking trails, etc. The only thing is that the taxes on the free car are higher than quoted but not bad. I will definitely return!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the unit. It was clean, fully stocked and the location next to the pool/grills was ideal. Truly a vacation of our dreams. We spent countless hours outside watching the waves and when we wanted to walk to the beach, it was a 3 minute walk. Private/quiet, but close to all the amenities we enjoy in Kapalua. Everything about this stay was easy and we would love to return!

The location and views from this property were fantastic! Unfortunately, I could not get over the MUSTY smell in the master bedroom and family room. It was overwhelming, I can only assume it is in the furniture and rugs. It was also very moist in the master bedroom even though we had the air conditioning on the whole time. There were 2 chairs that looked out at the water and when you got up your shorts were damp. Just really too bad! The kitchen was fine but needed some basic utensils. The silverware was a mix match and not many place settings. One more thing the outdoor dining table and chairs had only 3 chairs we had take a chair from inside when needed. Our master toilet broke the first day and the maintenance group was great. They came out and fixed it right away. All and all the place is so beautiful it just really needs an update and somehow they have to get rid of the SMELL.

This was our first time staying in Kapalua! We loved it. The condo had beautiful views and the property management was super responsive. Clean and property looks like it does in the photos! We also like the quietness of the property but still close to many restaurants. We also though the beach which is about a 5 min walk was quite and beautiful.

Had a wonderful vacation at Kapalua Bay Villas. The unit was exactly as advertised. Very quiet and beautiful setting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Appreciated the beach chairs and cooler. The unit overlooked one of the pools, so very convenient. Pools did not feel heated though, and colder than the ocean. The other pools had better views of the ocean. I wish there was a better view of the ocean from the unit, just a bit of the ocean peaking over the trees and rooftops. Loved having breakfast every morning and drinks in the evening on the lanai. Proximity to both Kapalua Bay and Oneloa Bay was ideal. We preferred the beach at Oneloa Bay better as it was less crowded and bigger. Kapalua beach was the best for snorkeling. In the bedroom, I wish the bed was a bit firmer and I would have loved blackout blinds or curtains as it was bright in the morning. Wish we could have played more tennis, but the courts closed for repairs halfway through our trip. Overall a wonderful experience and hope to return in the near future.

Kapalua is a perfect quiet getaway. Awesome for walkers and Kapalua Bay closeby is gorgeous. Condo itself has amazing second floor views but is showing a bit of wear. Could use a refresh and a pantry with more than salt and pepper. No oil. No foil. Had to buy a coffee grinder as an example of what wasn’t there.

We have stayed in this unit a number of times over the past 10 years. This year, all of the furniture is new and the central A/C is fixed after 2 years using noisy portable units. It has one of the best ocean views on the property. Kitchen and bathrooms are dated compared to most other units, but that might be why the price is lower as well.
