It would be nice if check out was a little later. They were pretty inflexible about that.
We had to fix ice machine because it hadn’t been maintained.
Beach chairs and umbrellas were nice, but access to cushions for uncomfortable outside chairs would be nice too.
Had to replace several light bulbs.
Lots of soaps available, but more shower gel would be nice.
Overall place is awesome, but just a little tweaking on maintenance would make it perfect!

Located on the west side of Maui, it's worth noting that you may need to add an extra hour for travel to major attraction tours. Nevertheless, this property is a true gem for those seeking a harmonious blend of natural beauty and upscale comfort.

Having a washer and dryer, as well as a fully stocked kitchen was wonderful. The location is fantastic and we were able to use the shuttle service to move around the property to different restaurants. We saw whales from the patio almost every day. We can’t wait to come back! Pros-Great location, condo was decently furnished, beds comfortable
Cons-AC in main bedroom did not work well. Maitanence tried to fix it to no aval. Condo di have 2 chairs and an umbrella but the umbrella was broken. Kithchen well equipped but there are a limited number of forks/spoons, etc so constatntly running out after 2 meals.

Our stay was PHENOMENAL!!!! From the beginning of our stay til the end, customer service was exceptional—10/10!! All questions (rarely any) were addressed promptly. We felt so at home in this beautifully appointed, Hawaiian themed villa. The property was well maintained. The views of the ocean were breathtaking with easy access to the beach and trails. The pictures don't do justice! We loved waking up to the picturesque view of the ocean/island from the master bedroom!! Additionally, the place was immaculately clean and had everything we needed—cooking utensils, extra bedding, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, coolers, surfboards, beach wagon, ect. All of the guests and locals at this resort were so friendly and welcoming. If we come to Maui again, we would definitely stay here again as we felt so at home here!!! Maui is truly PARADISE!! Our stay was unforgettable considering we departed just hours before the Lahaina fires. Cant wait to go back!!!

We have stayed here many times over past few years. Condo is as advertised if not better due to recent upgrades. Linda does accommodate your special requests if possible. The place was ideally suited for easy access to to beach, hiking, golf, etc. When we walked in door we were greeted with breath-taking ocean views. The rooms were comfortable, the master bath was great, and loved the breakfast room and back patio.

It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool was not even a minute away. The water heater broke while we were there and it was fixed within 24 hours. The customer service from the Parrish group was phenomenal. They checked in on us before we arrived, during our stay and at checkout. I would 100% recommend this condo.

We absolutely loved our stay in the condo on the beach. IT had all the amenities needed, and fit our family just perfectly. Be sure and use the complimentary bags provided. We don't come from a place where they charge for bags at the stores. The beach chairs and cooler came in handy as well. Only suggestion would be for a couple soft throw blankets for the evening sits on the beautiful patios, it was a bit windy and brisk in November. But honestly nothing to complain about. The view is epic, and waking to the rolling waves was just the perfect way to start every morning. A brief walk to the beach or the opposite direction were beautiful cliffs where we enjoyed viewing turtles. We will be back for sure

The location was wonderful. The cleanliness of the country condo is great. We did have some issues with roaches and lots of ants. The basic amenities left a lot to be desired, such as coffee filters or storage plastic bags or saran wrap or tinfoil. other than that we had a great time.

Great views from both floors. Waking up in the morning and enjoying the sunrise from your master bedroom was priceless. Unit is close to the access trail to the beach which was nice, 10-15 minutes walking distance to many excellent restaurants. The only downside was walking up and down stairs to access your bedroom other than that I would higher recommend this unit!!

We absolutely loved this condo. It was. Lose to several beaches and great snorkeling spots. Kapalua is very low key and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the entire condo was clean and nicely furnished. There was a body board, chairs, snorkeling gear, and a cooler to use. My Perfect Stays was very responsive to an A/C issue that we had during our stay...we appreciated the professional way that they handled it.

We can’t say enough nice things about the beautiful grounds, fantastic views, awesome home and wonderful people we met at the Kapalua Bay Villas. The ocean view is like none other! It’s mesmerizing! Our experience was amazing. We will definitely go back to this community again.
On a personal note we almost canceled our trip to the west side because we wanted to be sensitive and respectful to those affected by the recent fires but I’m so glad that we didn’t. It was a beautiful experience to get to visit with the locals, hear their stories and support them in whatever small ways we could. It was a beautiful experience all around.

We stayed here 10 years ago for our wedding and we knew we'd come back to Maui for our anniversary. This time we brought our 2 kids and I was so excited to find the same exact villa we stayed in before. We stayed in a hotel our first 2 nights, and realized that you can't beat the privacy of this unit. Having no upstairs or downstairs neighbors is essential when you have kids that are excited to be in Maui. The beach was a short walk and the pool is just steps away. I could not have been happier that we got lucky with this location 10 years ago and that we were able to find it again.

We enjoy the Kapalua area best and this house was incredible. From the expansive views to balconies everywhere there was plenty of room for our family of 5. We enjoyed the proximity to a pool and a quick walk to kapalua bay. The house had great amemities including beach chairs. Parrish goes above and beyond to make it easy to check in. The house was very clean, plenty of towels, and even had robes for everyone which was a wonderful bonus. We would come back!

Everything about this villa was top-notch. Very clean, airy and bright. The view from the small porch is spectacular. Having a washer and dryer on hand was invaluable. It is very calm and peaceful (albeit windy). Unfortunately our stay was cut short by the tragic wildfires nearby, but the property owner could not have been more gracious and responsive while we navigated what was going on. The unit is also very close to pools and tennis, which is a huge bonus. The large tv was impressive as well. We hope to return again, and can only hope this area of Maui recovers quickly from such a devastating incident. Regardless, our stay here was wonderful and we definitely recommend booking this villa!

My partner and I stayed in this beautiful villa for a week in June. Everything was perfect. The finishes and furniture were designer level, the bed very comfortable, and the kitchen included everything we needed plus more! The view is amazing and the location is an easy walk to 2 major hotels on a beautiful trail. What really distinguishes this experience were the hosts. They were so welcoming and responsive to our every need. I highly recommend this villa and can’t wait to return.
