My Family and I had a great time in Maui. The Villa we enjoyed also. We have stayed in another unit at Kapalua Bay Villas last year which was an upstairs unit. This downstairs unit and patio flowed out onto the grass which was convenient for our grandson. We played catch and threw the frisbee several times just a step outside our Villa. Sunrise and Sunset views are breathtaking and the nighttime stargazing fascinates. We will definately be back soon.

Amazing property with beautiful views overlooking the incredible pool and ocean. We spent a good bit of time just sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean breezes. Close to walking trails and beach. The entire condo, especially the kitchen, had everything we needed. Washer and dryer were a bonus. We were very comfortable during our entire stay and hated to leave. Many thanks to our host!

Condo was absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious. Perfect location to multiple amazing beaches (walkable). Amazing ocean views from the patio. Large lawn grassy area to play catch or lay in the sun. 5min from a grocery store and quant restaurants. Fishing off the rocks was also amazing using shrimp and squid (don’t forget to buy a fishing license online, 40 for the week). In unit laundry was a life saver!! We will most definitely be staying again.

Beautiful view from this condo! We’ve been to Maui before and have stayed at the more crowded Kaanapali beach area. We did enjoy the quiet solitude of this area. Nice balcony to sit out on at night or walk down to the beach area. The condo was very clean and had a huge bathroom. We did text upon arrival and received a message that the condo was not ready and we would receive notification when it was along with the codes. When we received the message we were unable to get in past the security gate. It seemed that the code wasn’t activated. The management company did assist us with getting in after about a 20 minute delay. We paid for late check out since we had a late flight back to Seattle and got locked out again. When I cashed the management company they said they should have given me new codes since mine deactivated at check out time. We paid for 1/2 day extra stay and had to sit outside the gate again for another 15-20 minutes before it was fixed. I asked if they could comp us for any of the inconvenience and they only offered a discount on next stay. Funny because they wouldn’t let us arrive 1 minute early or leave 1 minute late without paying for it then did not compensate us when we couldn’t access the condo twice due to their mistake. Not the best customer service in my opinion. While we did enjoy our stay, I found the furniture to be a bit uncomfortable, especially the mattress. I would stay in the area again but maybe look for a different management company

This place is amazing! The view of the ocean and beach are breathtaking. The condo has a luxurious feel, with a spacious bathroom. Felt like we were at a spa. The kitchen was top notch. Enjoyed the air conditioning. We could walk to 2 different beaches. Beach chairs and ice chest was a nice perk. The washer/dryer came in handy. The host was super helpful. We hope to stay here on our next trip to Maui.

The property was beautiful and the view breathtaking! It had everything we needed including shampoo, conditioner and soap in every bathroom, for our 11 day stay. I would choose this place again and again if it’s available. Some of the best snorkeling on the island is just a short trail walk to Kapalua Beach. Which we frequently visited. The beds were comfy and three couches fold out into beds creating plenty of space for a large family. We made most all our meals there because we had the best view and didn’t want to leave it.

I do recommend that it’s not advertised to have a bathtub since these units have small water heaters and not enough hot water to take a bath. Everything else was so perfect, that it’s easy to overlook the bathtub. Thank you for the great experience in Kapalua!

We did encounter a couple of maintenance issues when we arrived but the management company and hosts worked to get the problems fixed as quickly as possible. This is a beautiful condo near the beach and many walking paths in a great area of Kapalua. There are many great restaurants in the area and great snorkeling within walking distance. Waking up to that scenery made it easy to forgive a lot.That said, privacy is a real consideration. A busy trail runs directly in front of the unit, meaning hikers have a clear sightline straight into the bedroom — something the listing doesn’t exactly advertise. The waterfront itself is rocky with no direct beach access, so don’t expect to step outside and plant your toes in the sand.The condo interior is also showing its age. Walls and baseboards are scuffed and dinged throughout and are well overdue for a fresh coat of paint. The living/kitchen area layout feels dated and cramped — a space that really needs a thoughtful redesign to match the premium price point and stunning setting it’s built around.If you’re here primarily for the view, you won’t be disappointed. But between the lack of privacy, no direct beach access, and an interior that hasn’t kept pace with the “luxury” billing, there’s meaningful room for improvement.

Tv did not work but cable did - but no sound. Contacted management twice but they kept putting off any immediate action. For the price I would expect better service.

The ac was off upon arrival. It took two days, and a servicing before it cooled the condo. We reserved for four people for a 10 day stay…they stocked 2.5 rolls of toilet paper, 2 bath towels, no wash cloths, and no beach towels.View is terrific.

Our stay was fine. The property seemed like it hadn’t been opened up for the season. When we arrived on the property the door was wide open on the main floor and there were bugs all over the wall. This was a bit sketchy as we arrived late at night. We attempted to contact the management company but they did not respond until the next morning. While there was a full kitchen, it was poorly stocked. No sponge for the kitchen if you planned to cook a full meal here, you would be without sufficient items for this. Also quite difficult to get hot water in the sink and bathrooms. We had to wait a long time, and had to call maintenance to get the hot water going. Otherwise, location cannot be beat for this unit. Right by the beaches, walking trail. Easy parking. The pool closest to the unit was closed during our stay which was frustrating.
