We had a wonderful stay at the Kapalua Bay Villas! What a perfect location - a quick walk to Kapalua Bay for amazing snorkeling, a romantic dinner at Merriman’s, and a nice walk to Dragon’s Teeth along the Kapalua Coastal Trail. The villa had everything we could need for our family - including beach chairs and sand toys, plenty of towels, laundry, and a great kitchen! Plus, it was clean, safe, beautifully decorated, and had amazing ocean views! We can’t wait to visit again! Mahalo for sharing the perfect home away from home with us!

It was the perfect stay for my family. The home is located really close to the beach and hiking trail. The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The Napili market is close by and short drive into Whalers Village. The view was gorgeous and tranquil.

The villa was perfect. Dishes and silverware were new, as were the washer and dryer, dishwasher and fridge (bonus to have both ice and large format ice-balls)! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and well-appointed! Excellent stay!

The unit was immaculate!!! It was just as beautifully appointed as the listing stated. Great views of the ocean and well stocked—we had everything we needed right there in the unit. The host was very responsive although we needed no further assistance once there. Would definitely recommend this unit!!!

The unit was very nice with excellent views and was well equipped. It was conveniently located near a pool and the refurbished (since our last visit) tennis/pickleball courts. The location is great as you can walk to several beautiful beaches and enjoy the fabulous Merriman's deck at Happy Hour and/or explore the open air lounge at the Ritz Carlton.

The very first morning we woke up and were enjoying our coffee on the porch and we saw a whale breach. It was the thing I was most looking forward to while spending two weeks in Maui and we saw one day 1. You would actually see many throughout the day, but this particular one was close and was the only breach we saw while sitting there. It was spectacular.The property itself was exactly as you see in the pictures. Everything was very clean and we felt like we had everything we needed for the five days we were there. The location is great because there is a walking path right in front of the complex and we walked it every single day. Not only was it beautiful to walk along but it was good exercise and could take you to some restaurants for breakfast or lunch. There is also a little market very close by for any things you might need.The only things I would say is there is a musty smell when you first get there. But we either got used to it or it went away. And then on our final night, the gate code quit working. There is no one on site to help you and the after hours number tells you to leave a message. So that’s not super helpful when it’s night time and no one answers the phone and you’re locked out. Luckily someone else came maybe 10 or 15 minutes after we waited and we followed them through the gate. So not the greatest customer service but all in all I would definitely recommend this place.As I mentioned, we were there for two weeks. The rest of our time in Maui was spent in hotels and honestly our stay here was probably my favorite.

Gorgeous property sitting above the Onalea beach. The partially enclosed deck was an awesome addition. The property was clean and beautiful and very comfortable.We would definitely rent this property again!We practically lived on that deck overlooking the beach in the walking path. Beautiful ocean view! Loved how the Hawaiian theme decorated throughout the property. Have stayed in Kapula several times and my husband and I liked this property best! Great location and lots of scenic walking paths. Easy walk to beach. The condo was well equipped with kitchen tools for cooking. Very peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely would book again in the near future!

12B-2 was beyond or expectations. We loved the cleanliness, amenities and the overall luxury. Our 2 couples enjoyed comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. Kitchen was great though we only prepared breakfasts there. The location was perfect near several beaches. We'd like to come back again and recommend it.

This is an end unit, two story condo with no units above, and it was in an excellent ocean-front location. Just a 4-5 minute walk along the Kapalua Coastal Trail to the world class beach at Kapalua Bay, and 3-4 min walk to the beach at Oneloa Bay. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The upper NW coast of Maui is very laid back and uncrowded -- as compared to the more touristy areas around Kaanapali.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was beautiful and incredibly convenient. The ocean view was amazing, and the area had a much slower, more relaxed pace compared to the larger resort areas like Kaanapali, which we really appreciated.It was just a very short walk down to the beach, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The grass area out front was also a highlight—it was a great space to relax and enjoy the scenery.The condo itself was very clean and well cared for. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the little extras left by previous renters like spices and olive oil, which made cooking easy. It was also nice that beach chairs were available for guests to use.There was plenty of parking right out front, which made coming and going very easy. The pool was not heated during our stay in March, but it was still pleasant to use.Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would happily come back.

Very happy with our stay. KBM was very responsive and kept us updated on our trip as well as checking in during the trip. The condo was as described with a better view than expected. Beach access was great and walkable. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. Added bonus was watching whales in the ocean from the comfort of the patio. Would definitely book here again.

This Kapalua Bay Villa was a nice change of pace from the tourist hubbub of Kaanapali. We loved the updated unit and the photos are very accurate. The ocean view was expansive and we enjoyed great whales watching every day from the unit. It's also perfectly situated for Kapalua Bay walk. There were three pools available for use so they were never crowded. The area has several lovely restaurants with different cuisines and if you are inclined to cook, the kitchen is well equipped. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking early as Merriman's and other highly sought after restaurants book months out. We don't golf but there are at least 2 golf courses. We will definitely return.

We had a really nice stay in Kapalua. The location is fantastic—only about five minutes from our favorite beach—and the views are unbeatable. The central air was a huge plus, and both bedrooms were very comfortable. The bathtub/shower setup was a little odd, and it would be great if the tub were actually usable, but it worked well enough for the trip.I mentioned a couple of small issues (the kitchen faucet and a lamp), and it seems like they were addressed quickly, which I appreciated. The kitchen itself could use a few more essentials, and I’m personally not a fan of the combined washer/dryer unit—it takes 3–4 hours to finish a load. Not a dealbreaker, just something to know.Overall, though, it’s a great place and I would stay here again. The only thing I’d avoid in the future is the upper-level condos on the property—they’re much more open and quite noisy compared to this one.

Our stay at KBM Villa was absolutely magical! The panoramic ocean view from our lanai were breathtaking! Our villa was situated in a setting that was truly center stage. This was evident by all of the coastal cliff walkers who looked our way with "thumbs up" and smiles. The villa itself was impeccably clean and luxuriously appointed. After shopping in Wailea/Makawao/Paia, I recognized similar high end interior finishes in our villa. The owners did an amazing job decorating and spared no cost with high end kitchen appliances. I would encourage anybody interested in staying in Kapalua area to consider this villa...you will thank me from afar! Mahalo!

Loved the view. The place was stocked well, except needed a broom. Quick walk to Kapalua Bay to snorkel. The bathroom inspired my future home renovation. The bed could be slightly more comfortable and it was difficult to cool off the place with the AC. Overall I would come back it’s in a nice quiet neighborhood and great location.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It’s beautifully appointed, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The view is absolutely stunning and the covered porch with water views was the perfect backdrop for morning coffee and evening relaxation. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer, which made this part of our trip so much more convenient.The location couldn’t be better.
