The views from this property are spectacular! The two of us were there for the month of April and got to see whales out the windows nearly every day:-) The property is in an excellent location with 3 beaches that are all within walking distance. An excellent property in a great location!

We had a great stay in this condo on the Kapalua Bay Coastal Trail! The unit was clean and had tons of space. It was a little hard to find initially from the property signage, but the check in info provided was very helpful and led us straight to the front door. The unit is located right on the Kapalua Coastal Trail so access to the trail and Kapalua Bay was great (as was the people watching). If you like a little more privacy, you may want to pick a unit further from the water, as this unit feels like it is right on the trail. All the windows have blinds for privacy and we enjoyed the view/location too much to be bothered by hikers walking by.

I grew up in Lahaina and spent much time up in Napili/kapalua. A lot has changed! This place was the perfect place to reminisce. It had almost everything we needed cooking wise. The space was perfect for us two. The bed was very comfy and supply of towels was perfect. Having the laundry was handy as well. We had a little glitch with the TV but got that sorted with the manager Alyse and she was quick to reply and accommodating. The beach chairs could use an upgrade but that’s just our opinion. They are just cumbersome to manage on a beach trip. Overall, we enjoyed our 6 day stay!

Our stay was perfection! The perfect place to get away and enjoy the beauty of Maui. The views from the condo were stunning! It was quiet, no crowds. Easy access to walking trails and a cute little store (Honolua Store) was close by for any last minute needs. The condo was spacious and easily accommodated 4 adults. Will definitely be back! I am so happy to have discovered this place! The break we all needed!

Spring break with our family, who stayed in a nearby VRBO condo.This is a beautiful condo in a great location. It’s a short walk one way from the condo to a beach great for snorkeling (great fish and turtles) and a short walk the other way to a beach great for wave riding (too rough for younger kids). We also got in some tennis in on newly renovated and well-kept courts and used the pools and grills too. Perfect!!! Everyone in our group loved it!

The property and location were amazing, and more beautiful than what the pictures showed. We were much closer to the beach than I thought we would be. The location was quiet and peaceful. The check in process was clear and easy. The price for the property was very reasonable, and there was plenty of room in the unit. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The villa was well equipped, however could be cleaner. The view in the picture of the patio is not that direct of a view, landscaping has taken over and the view is blocked when sitting at the table. The villa is right by the community pool, which is good and bad. Liked the location of the villa and would return.

The location was excellent. I think the home could use some updating with paint and living room furniture. The bedroom furniture was lovely. the mattress, not good at all. Wonderful bathroom! Very nice kitchen with lots of amenities. Great balcony where we enjoyed watching the surf. Overall, great stay Thank you ! We'll return!

Perfect unit for my family of 4, with my in-laws in a unit nearby. The view was spectacular, the kitchen was just what we needed, perfect amount of space for 6 nights. We loved the special touches of local coffee and pineapple. We appreciated the beach gear that was available, though we only used the towels and one beach chair. It was wonderful having such different beaches so close...short walk in one direct for safe snorkeling, short walk in the other direction for waves large enough to tower over my 6'3" husband (he loved it). Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Maui.

Our family has stayed in multiple rentals in the KBV’s and this has been one of the best. Everything was perfect! The view, proximity to the pool and tennis courts, amazing water pressure, extra amenities, communication, and bedding/linens. All the extra special touches were really appreciated too! Last but not least.... the bed is super comfortable!! Much mahalo for sharing your home with us.

We loved our stay here. The unit was nicely furnished, including a kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals on the patio with a 5-star view. The complex is clean and well-kept, and the pools are situated in great areas with unique views. The check-in process was smooth, communication was clear and helpful, and we will definitely look to stay here again. The unit was clean, spacious, and all around wonderful.

We had a fantastic time at this property in Kapalua! The oceanfront views were absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better—so close to everything we needed. The condo was beautifully and comfortably decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. Perfect location with very nice views. Lots of room for two people. Quiet, nice little pool that was never crowded, fairly close to beach access. We walked the coastal trail every day. Only downside was that the wind (which is always stronger around Kapalua) was acting up.....25-30mph each day. All in all, a very nice stay.

If you are looking for a place that has it all, you have found it with this beautiful Kapalua condo. The photos don’t do it justice! It was perfect for myself, husband & two kids, 8 & 10. We loved being able to be within walking distance of 3 different beaches, the coastal trail & the bay golf course. Having all the chairs, umbrellas, boogey boards & snorkel gear made it so easy. Alan & his team added so many nice touches that were unexpected & made us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to come stay again in the near future!

The condo unit is very nice. Convenient location and super views from the 2nd floor bedroom. Main floor has nice views and is right next to the pool area if you enjoy being next to the pool. Kitchen well appointed. The unit is very well maintained. Easy parking. One late afternoon we watched whales from our balcony. Super communication with the property manager. My sister and I loved our stay at this Kapalua Bay Villa! Alan communicated with me from when we booked the property to our checkout date, inquiring if we needed anything, if everything was good, etc. If we needed anything, he was quick to respond, as well as Russell, when Alan was away.Awesome hosts!As for the view, pictures do not do it justice. We loved waking up to the ocean view, as well as enjoying a glass of wine on the lanai after a full day of activities. The close walks to Kapalua Bay and Oneloa Beach make it an ideal location, as well as the proximity to the coastal walk and the entire resort walks/trails. It was also great to have the beach chairs and snorkeling equipment provided.The bed is very comfortable, as well as the living room sofa. We cooked many nights, and found all we needed (we did need some bbq utensils, and Russell delivered them immediately). The entire place was spotless, and plenty of towels and toiletries were provided. Spending time at the pool was relaxing, too. My sister went to the gym a few times and said there were many machines/weights available, as well as a full locker room.Thank you again for going above and beyond, Alan and Russell; we hope to visit again!

Stayed here 3 years ago. Loved it so much we decided then that we would come back for our 50th Anniversary. Missed being able to visit Lahaina this time but had wonderful dinners at the great restaurants - Merriman was the crowning touch. Will definitely be back.

Yes, this unit is outdated as you will read in other reviews so I won’t review based on that. However, there are a few issues…many of blinds need to be fixed, the kitchen is understocked with very few bowls, plastic cups, or lids for the cookware. Parrish management group was great, and brought in Tupperware for us, and the broken hose on The Lanai was replaced by the manager. We just feel like the property owner should up their game a little. Yes, the property was priced lower than many of the surrounding units, but not by much and we’ve stayed in other similarly priced units that were nicer, and more well stocked and maintained. Parrish for their part, was great on communication and the property was clean and had ample towels/linens and soaps.

My family of five had a wonderful stay in this condo! The condo is located very near Kapalua Beach; a walk my young daughters could easily accomplish while carrying a beach towel and toys. The condo is equipped with beach chairs, toys, snorkel gear and boogie boards. The layout of the condo was wonderful, providing all of us plenty of space. It was also very clean, comfortable, and cool. The views were absolutely stunning! We had a marvelous stay and vacation.

Great location- quiet at night, super clean, very comfortable bed, loved the roomy shower! We loved having coffee along outside on the patio while watching for whales. Don't forget your binoculars! It was lovely to use the folding chairs supplied when we walked over to Kapalua Bay beach to snorkel and swim. We also loved being able to walk to the shops/restaurants/walking trails near the Ritz. Nice to make some of our own meals along with dining out. We had a wonderful stay and plan to return soon! Thank you!
