This place hit all our needs. It was clean and a great size with a nice lanai. We enjoyed our mornings and afternoons sitting and watching the ocean. The kitchen is well appointed and even came with a bag of coffee for our morning cup. There were plenty of towels and other toiletries available for use. Looking in the closets it had everything you would need to go to a day at the beach. The beds were comfortable. The only bummer would be if staying with another couple, as another rater noted, the primary bedroom is more of a loft. Although a nice size with a balcony, it doesnt lend itself to much privacy. Overall, it was a very nice quiet place to stay.

Lovely home, comes with everything you need to take advantage of the beach (5 minute walk). There are chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear and an umbrella! Kitchen has what you need to take advantage of the dining room and outdoor patio! Close to ziplines, restaurants (Merrimans is a must), and all kinds of beaches! We will be back if they will have us!

Beautiful, clean, and cozy villa. Home included all of the essentials to stay comfortably - including fan, extra blankets, and everything needed to cook food at home if desired. The views from the villa were breathtaking, we enjoyed quiet mornings on the lanai sipping coffee overlooking the ocean with the sound of the waves. The private beach and 3 pools are just a short walk from the villa. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and stores located nearby. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to return in the future!

This was our first time visiting Maui, and we were wowed by this property. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises/sunsets and had nice privacy. It was conveniently located to great beaches, food and shopping. The home was full of amenities like beach umbrellas, chairs and snorkel gear, which we took full advantage of! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The unit is perfectly located for easy pool dips and private feeling beach trips- up on a bit of a bluff, just off the Kapalua Coastal trail. The decor is beautiful and beachy, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. Golf was nearby at Kapalua Bay and Plantation courses- and the Ritz spa is an easy walk. Many thanks to Rick for sharing his lovely beach home with our family! We were sad to leave!

The views were breathtaking the moment you walk in the door. Checkin and responses to questions were very prompt and accommodating. The location was perfect and we enjoyed walking the trails right outside the back door. Beds and furniture were all comfortable. Would definitely stay again and hope to do so.

Electronic front door lock unlocked to get us in the first night but didn’t work the next seven nights. Called the emergency service no one answered and the voicemail was full. We had to leave the back screen door unlocked so we could get in and out of our condo. Gate code didn’t work the last night we were there so we had to park on the street luckily the car didn’t get towed. Vacasa never emailed us back with any kind of compensation or explanation

This is a great location if you like to walk the coastal trail and snorkel at the bay. Very quiet and clean. The only issue was the outdoor chaises were rusted and one broke when I went to lie down on it. Hopefully, they change those out. Then my gate code quit working the night before I left and I was coming back after dinner. Luckily someone showed up to go through the gate so I followed them in.
Management is definitely responsive if they are in the office at the time you need them. All the girls there were very helpful with my checkin process. Just know the gates are reached in the driveway of the Montage and you’ll find it just fine.

We stayed in this condo for our honeymoon. The community itself and the views from the condo were excellent. it was a quiet, private unit and community. Check in was very easy. The decor of the unit was just fine. The problem lies within the cleanliness of this condo. To name a few extremely disappointing issues- the shower liner AND curtain was moldy, most of the bathroom towels (hand and body) had stains & the bed pillow cases were either permanently stained or hadnt been washed when we arrived, which caused cringes when laying down after a long day of travel. The mattress on the bed needs to be updated, there is a huge depression in the middle. The dishes were all dirty, splattered with food, so we had to wash our own before use and the kitchen cabinets had gunk caked on them. The biggest gripe was after booking a 5 night stay, there was only ONE roll of toilet paper, which we didnt notice until it was too late. Very disappointing for a Honey Moon stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The Kapalua Bay Condominiums are situated in a beautiful place, and this one in particular had a great view. One of the window shades in the bedroom was broken and blocked part of the view, but I imagine it will be fixed. There is a balcony off the bedroom that is quite private and has a lovely view. The pools were really beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was basically the perfect stay, the views and location were absolutely breathtaking. Super spacious for our family of six, super comfortable furniture and all the necessities. The only thing to note was a few dead roaches but it is a property right near the water in a tropical location and there was never any living insects that were bothersome and the washer is quite small so keeping up with washing beach towels is a process as the washer only held 3 at a time.
In all I would 100% recommend the property to anyone who is looking for an amazing stay in beautiful Hawaii.

Don't like being pushed out by 10:00 am since our flight is at 7:30 pm. Black mold on downstairs ac vent and upstairs drapes. Been staying in bay villas since 2011. Surprised this unit wasn't more updated. Stayed in same unit in 2011.

Overall, this is a very nice unit. I’m giving 5 stars, but would have given 4.5 if that were an option.
Check-in was great. They just email you the codes before arrival. Parking is available only steps from the unit, and on the same level.
The view, while nice, is restricted because of the placement of the unit. Other condos box in the view, so you definitely have an ocean view, it’s just narrow. Also, the placement of the units means you are always on display when in the dining area and on the deck. The main deck is very narrow: only room for chairs. It would have been nice to have room to stretch out.
The unit was clean, and very well stocked in the kitchen. We prepared all our breakfasts and half our dinners, and always had what we needed. Beds are comfy. WiFi is strong.
The only issues we had were a garbage disposal that didn’t work (fixed same day by a very friendly tech); sliding glass patio door and screen that need repair (dragging heavily and noisily on tracks); and a personal beef with the multiple communications basically telling me not to steal the towels (not worded that way, but that was the gist).
We love Kapalua, and have stayed on property many times. Everything you need or want is close by. This was the first time in a Bay View unit, and while we enjoyed our stay, the restricted view would cause me to explore alternatives before booking this one again. That said, if we returned here, we would enjoy our time every bit as much.

Just what we needed. A place to relax and take in all that Hawaii's mother nature offers. As soon as we walked in the door and saw the view we knew it was going to be perfect. Very clean, very quiet, and well appointed. Easy walk to several beaches. Couldn't have been better.

This property is simply gorgeous! It’s spacious, neat, well appointed and has the most amazing views. You can just walk right out and you’re at the pathway leading to numerous beaches and natural features of the area. My friend and I stayed for five days and whale watched regularly right from the dining room and lanai. We saw whales nearly every day! I highly recommend this rental. It’s the perfect place to stay in Maui.

The rental is in a great location, with a gorgeous ocean view. It was very quiet during our week long stay. The rental was well equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances. It was very comfortable & nice to have a washer/dryer. The unit was very dusty as if it had not been used for a long time. We did encounter insects invading the kitchen and Sullivan offered to assist by arranging a spray service. Fortunately there was spray under the sink. After 2 days of spraying, we won that battle. In the meantime, we kept our food in the refrigerator and microwave. We really loved Kapalua area and will definitely stay in that area for our future visits. Convenient as other family members also stayed at Bay Villas.

This is a great two level unit in the Bay Villas, recently updated, and one of the best locations in my opinion. It is very easy to walk down to Kapalua Bay or Oneloa beach, and obviously the coastal trail is only 2 minutes away.
The two levels provide great views from every room and because it is close to the pool, it is very convenient if you want to stay home, grill, and dine on your lanai. The unit has everything you need for food prep, cooking, grilling, for packing lunches, and for going to the beach (coolers, umbrellas, chairs, snorkel equipment).
Alan and Russ are great to work with, they even checked in after we got there just to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. Can't wait to go back!

This is our second time staying at the Kapalua Bay Villas - something we hardly ever do when visiting the islands of Hawaii. This condo was as nice as the one we stayed in about ten years ago, both managed by The Parrish Collection. Proximity to the channel and the ocean was perfect. The condo has a full-on oceanfront view with the opportunity to see whales, birds, hikers, surfers, paddleboarders, and windsurfers. Oneola Bay with its wide beach is a short walk away. Kitchenware was fully stocked as were paper towels, toilet paper, and similar consumables; we only needed groceries. We mistakenly bought bottled water, not realizing that the refrigerator had filtered water (with an almost new filter). The rooms were spacious and well appointed with wonderful artwork throughout. The grounds were impeccable with crews working on something different every day.
With so many coffee machines on the market now, I'd love for the management company to list the type in the unit on the VRBO page. This one had a permanent filter basket-type machine. We've encountered K-cup, Nespresso, and automatic espresso in other rentals. It's good to know when you shop on the way to the condo. We guessed correctly.

Condo was perfect! Very clean. Well kept. The views are spectacular at this location. It was nice being able to watch the weather every day. The staff at the parish collection were so helpful and responsive. There is a great path that takes you past the montage into Kapalua Beach. There’s also a great walk all the way to Fleming Beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

We absolutely loved our Condo for our stay in Maui. I would definitely stay in the same Condo again. The view from the bedroom was amazing. We appreciated the cleanliness and the care in the house.
My only nit picking is our gate code stopped working the evening before we left. We were coming back from dinner and could not get in with our code. We tried to call, but since it was almost 10pm, were unable to get ahold of anyone. Luckily we were able to eventually follow in another car. Thankfully that was possible, but other than that we very much enjoyed the stay and would recommend to friends and family.

My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and our daughters 15th wedding anniversary. We loved the condo. The views were breath taking. This was our first stay in Kapalua and we loved it. The restaurants were great. My husband and I enjoyed walking on the trails, watching for whales and sitting on the trails to watch the sunset. We stayed in March and loved the condo. The space was perfect for the 5 of us (kids 21,18, and 12). The view is amazing from both balconies (living room and master). My kids loved that the pool was just across the parking lot and used it daily. The private beach is within a 5 minute walk and was great for playing in the waves or catching the sunset/sunrise. The master bedroom is an open loft which isn’t exactly detailed in the listing, so there is a lack of privacy. Watching the tv in the main living room and in the upstairs bedroom would not be possible at the same time, only an issue once, not a huge deal for us, but something to note. All in all, a beautiful property and location. Clean and well supplied. Plates and drinking glasses were fine, but mismatched, adding a few more would be helpful. Would stay here again!

We've stayed in many Bay Villas and this is one of the best! It is in great condition and has everything you need for a week+ long vacation, from storage containers to boogie boards, chairs, and umbrella, it has it all. The check-in amenities are awesome too! Alan and Russ were awesome to work with, they communicated everything on time and even checked in with us after arrival to make sure everything was going well. Could not ask for better hosts. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed at the Villa for 4 days in celebration of our 45th wedding anniversary! The photos on the website are accurate but don’t even do it justice. The villa was more spacious than it looked in the pictures and the views especially from the bedroom were breathtaking! We saw the dawn every day we were there as well as surfers and some whales from afar. The beach and boardwalk are just down the hill and you can walk several miles on the Kapalua Coastal Trail which connects to our boardwalk and goes past hotels and even Hawaiian sacred grounds. 5 stars all the way! A hui hoe ( until we meet again) hopefully soon!

We were very fortunate to have found this beautiful comfortable condo with exceptional view of the ocean and palm trees. Comfortable lanai furniture and table made it a pleasure to sit outside and watch the ocean, whales, boats and birds. The King size bed was very comfortable, and the large oversized shower was a great feature. Beautiful ocean views from the kitchen, dining room and living room. Very private and secure condo.
