Good place for anybody who likes swimming in the pool or sea. Great possibility for hiking (Kapalua trails). Kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Coffee machine and espresso - great taste. Really nice seaview.

We really loved staying in Alan’s condo. It had everything we needed and the most amazing view from the upstairs bedroom. The bed was so comfortable, it was amazing to wake up to the beautiful sunrises and ocean views. Any questions we had were promptly responded to by Alan and Russell. The complex was quiet and not busy which suited us just fine. The shuttle service made it easy to get to the Ritz and other sites near the villas. I highly recommend Alan’s condo and can’t wait to come back.

We stayed at the Golf Villas before, but this property had a great ocean view and location with just an easy 10 minute walk to Kapalua beach. Property itself was very clean, and the extra touches to think of everything you may need. Staff was great with accommodating flights and checking in during stay.

Highly recommend this property! The ocean views from the master bedroom and lanai were picturesque. We watched wales every morning. Our host was very responsive and the condo had all of the amenities needed along with beach accessories for the very short walk to the almost private beach. Enjoyed our stay!

We were thrilled Alan's villa was available for our dates in Kapalua, our third stay at this amazing location just off the Kapalua Coastal Trail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kapalua Bay! The views were spectacular and we found the access to Oneola and Kapalua bay extremely convenient to walk to. Kapalua Bay Villas are the perfect location. Access to beach trail, amazing views. Saw many whales just sitting on the back porch. This unit has everything you need. The views and sounds of the ocean are amazing. The accommodations were clean, stocked very well, had detailed instructions for electronics, and, although I didn't call, felt communication was open for assistance from property manager and owner. I rented a Jeep and had no trouble driving around the island. Also, parking right outside the front door was very convenient. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Kapalua is ideally located to the best beaches and spectacular
ocean views. This place has up close oceanfront views, is in a quiet townhome manicured gated neighborhood. It’s just minutes walk away to gorgeous beaches, snorkeling, and boogie boarding. The unit is the best rental I have ever made through VRBO. Everything in the listing is 100% accurate.
My wife and I travel differently than most people. We actually enjoy preparing our own meals, especially with a glass of wine at the grill, watching the sunset. The kitchen is truly "fully stocked." Most places have a couple of warped fry pans, incomplete sets of knives, dinnerware and plates and too few dish towels and cleaning supplies. Not here. Everything you need is in the kitchen and in excellent shape and working order. The unit is tastefully decorated, the bed is comfortable and the bedding is top quality. The views are extraordinary from the living area and bedroom. All your meals can be enjoyed from the lanai.
I would come back in a heartbeat.

This property was simply amazing! The views from bed every morning are incredible as well as from anywhere in the condo. The location is awesome, less than 2-3 minutes from golf, amazing restaurants and the Kapalua Trail and Bay. We could not have enjoyed our stay here anymore than we did. The condo is super clean and well stocked with everything you need. We will be back!! Wow, this place was great. Every morning waking up to great views of the whales while we enjoyed our breakfast on the lanai. The place was clean and well-represented on the site. Alan and Russel go out of their way to make the place enjoyable. The place was furnished with the essentials for a great beach time - umbrellas, beach chairs, and snorkeling stuff. I felt like the place had a little nicer upgrades, better towels, thicker toilet paper, and even a few supplies that you need occasionally. We love the location walking distance to Kapalua Bay. My wife’s favorite beach. We saw turtles, whales, dolphins, and fish in the bay. It was a great week but too short. We will have to go back.

This condo has everything- including an amazing view from the living room and bedroom. Just 50 yards (or so) to the ocean and a short walk to a relatively unused beach. They thought of everything - from laundry detergent to blenders to not only a coffee machine but a Nespresso machine too. Smart TVs, binoculars to watch the whales with and all the beach gear you need as well. Our hosts made the process seamless, from booking to check out. The property manager met us on site when we checked in to give us a quick orientation- wonderful service! The neighborhood is upscale and a pleasure to drive into. You will not be disappointed!

We had such a wonderful experience with our 2020 stay at this lovely condo that we looked no further when planning our recent vacation to celebrate our anniversary. We especially appreciated Alan's responsive communication and attention to detail. Russell greeted us at the condo and encouraged us to reach out with any problems or questions during our stay. We love the peaceful location and spectacular oceanfront views, just steps from the Kapalua Coastal Trail (which we walked every day!) and several beaches. Listening to the waves crashing into the rocks was so relaxing, especially on the lanai with a cup of coffee or glass of wine! We echo other reviewers comments on thoughtful amenities and well-appointed kitchen. This condo has it all! We cannot wait to return to Maui and would definitely book Alan's condo again. Paradise!

Just two words - Breathtaking views !! This property has it all -One of the best ocean views , fabulous set up inside the condo, spacious and well furnished and a great location. Everything that we saw in the description and more. Kitchen is well stocked up and we enjoyed our daily cappuccino in the Nespresso machine watching the waves in the Lanai!! Waking up you have an option- you can look ahead and see the vast ocean with waves or turn to the side to see a picturesque sky with palm trees . The owner Alen was super responsive to our needs . We would highly recommend this property to anyone!

To start - I have rented several VRBO's over the years and have never worked with a host as gracious as Alan. He was extremely accommodating, responding to all our messages/texts/emails within minutes and had such great information on things to see and do.
The Condo itself is in the perfect location. I'll never enjoy a cup of coffee the same way after sipping on the patio listening to the waves, taking in the ocean breeze and gazing off at the view. It was very well stocked with everything we needed and super comfortable. My wife and I were there with our 5 and 8 year old and we had plenty of space. The condo is a 1 minute walk to the pool and sits perfectly between the bay (calmer for kids) and the beach (more fun for dad to ride the waves).
Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, sand toys, cooler - you name it, this condo has it. It sits in a very quiet neighborhood that is gated, beautiful and super safe. A quick 15 minute drive to all the shopping and dining in Lahaina and everything else you need is within walking distance.
I will be back - and soon! Don't hesitate on this one, if you're going to Maui and it's available - BOOK IT.

We stayed at this condo for two weeks and didn’t want to leave!! The condo itself was clean, well equipped and had phenomenal ocean views. The owner was very responsive and helpful from booking through our arrival and stay. You can quickly walk out to the cliffs or down to a beautiful and uncrowded beach. We absolutely enjoyed staying at Alan's property. It is a wonderful apartment with exceptional views ,very clean and comfortable. The apartment was well equipped and he even has all the beach and pool stuff. We have a toddler and Alan was very kind to make arrangements. Alan's condo is spectacular and comfortable. We felt at home right away and the views are breathtaking. It was a perfect getaway for our family with three pools to choose from, two beaches that are walking distance and rest just a short drive. The house also had lots of amenities including coffee + nespresso machine, beach toys, boogie boards, cooler & snorkeling equipment. We didn't get to use the tennis courts this time around!
Alan & Russel are very responsive and the hospitality is out of this world. We are already planning our next stay here!

Waking up to the incredible view of the ocean right from the bed, having a coffee on the balcony, choosing which of the 3 beautiful beaches to walk to with a plethora of beach gear provided. Quick jaunt to Lahaina, or even walking to Sensei, or Pour House, is my idea of a perfect vacation. This condo provides everything you could possibly need. This was our second stay here and it will be our first choice for our vacation home away from home. Each time we have stayed here the complex has been very quiet and peaceful. It’s right next to Montage and in my opinion has better views!

The welcome gifts were much appreciated after a long day of travel. The unit is spotless and beautifully decorated, with a lovely view of the ocean. It has everything one needs for a relaxing stay, and Alan has given extra attention to details to ensure an outstanding experience. Parking is easy and the location is unbeatable, within walking distance to the Montage, the Ritz Carlton, the Kapalua Trail, and several beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend!

This was a fantastic place, in a fantastic location, with fantastic hosts and amenities. The property location is ideal - quiet and yet very short walks from multiple idyllic beaches, and even a few restaurants. The condo is updated, clean, and comfortable with quality appliances, electronics, and other details. The owner (Alan) and property manager (Russ) were both highly communicative, thoughtful, and responsive. Alan set up the hide-a-bed for our children before prior to our arrival (as well as a gaming system!) Russ helped us by walking us through the condo and all its amenities, and later by printing event tickets we'd forgotten to take care of ahead of our trip, and delivering them to the condo for us. There were generous allotments of coffee, treats, toiletries, and basics like paper towels that allowed us to focus on relaxing upon arrival, rather than running out to the store. Similarly, having quality snorkel and boogie board gear available upon arrival bought us more time to enjoy our vacation. We can't wait to return!

We spent 10 days in this beautiful condo with superb views out over the Pacific Ocean. The condo is very well appointed and very comfortable.
We were greeted by Russell who manages the condo for Alan Ng. The presentation on our arrival was fabulous with a greeting bottle of Moscato, a box of cookies and generous supplies of coffee and other useful consumables.
Russell was very attentive to our needs and dropped by to help solve my inability to master the TV controls. When the kitchen basin grinder failed, repairs were promptly effected. We could not have been more impressed with the service.
If you are planning to stay in Kapalua we highly recommend this condo.

A lovely condo in Kapalua, perfect for a couple. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and this place made it special. Everything you could ask for is provided. We love to snorkel and the location is close to all the best beaches. Honolua Bay in particular was amazing. The property is in a spectacular location with beautiful gardens all around. Bonus points for the Honalua Store nearby. Great takeout food or eat on the lanai if you want something easy. Alan was a pleasure to deal with. Hope to come back

Alan is an excellent host, very helpful and on the ball. The condo has been upgraded recently and is really high end. There is an endless ocean view and you can watch the whales from both floors. Alan made sure that the condo was well stocked with all the essentials.
