Very comfortable unit with everything we needed. We have stayed a total of 13 times at Kapalua Bay Villas. This unit was nice. Furniture was comfortable, it was stocked with everything we needed and this area of the complex was very quiet.

Our first stay in the Kapalua area after many stays in the south Maui Wailea area. The unit and complex are very nice. Quiet oceanfront location on the walking trail between Kapalua bay and Oneloa beach. Easy walk to either beach. While we still prefer the Wailea overall, if you are looking to stay in the Kapalua/Napili area, you can’t go wrong with this unit and complex. Photos are from Oneloa beach and the path in front of the unit.

Kitchen was sparse, no place to put luggage, no Kleenex in bathrooms. Check out to early 10am Kitchen garbage can sitting in dining area. Have stayed in Kapalua for years and most Villas were more generously appointed.

This is a beautiful villa. Amazing ocean view. Plenty of room for 2 of us. Kitchen has basics everything you need for breakfast, lunch and simple dinner. Bed is comfortable and enjoyed the spacious bathroom. Host was available about my inquiry. Look forward to staying here again. Mahalo

Exactly what we wanted. The area, Kapalua is exceptional the place clean, very roomey, everything I needed was in the kitchen ,bathroom, and very comfortable King bed. Definitly will stay here again. Great parking, close to pool, and resturants. 5 stars across the board

Location was great with lots of pristine beaches and snorkeling spots close by. The villa itself was clean and easy to access. Some of the patio furniture was worn from the elements but that was about it. Overall a great area to stay in if you like a quiet relaxing place.

This property is wonderful. The view is beautiful and you can hear the ocean crashing near by. The linens and furnishings were very nice.
I would highly recommend. The only thing is that when they say 10:00 check out, they mean it. We had a cleaning person knocking on our door at 10 sharp. It would be nice to have an 11 or 12:00 check out.
But that’s the only thing I would change. Fantastic unit!!

Beautiful condo along the coastline of Kapalua. The living room has a great view of the ocean. The sound of waves hitting the rocks can lull you to sleep if you opt for the sleeper couch. The unit is within good walking distance to the swimming pool and a 10 minute walk to Kapalua Bay. Our only recommendation for this unit is they find a way to cool the bathroom. The multiple window/skylights allows for the hot sun to heat the room and the AC and ceiling fan doesn’t cool it down.

We had a wonderful time and the condo was just as described. Really enjoyed the quiet gated community and the hiking along the shore located just behind the house. Really enjoyed watching the surfers on the empty beach (short walk).

Very nice property in upscale area. 5 minute walk to two beautiful beaches. You can snorkel in one beach and surf on the other. See the sunset every day. Walking trails. Small community pool and tennis courts.

The Kapalua Bay Villas area is very nice and private. This property was way more than we expected. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Maui.

Lovely condo in fantastic location. Ocean view from deck was superb. Great parking and very private. Would definitely rent again. But, do note that view is to north , so no sunset and no Molokai. Also, bedroom windows stay masked by curtain shades since they face driveway and there is no view. Finally, no colander in kitchen and wicker patio furniture can get uncomfortable.

The place is much older looking than the photos. The dishwasher was not working when we entered the property and the management company didn't correct the issue in a timely manner. Poor communication and professionalism. The view of the ocean is far and hindered from other units. We did not enjoy our stay.

Absolutely LOVED our stay and would definitely return! Felt almost like living there. Didn't want to leave! Beautiful little condo - so clean and decorated perfectly. Amazing views immediately when you walked in, and the sound of the ocean on the balcony just lovely. Nice quiet complex - but perfectly situated in between two gorgeous resorts. Short walking distance to beautiful beaches and honestly some of the best snorkeling we've ever had anywhere. Property Management was very responsive and made process easy and smooth. Had one tiny little hiccup with security gate on last night that was no one's fault - but Kim was so lovely when reached and sweet in trying to assist. Helped try to resolve as quickly as possible. Made us feel even better about the property in dealing with such nice people. Wish we could live in it year round ;D Really had such a great trip and couldn't have asked for more. Can't wait to return again in the future. Thank you!

The views from the unit are undeniably stunning. We love the Kapalua area and the location of this unit did not disappoint. The pictures were accurate and the unit is spacious, the grounds impeccably maintained and the pool area was surprisingly nice. There were four of us and we always felt like we had plenty of room and even with one bathroom never felt on top of each other. My only two comments would be the beds could benefit from proper comforters and the standalone A/C unit in the bedroom can be quite loud if you are there during a warm time that necessitates leaving on through the night. Overall it was a great experience and definitely hope to be back soon. Aloha!

My small family (3) really enjoyed this property. We especially loved the lanai where we could sit and read and watch and listen to the ocean. The condo is well stocked and super convenient to several beaches. Loved not having to drive to the beach daily. Would 100% stay here again! Also the management company is super responsive and kind.

The condo is as pictured. Easy access to condo. Beautiful area & you had the pool to yourself. There were two small things with the condo & I mean small. There was an issue with flies inside the condo & looks like there were more by the outside bedroom lanai. Also this condo is very limited on the basics for the kitchen but we were at the end of or stay after staying on the big island and at another condo with our kids so we didn’t plan on cooking much or eating there for our last four days. I personally thought it was beautiful & the hike around the bay villas is gorgeous. Next door the Montage is also beautiful. I personally found it very rainy & windy in the Kapalua area but this condo is very lovely.

My unit has awesome views of the ocean located between 2 Kapalua beaches, 2 pools with ocean views and 2 major resorts the Montage and the Ritz (very short walk to all ) I'm a golfer ...the bay villas are less than 2 miles to the plantation and bay courses that offers discounts to all Kapalua villa guests. Kapalua is my favorite place to vacation in Maui and i would definitely recommend the bay villa to anyone

1st time in Maui. Had a blast. This condo is amazing. We spent a lot of time here. Beautiful view. Turtles at the rocks in front of the unit. Beach access like 3 min walk. Very close to everything. Bed was comfy. Bathroom perfect. All around amazing place. Thank you. Will definitely be staying here again. I didn’t want to leave.
