The view and location were great. The furniture was old and uncomfortable and the toilet was so low. I was recovering from a knee replacement so it was difficult for me. We loved the layout and all amenities were good.

Renter beware. The owner/management company does not provide any type of refund when the property is not as advertised. For my entire stay, there were lots of termite droppings falling onto the dining room table from the ceiling. I have pictures, if they are needed. This problem could not be solved during my stay. The property location is good. The ocean view is nice. The local service team is responsive and very pleasant. My only issue is that the property had a material problem that they couldn't fix, then would not agree to any type of partial refund of any rent and fees that were charged.

Location is great! Unit sits right on the water, sunsets at night are spectacular. You can walk out and snorkel with green sea turtles! Facilty is nice and has grills that sit on the water as well that are well maintained for cookouts. Nice king size bed in air conditioned bedroom with good linens and towels. Only draw back is that the unit and furniture are a bit dated. Overall a great unit for a couple to stay in for getaway!

This is the second time I have stayed at NP and loved it as much as the first time. The views are spectacular. The unit we stay in was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. My only suggestion is to put the little round felt stickies on the kitchen cabinet doors. I would absolutely recommend this location and unit to anyone!

We LOVED Bob and Tracy’s condo. Napili is where we always stay in Maui and we sure hope to return to this condo on our next visit. The furniture and bed are comfortable. Plenty of storage. Kitchen well equipped. Everything was super clean. Beach equipment was all provided. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful views, easy drive and parking, inviting landscape. This was a quiet neighborhood situated away from the highway. The unit was well stocked and cleaned. We did not encounter any indoor insect life. The outdoor creatures were fun and you can also see the Hawaiian green turtles from your lanai. The snorkeling was wonderful and suitable for a child. You can walk to Napili Bay but it's a bit tricky. I had the opportunity to snorkel with sea turtles including a baby right from the property, at the appropriate distance. The pool is smaller and there is no hot tub but it's really not necessary. It was never crowded unlike at the big resorts. Although I love dogs and have one, I appreciated that this facility did not permit dogs. When we would walk over to Napili Bay, multiple people had large, unleashed dogs on the beach including a couple that continuously barked at everyone for hours. I really enjoyed that this was not the experience at Napili Point. I would stay at this complex and at this specific unit on the future.

View and pool were great. However we did have some issues. Upstairs bathroom had vise grips to turn on shower, lighting in upstairs bathroom was terrible, They came the next day to fix the shower as was promised. There was shortage of hangers, no blender, potholders, kitchen sink stopper. They did stop by with those items the same day after I texted the property management. However, it did take time out of our vacation day to get this stuff taken care of, which was unacceptable. Also, the lighting in the family room was very poor and the floor lamps in there were broken and about to fall over. Lighting was so poor. It was hard to play games at the kitchen table because it was so dark. The furniture was kind of old and tired. It could use some sprucing up.

Lovely! Spacious clean unit with easy access to the beach and turtle cove right in the backyard. Only complaint which had nothing to do with the unit itself, the bbqs were out of order and we were not told by the check in office….and the property manager had no idea. We didn’t find out until we had a plate full of ribs to bbq . The unit itself was perfect and the property manager was always in contact. Nest place to watch the sunset.

This property is absolutely amazing! We stayed here for two weeks and did not want to go home. It's in a quiet, private complex and the unit is beautiful. It was clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. With views of the water, we spent our mornings drinking coffee on the deck and evenings with a cocktail watching the sunset. Napili and Kapalua beaches are within walking distance and restaurants and grocery story are only a couple minutes drive away.
I was also really impressed with the level of communication from our hosts. Not only did they provide plenty of details and info beforehand, they checked in during our stay to make sure everything was ok and helped proptly when we had a small issue.
We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a tranquil Maui vacation.

Loved our visit, and loved the location of this property! Although the bathrooms could use some updating, it was nice, clean and comfortable. In the description, it says the a/c is ice cold, but that's only if you agree that 72 degrees F is ice cold. That is the lowest it goes, and on a hot day, it could not keep up. That said, the ceiling fans made it comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs! They had some snorkeling gear, but we didn't use it.

Very beautiful location. Lots of snorkling right out the front door. Has snorkling gear, beach towels, chairs, etc. Kitchen is lacking in glasses and silver wear but has lots of plates, ccffee cups, pots and pans. Cool enough with AC and fans. Comfortable King size bed.

Great location near a popular beach with great views right front the unit. The unit was very clean, which is tough when you are so close to the beach. Generally a comfortable place to stay, although all the doors are slatted (not uncommon for Hawaii) but it does not cut out much sound, so if you are traveling with young children or people sensitive to noise, it can be a bit of an issue. Not a dealbreaker, but made sleeping more of a challenge for our 2 young children.

This condo was perfect. That view is absolutely stunning. We loved watching the turtles and rainbows. Swimming with the turtles right outside the back door was the highlight of our stay. Our teenaged kids loved the bay, which was a short walk. The condo was perfect for us. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The resturant next door, 5231? ...might be different numbers, was delicious and our server was the nicest person. This condo is in a great location and came with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We loved it!

How many times have you needed a vacation from your vacation after all was said and done? You won't feel this way if you stay here. We spent half of our days on the island at the condo rather than dashing from place to place. You can pop right out your back door and jump in Honokeana Bay where you will snorkle with green turtles. Follow the easy foot trail around the corner and have a beautiful beach day on the sandy shores of Napili Bay. Or just jump in one of the two pools at the complex, neither of which were crowded. If you have a grill master in the family, you will find no other grill station in a more beautiful location than this one with a spectacular sunset view. It was so lovely in fact, my husband volunteered to grill dinner two nights of our stay rather than eating out. The only draw back is the north shore is a solid 45 minute drive and traffic at rush hour can be tricky getting to that side of the island. This is easily avoided, however, with just a little planning. The property management team was super responsive and so easy to work with. Check in was easy and the condo is clean and well outfitted. If we ever return to Maui, we will stay here again. The view from the upstairs/loft bedroom is so lovely, it's a great way to wake up each day.

Location, location, location. The view of the ocean is absolutely stunning. The property is well maintained and in a quiet area on the islands. I love Napili and Kapalua area for hiking, rock, jumping and lovely restaurants.The only negative I would say about the property is the pools are basic and could use more landscaping and shade, however the views of the ocean are stunning.

Nice stay. Was on ocean, but not “beach”. You need scramble over rocks to access adjoining beach. Otherwise, you can walk about 20 minutes to beach. You can snorkel right off property-but again, need to access via rocky coast. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues expecting easy beach access (as I believe pictures lead one to believe). Think fee for stay was also exorbitant.

Enjoyed our time there after the second day! Had to rate 4 stars because we did have an incident with an infestation of termites in the upstairs bedroom on the first night and since it’s an open area they were everywhere. Our family of three had to sleep in the one bedroom with twin beds. Overall it was a great place with breathtaking views!

We have celebrated several anniversaries at Napili Point, specifically in this unit. The unit is clean and updated and a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed every breakfast and dinner on our lanai.
