We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Napili Point! The views from the unit are incredible, and we love the location between Turtle Bay and Napili Beach! Also, the unit is very well stocked with everything you need. Updated appliances, finishes, etc. Very comfortable for our family - 4 people total, 2 kids (ages 10 & 8). Would definitely recommend and will plan to stay here again!

The architecture of the property was just right. The upstairs bedroom had an amazing view. We went to bed at night and woke up each morning to a breathtaking view of the bay, along with the calming, therapeutic sound of the waves. Emmet was always available via text. The pool was never crowded.

We had a wonderful 10 days at Bob’s condo. From the minute we got there all we wanted to do was lay on the patio watching the waves. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was so peaceful. Not What We ExpectedWe booked this condo based on strong recommendations from friends and the beautiful view shown in the photos. While the view truly is spectacular, there were several things that weren’t visible online that made the unit a poor fit for us.The condo is part of an older two-story building, and the exterior has multiple mismatched window A/C units and a stone stairway that feels very dated. When we arrived, the interior felt hot and stuffy. We turned on the A/C but when we returned hours later—and even the next morning—the unit still wasn’t cool. With the warm weather, working A/C was essential.The windows facing the ocean also appeared foggy or had condensation, which made the beautiful view less clear. The second bedroom opens directly onto the main floor, which wasn’t ideal for our family. In addition, the condo sits right on a busy road with only about 15 feet and some shrubs separating the front door from traffic. For our first trip to Hawaii in over 10 years, I wanted a place that felt special and safe, and the proximity to the street made me uncomfortable, especially at night.Inside, the kitchen was nicely updated, but some of the bathrooms definitely need refreshing. We stayed here for our Babymoon and it was incredible. Tucked away in Hoanakeana Bay, the views of the bay and ocean were amazing from our balcony. The bay is a haven for sea turtles and they can be seen throughout the day from the balcony. The apartment is well furnished and had everything we could ever need. Would stay here again!

Renter beware. The owner/management company does not provide any type of refund when the property is not as advertised. For my entire stay, there were lots of termite droppings falling onto the dining room table from the ceiling. I have pictures, if they are needed. This problem could not be solved during my stay. The property location is good. The ocean view is nice. The local service team is responsive and very pleasant. My only issue is that the property had a material problem that they couldn't fix, then would not agree to any type of partial refund of any rent and fees that were charged.

Location is great! Unit sits right on the water, sunsets at night are spectacular. You can walk out and snorkel with green sea turtles! Facilty is nice and has grills that sit on the water as well that are well maintained for cookouts. Nice king size bed in air conditioned bedroom with good linens and towels. Only draw back is that the unit and furniture are a bit dated. Overall a great unit for a couple to stay in for getaway!

This is the second time I have stayed at NP and loved it as much as the first time. The views are spectacular. The unit we stay in was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. My only suggestion is to put the little round felt stickies on the kitchen cabinet doors. I would absolutely recommend this location and unit to anyone!

Thank you all for an absolutely amazing week at Napili Point! We traveled a long way and trusted that booking Unit C31 was the right choice — and the moment we walked through the door, we knew it was. The condo’s unbeatable location, with its stunning panoramic view of the bay, was pure bliss to wake up and fall asleep to. What a dream vacation for our family.
The condo had everything we could possibly need — brand-new appliances, plenty of beach gear, and a fully stocked kitchen (we brought our own groceries and beverages). We enjoyed morning coffee while watching the sunrise and evening sunsets from the patio. Each day, we snorkeled with sea turtles and hiked along the cliffs for breathtaking views.
KBM was incredibly attentive and communicative throughout our stay, and it’s clear they care for the condo as if it were their own home. We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived to the moment we (reluctantly) left.
A few of our favorite nearby restaurants were Joey’s next to Napili Market and Miso Phat — wonderful local spots that shouldn’t be missed!
We will absolutely be back and look forward to staying in C31 again. Thank you, KBM, for an unforgettable week in paradise!

Beautiful views, easy drive and parking, inviting landscape. This was a quiet neighborhood situated away from the highway. The unit was well stocked and cleaned. We did not encounter any indoor insect life. The outdoor creatures were fun and you can also see the Hawaiian green turtles from your lanai. The snorkeling was wonderful and suitable for a child. You can walk to Napili Bay but it's a bit tricky. I had the opportunity to snorkel with sea turtles including a baby right from the property, at the appropriate distance. The pool is smaller and there is no hot tub but it's really not necessary. It was never crowded unlike at the big resorts. Although I love dogs and have one, I appreciated that this facility did not permit dogs. When we would walk over to Napili Bay, multiple people had large, unleashed dogs on the beach including a couple that continuously barked at everyone for hours. I really enjoyed that this was not the experience at Napili Point. I would stay at this complex and at this specific unit on the future.

View and pool were great. However we did have some issues. Upstairs bathroom had vise grips to turn on shower, lighting in upstairs bathroom was terrible, They came the next day to fix the shower as was promised. There was shortage of hangers, no blender, potholders, kitchen sink stopper. They did stop by with those items the same day after I texted the property management. However, it did take time out of our vacation day to get this stuff taken care of, which was unacceptable. Also, the lighting in the family room was very poor and the floor lamps in there were broken and about to fall over. Lighting was so poor. It was hard to play games at the kitchen table because it was so dark. The furniture was kind of old and tired. It could use some sprucing up.

Lovely! Spacious clean unit with easy access to the beach and turtle cove right in the backyard. Only complaint which had nothing to do with the unit itself, the bbqs were out of order and we were not told by the check in office….and the property manager had no idea. We didn’t find out until we had a plate full of ribs to bbq . The unit itself was perfect and the property manager was always in contact. Nest place to watch the sunset.
