This place was amazing and both beds were VERY comfortable. We stayed here due to being mentioned as the best location for snorkeling on the island in the summer. Each day we drove to a different cove with amazing snorkeling opportunities. #1 location Honolua bay, just follow everyone else and stay on the right side. Most amazing snorkeling ever! The unit had all the amenities, pools were great, could walk to a couple restaurants. Remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Amazing views and great snorkeling footsteps from the condo.

We really enjoyed the stay. The condo was exactly as advertised, clean and ready to go, and the bed was comfortable. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was perfect for us, in terms of easy access to snorkeling and other activities as well as the sound of the surf muffling noisy neighbors and no condo directly above. The breeze on the point was very refreshing, and we were able to have the windows open the entire time. We had a wonderful time in this terrific condo.

This condo was perfect for us - it had everything we could have needed, the view was amazing, and we loved being right between two great bays for snorkeling. Having the washing machine and dryer in the condo was super convenient, and there were so many thoughtful details to the experience that we appreciated. The bedding was top quality, including for the sofa bed. We will definitely return!

One of the first things we reserved for our Maui trip was this location for our 9 night stay. You simply can’t be any closer to the water which drew us to this condo. We love the Napoli beach area from a previous visit but didn’t realize that the next bay over has a large turtle population to snorkel with. Each time we went out we saw so many turtles and it’s right next to this condo! You did have to make an entrance via lava rock but it is Hawaii so kinda expected. The condo was very well stocked with chairs and even an ice cooler for the long treks to Hana or Haleakala. We never turned the television on. If we had any free time we just watched the waves crash on shore from the loungers on the lanai. The host had great communication and parking was a breeze. My wife already has said next time we come we will hope to be able to get the same location. It was perfect for us. Highly recommend this condo!

The ocean view was beautiful and there were lots of whales. Having the bay next door with all the turtles was great. The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t like the lack of privacy with the public footpath a few steps from your patio. The sofa and recliner need to be replaced. If you left any crumbs out, there were ants.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in this condo at Napili Point Resort. We had a beautiful view of the sunset & Molokai right from our lanai. This was the perfect location, a short walk down the path to Honokeana Cove where we snorkeled with many sea turtles and a 3-5 min walk down the opposite end of the path right to the sands of Napili Bay (and the Gazebo restaurant - excellent pancakes). The owner John, gave some great restaurant suggestions and a detailed email with directions from the airport. We enjoyed happy hour at Sea House and had a terrific dinner at Taverna. Although our favorite meal was at Leilani’s in Kaanapali (make reservations in advance via the Open Table app). The condo included use of a boogie board, beach ball, small cooler, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and 4 beach towels. We added a set of sand toys. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the AC unit on the humid nights, our two young kiddos had to sweat it out on the sofa bed but were fine. There is an in-unit washer/dryer which was great and allowed us to pack lighter and wash what we needed to. The bathroom is on the small side but we made it work (that’s really the only downside) - otherwise this is a clean condo in the perfect Napili location.

My wife and I just completed a much needed vacation in what, in my opinion, is one of the prestige locations in Maui. This beautiful, well appointed and nicely furnished unit is as advertised! The view alone is priceless. The location is perfect. Very therapeutic for the tranquillity and ability to commune with nature and the healing properties of the ocean, mere steps from your door. This unit is amazing. The location is perfect with the ocean just steps away. You can walk to snorkel with the turtles and beautiful coral gardens right out your door. Napili bay and Kapalua trail are also within walking distance. You never have to drive if you don’t want to! The unit and complex are private and quiet. The beds, including the sofa bed are comfortable. One of my favorite places! And the sunsets!

The property has a great view but is difficult to access with luggage. The bed is very comfortable.
The locking sliding glass doors are old and sometimes hard to secure.
The doorbell cover fell off and the cover for the outlets on the patio is broken. Also, the screen doors need to be replaced.
Also, there is no fan in the bathroom and the toilet flap doesn't always work.
We learned all this after we were given the keys and arrived.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Location couldn't have been better for us. Right on the point with great views of Molokai and the sunset every night. Saw a school of dolphins go by one morning! Point is rocky with tidepools with lots of tropical fish in them. Short walk along the beach to Napili Bay (sandy beach with some surf) or can go along the road a little further to Kapalua Bay Beach (very calm). Kitchen is well stocked. Bed is very comfortable. Fell asleep to sounds of the surf every night and slept great! All together it made for a very relaxing holiday in paradise!

If you're looking anywhere in Napili, and especially this complex, then pick this unit.
The mix of stunning coast line, incredible waves breaking right in front of the room (on the right swell), constant whale and dolphin sightings (like 60 each all day long, seriously), and spectacular sunsets make this a no-brainer. During a large swell and a light rain storm (which is common here and the reason it's so lush), we saw what may have been the most breathtaking sunset we've ever seen. We've traveled the world, been to Hawaii 10 times, and this ranks in the top 3 locations we've ever stayed in.
What you should know about the property going in as of March 2021: The whole room is dated, the lighting is somewhat dim, the bed is only moderately comfortable with squeaks, the only air conditioner is a window unit in the bedroom that is loud and blows directly onto the bed, the bathroom is tiny and gets very hot because it's tucked behind a wall around the corner from the bedroom AC, and the door lock was rusty and usually a problem.
Why still a 5 star? John is a great host and the location is so out of control ridiculously good that this stuff fades into the background. Some of the units were recently updated and I may not have chosen them because the angles of those rooms to the landscape weren't as optimal as this room.

From first contact to now, all interactions with John (Owner) have been pleasant and professional A4 is in a super location, was easy to find and simple to access. VERY clean and well equipped. The beach towels and chairs were an additional plus. Detailed instructions from the airport simple and easy to understand, access codes and suggested activities were welcomed and appreciated. Being able to hear the surf, and short excursions the sandy beach and to the turtle cove on site an amazing bonus. We are already anticipating our return trip in the near future.

After discovering the Napili area by chance on a last minute trip to Maui last spring, we knew we had to come back! We scoped out the Napili Point Complex & when we saw this condo was available we decided to spend part of Xmas Break in Maui with family friends. Since our friends also stayed, it was nice to be able to compare & contrast the locations within the complex.
A4 is close to the water with no obstructed views! We saw whales, dolphins & turtles from the lanai daily! There's a walkway in front of the unit which is halfway between a snorkel spot & the sandy Napili Beach. The snorkel spot is an EXCELLENT, almost private bay where we saw dozens, yes dozens of turtles, numerous eels & tropical fish. We paid to go on a 2 location snorkel trip to Molokini and "Turtle Town". Lets just say Molokini is stunning but Turtle Town was a joke compared to the bay that is literally steps from this condo!
Directly in front of the condo are also a lot of tide pools which are full of interesting creatures. Our friends brought flashlights to explore at night which is not something I had ever thought to do, but boy was it rewarding! You do need to be EXTREMELY careful & move slowly as the footing can be treacherous & slippery closer to the water, but you will be rewarded! We saw banded coral shrimp, various types of eels, a rainbow wrasse & the highlight of tidepooling, not 1 but 2 octopuses!
So, the location is the absolute best for what we were looking for, excellent views, excellent snorkeling, a fun beach to hang out on, all within walking distance! Our friends stayed in a B unit not on the point & it also had nice views, I mean it's Hawaii, but they did have views of other units & houses across the bay. You could not hear road noise or other vacationers from A4 because there is no one directly above you and the ocean dulls all the noise from neighbors. In the B units, you could hear upstairs neighbors & road noise.
The condo itself would be perfect for a couple but is pretty small for 3-4 adults. I traveled with my husband & our 20 yr son. We like to unpack everything &d stow our suitcases, but there really wasn't enough room for that, my son and I just worked out of suitcases the whole time. This is not a complaint, just something to note.
The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. There were beach chairs, a cooler & washer/dryer. The owner was very detailed/clear, cleaning was easy & we thouroughly enjoyed our stay. TY

We loved our stay at Napili Point A4. It is a perfect location having the number one amenity I desired - Oceanfront!! Along with oceanfront were stunning sunsets and the most relaxing ocean sounds. Thanks you John for making communication easy and the informative emails for checking in and recommendations for shopping and restaurants. The condo is well stocked with all we needed for our stay. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has a spacious shower. This trip I did my first snorkeling ever at the small bay around the corner and I'm hooked. There is a short walk in the other direction to a small beach at Napili Bay. When we return to Maui, I want to return to Napili Point.

We had a great stay and loved the location! Great snorkeling with turtles everywhere just outside the door in the cove to the left. A beautiful beach to the right via a short trail. We found this spot to be really relaxing and peaceful. We loved having a front row seat to the waves crashing and the beautiful sunset. Our kids (7&9) enjoyed chasing geckos, exploring the tidepools, and running around on the lawn and walkway in front. We got takeout at The Gazebo (breakfast and lunch), The Seahouse (dinner), and Kitchen 5315 (dinner)--all good options within walking distance. I recommend checking out the nearby Kapalua Coastal Trail, which is great for your morning walk. The condo itself was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and had beach chairs, towels, cooler, and boogie boards. What more could you ask for? John, the owner, was great with communication and made everything really easy. The one thing I will mention is that the bedroom is separated from the living room with bi-passing doors that provide less privacy than the typical bedroom. This wasn't an issue for us, but is something to consider if you are a group of 4. Love this place!!

My wife and I have visited Maui many times. This rental at Napili Point is one of the best we have experienced. Great location, view and wonderful accommodations. BBQing your dinner and eating on the patio overlooking the ocean made the frustration of attempting to get a dinner reservation, during this post pandemic period, quickly evaporate. And John, the owner, was there from the beginning to walk you through the check in process and provide instructions so you would feel at home. You could sense he truly wanted your stay to be memorable. We’ll be back for sure.

The location of this condo is ideal - just a short walk from all the action of the napili bay beach and many other sites. Beautiful sunsets every evening right off the porch - you really can’t ask for a more beautiful vista. John was extremely responsive and easy to contact before and during our stay.
