I don't know how you can get a more perfect location than being steps away from snorkeling with turtles. The interior of the unit is modern with everything you need to enjoy your time on Maui, including AC. The beds were comfortable and perfect setup for our family of 4. Ample parking and no other issues while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in Napili and at this property. At first glance, the entrance to the residence is not all that welcoming, coming off a parking lot. But the back of the condo faces a lagoon and the ocean and is amazing. We loved the property more each day we were there. It is clean and the kitchen is well-equipped. While it doesn't have AC, we found that opening the front and back doors cooled the house immediately and the sun shades work well. We loved the close and (relatively) easy access to the lagoon where turtles are abundant. We also loved sitting on the back deck and watching the turtles pop up for air. The location is ideal for walking to other beaches and accessing the Napili Trail. And we went into Lahaina numerous times for great dinners. The Service Team was responsive and the area felt very safe. All and all, a great experience!

This condo worked well for 4, but we had 6. It says sleeps 6… but technically only Sleeps 4 comfortably just not 6. We tried to use the sleeper sofa but extremely uncomfortable so they had leave and find a hotel.
The biggest issue is this unit does NOT have A/C!! Even though it was November it was extremely HOT & Humid, especially in the loft !!
Most other units in this complex have A/C and those units were chilling.
The other issue is the Mgmt of this condo believes they only need to provide for one roll of TP for a week’s stay. We contacted them and their response was we only give a starter amount. Seriously. Spend $5k for a week and the skip on toilet paper??!!😳

The condo had everything we needed! The bedroom has a king bed with lots of room for storage. Beach Supplies: There were 4 chairs, two coolers, pool noodles, two good beach umbrellas and a few sets of snorkels/fins in the unit. The kitchen had everything we needed too.

I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The space itself was immaculate and located right on Honokeana Bay, which means you are mere steps away from some of the best snorkeling in Maui. The space was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The appliances all worked great (dishwasher, laundry, etc). The internet could be a little spotty, especially at night, when everyone settles into their condos and turns on Netflix. The pools, the grills, etc. were also top notch and amazing to have access to. The only thing that folks might want to know is that this unit is top floor, but with no air conditioning, so you are dependent on the tradewinds to cool the place down. I slept with most of the windows open and it was perfect for me, but I'm not particularly sensitive to temperature or noise.
I booked this spot not knowing anything about Maui and having done almost no research about where to stay on the island. One of the things that absolutely blew me away was how close I was to so many things that I ended up taking advantage of. Snorkel gear and paddle board rental was literally right next door. Really good restaurants were within easy walking distance. Two of the best beaches -- Napili and Kapalua Bays -- are right around the corner, with a third -- DT Fleming Beach -- not far away. The nearby grocery store was much more comprehensive than I expected. The farmer's market in Napili was small, but had unbelievable fresh fruits. There is a gym about 1.5 miles away that I would easily walk to. Also access to bus lines was right outside the complex. Honolua Bay (read: epic snorkeling) was only a short drive away. The Mahana Ridge Hiking Trail and Kapalua Walking Trails are within longer walking distance. Finally, the Honolua Store on the Kapalua golf course had one of the best delis to grab anything you need on the go.
My interactions with the property managers were both convenient and prompt. I have no complaints there whatsoever. Everyone was very helpful and considerate.

The location was excellent, beautiful and convenient walking trails and beach…condo was OK, it is a bit dated, and the furniture needs updated and / or cleaned, but a condo in Maui with NO air conditioning? After a hot day in the sun and sand coming home to a nice cool condo would certainly be expected. I would understand if I was a budget condo, but the nightly rate was not cheap, and we were sweltering is a stuffy hot apartment every night…buyer beware…my advise find an air conditioned unit for the same price…or my advise to the owner, install an AC and charge a few more dollars per night to cover it…We made the best of it, but we saved and planned this vacation a long time and were not comfortable in this apartment.

Very best thing about this place was running down to the water, snorkeling right there with 10 turtles, and watching the turtles surface from the balcony. If you want to see turtles this is your spot. Family of 5stayed comfortably. It’s not air conditioned but we were comfortable in June. Sunset views from the pool! Location is very good, could travel south to Lahaina or north to kaanapaali daily.

The property is a very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, with the second bedroom and bath upstairs in the loft. The views are amazing! The lanai looks right over the water, and we watched the sun set every night from either the lanai or the edge of the rocky point at the end of the property. There is access to Napili beach by a private walking path along the rocky shore, and snorkeling with the turtles is a few steps away. A wonderful spot to enjoy Maui!

Love this complex. Literally step outside and swim with 8 to 10 turtles within 20 minutes. Great location away from the hustle with Everything you could possibly need right there.

What a wonderful condo for our 25th anniversary! The space was perfect for us and our 3 young adult children, and everything was super clean with a beautiful interior. It had so many amenities that made our stay easy such as the washer/dryer, beach gear, kitchen accessories to cook meals, and the view off the lanai into the cove was spectacular! We appreciated the extra fans and the lanai sun screen because the condo is on the second floor without air conditioning, and it was a little uncomfortable for sleeping in late August (especially in the upper loft beds) even with the windows and doors open with the evening breezes. There was also a minor problem with bugs in the bathrooms and kitchen, which is expected in the tropics, and we appreciate that everything was provided for comfort and ease. Snorkeling in the cove near huge turtles was truly a treat, and our kids also enjoyed watching geckos outside on the trees. Thank you for this fantastic and amazing place to relax!!

Perfect property to end our Hawaiian vacation! Beautiful views! Fun snorkeling in the bay. Included all the amenities needed. Ended up being a perfect location. From the title of the property listing we had thought we would be in Lahaina rather than 15 minutes north. However it ended up that we preferred this location!!

Be aware there isn’t housekeeping with the unit unless you pay extra. There are no cooking spices or oil. Otherwise the kitchen is well stocked. The unit is very clean and updated. During our stay the property management was very responsive to texts. However we left something in the condo and they grabbed it for us, but now I’m getting no response from them. I’ve been texting with no response since June 25th.

This is beautiful condo in a convenient yet quiet location with absolutely gorgeous views! From our balcony we watched countless sea turtles and surfers in the cove so many whales in the distance. The view of the sunsets and rainbows from this condo are to die for! Snorkeling the reefs in our cove as well as nearby Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay was amazing! There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by. The managemenet company was super easy to work with. Our family hated to leave our Maui "home away from home" and hope to be back soon! Thank you for sharing this lovely condo with us!

Gorgeous view Liked having shade screen on deck Would suggest adding cover to trellis overhead for birds and rain. Accommodated us well. Would have appreciated a few more basics like laundry detergent and a little more generosity on paper towels and TP. Seemed unnecessarily stingy for the price. Remember to bring own spices Nothing other than salt amd pepper. Pans and cookware need upgrading and covers would have been very helpful. But the unit was otherwise great and we had a lovely time!

Loved every minute! It was just as described and as seen in the pics. The previous reviews give accurate info so I won’t repeat. Snorkel with the turtles..... it’s a must! And we couldn’t get enough of the Gazebo. Temperature in unit was fine in January with use of the fans and we left the slider/windows open. It was delightful. It was easy not to leave the unit during our 9 days there. Will return!!
