So enjoyed your condo and the kitchen had everything you would need. Beautiful views and easy access to Napili Bay. Snorkeled almost every day at the south side of Bay and so many turtles. Because of fire, west side of island was very quiet during our visit. Most businesses that were closed during our visit, were reopening on November 1.

Almost everything was perfect...the weather, the room, the view, the property, and the hospitality of the owners. The small double size bed made it a bit challenging to get a good night's rest (and we're both average size).

Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. I say home as this is what it feels like, all the comforts without the feel of a rental property. The unit was updated nicely and very clean and the view was great, yes there are lines for the Gazebo in the morning but it is nice to sit on the balcony and people watch while we had our coffee or breakfast. Minute walk to the Napili Bay beach and a leisurely 15 minute walk to Kapalua Bay Beach both which are great for swimming and snorkeling. You can see turtles in front of the Gazebo restaurant, on the rocks of Napili bay or Honokeana Bay just to the south of Napili Shores. Watched the sunset at night from the ocean front pool and usually saw whales at the same time. What more could you ask for! Hope to come back and enjoy again.

This is our second time staying at Napili Shores H264. This unit has a wonderful view and has all the amenities. We enjoy having the Gazebo and The Kitchen to order food and eat on the lovely lanai! Sooo relaxing and easy.

If you love to snorkel, this is place for you. Steps from the best snorkeling and whale watching from the balcony. Very clean, nice new kitchen and bath. The bed is older and frame could use replacing. Would stay again.

Despite AWFUL weather, I stayed in Napili for 3 weeks. Visited every museum, swapmeet, indoor place of interest and the aquarium to make up for no snorkeling, swimming etc. the Condo was a welcome place to stay, but maybe not quite ready for cool temps. Who would expect that? Love having the complete kitchen and the support of Napili Shores when I lost a key. Napili was a perfect stay!!

One of the best located condos in Napili Shores with a great view. Convenient access to the Napili Bay beach which is one of the prettiest of all Maui beaches. Well managed and maintained resort. Really enjoyed our 10 day stay !

Very nicely maintained older property. Very clean and organized. Only negative was there is a clog in the sink drain in the bathroom. We told the housekeeping staff about it on checkout. TV setup was terrific in that the DVR added extra capabilities not available in any hotel stays. All an all, a very good value.

This was our second stay and did not disappoint! Having the a/c to take the edge off at times was fantastic. We really loved being able to watch the line for breakfast to decide whether or not to get take out or get in line. Thank you Linda and Terry for sharing your home away from home. I always stay in this area, but this is my first time at this condo. It had everything we needed and had an exceptional view! I also loved that we could see the line at the gazebo forming to know when to head down for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

Although there was construction (a new roof and solar panels being installed) we had an enjoyable stay. We liked the fact that we were away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The main restaurant had a good breakfast and mimosas specials and also a nice happy hour.

This was an amazing location and unit for our vacation. The owners are wonderful to work with and unit was just as advertised. Beach access close by, pools were great, good happy hour restaurant. The only downfall was the supplied beach chairs, boogie boards & snorkel equipment were not in the best of shape. We would definitely think of renting this unit again.

This condo has a lot to offer: AC, central location, nice view, near beaches, updated kitchen and bath.
Unfortunately, during our stay there was construction on the roof of our unit the first two days from 8:00am– 4:00pm with workers installing solar panels, blocking off walkways around the condo, pounding on the roof and playing loud music. This continued with all buildings E-I throughout our trip. There was also construction on Bldg A across the grass with sawing and pressuring washing during our entire 11-day stay. I know the owner does not schedule major building renovations, however (being on the Board) he is aware that major construction is on-going and he does not disclose this to his potential guests nor offer a discounted rental rate.
Our second bad experience was that the owner called us 1 hour prior to our arrival to disclose that the dishwasher was broken and described it as a minor inconvenience. Upon arrival, we found the only options for doing dishes by hand were a sponge and two dish towels. When we asked that a dish rack and extra dish towels be dropped off by the hired housekeeping staff, he said go buy what you need and he would reimburse us. Now this minor inconvenience is cutting into my vacation time calling around to find a dish rack and driving to Lahaina and back. We were given $100 for our troubles, $40+ of which went to the purchase of the supplies. The dishwasher replacement was scheduled for day 9 of our trip. At 9:00 on a rainy morning we left the condo to allow for this service work, another minor inconvenience I suppose, and where do you go in Maui when it is raining everywhere? After 3 hours, when we arrived back the dishwasher was fully functional, but the disturbing piece was that the owner had gone into the bedroom to fix some broken furniture and went into the bedroom closet where our clothes and personal items were to rearrange items from the condo. Kind of creepy.
To reiterate some previous comments from other guests; there is a lot of furniture in the living room making it feel cramped, lots of instructional signs and personal owner items taking up space on counter tops and coffee tables and the entire unit needs a deep cleaning. Please don’t drop anything and look behind or under the dresser, disgusting.
Perhaps timing is everything and there are a lot of great reviews for this unit, but the 3-star rating is an accurate overall score for our 11-day stay.

What a perfect place! I don’t even know what to say we loved more because everything was wonderful. We even got to meet Terry who we absolutely loved. His communication was fantastic and he was so responsive. Sad he had to head back home because we really enjoyed his company. The lanai’s view is breathtaking and the pictures don’t even do it justice. The grounds are so pretty and well taking care of. The bed is so comfortable and we slept so well our whole trip. The 5313 bar has happy hour 3-6 with 1/2 price drinks and apps and it was so good! Definitely don’t miss that. We did t get to do the breakfast at the Gazebo because the line was crazy every day. I could go on and on about how much we loved it here. We are from MD and when we come back we will definitely stay here again! Hands down a 5 star place. Till next time HI……Mahalo

Nice location to the activities we signed up for that originated in Lahaina. Access to the beach was great. Only surprise was the never ending line to get into the Gazebo Restaurant that tarted forming as early as 6:30 a.m. for a 7:30 a.m. opening.

This cozy condo was functional and clean, with updated kitchen and bath amenities. It’s the location and view that make it extra special, overlooking manicured lawns and a beautiful pool with gorgeous Napili Bay and the ridge of trees above Kapalua in the background. We had coffee each morning on the lanai and watched the sun rise over the mountains and above the bay. The beach chairs and umbrella were very useful for our beach adventures, and my husband even used the snorkel fins! Another bonus was having the split AC units in the kitchen and bedroom - we didn’t need to use them often, but they quickly cooled things down when we did. Highly recommend this rental.

Loved the location and the view from the Lanai. Also the option of running AC (for sleeping mainly).
I was surprised no washer/dryer in the Unit. Not really enough towels for an entire week, so you have to use the resort laundry room at some point. Also, disappointed that to get to Napili beach requires a hike over large rocks. The sidewalk access is closed with warning signs. Looks like it has been closed for months to me.
We ended up driving there and walking from car using the Public access walkway.

My wife and I had a great time and really enjoyed Terry and Linda’s place. Had breakfast on the lanai each morning and watched the sunrise and gazed at the ocean each day. Kitchen is fully stocked and accommodations were very comfortable. If you’re a fan of The Gazebo Restaurant, this is a dream location and very convenient to place pick-up orders. Get the fried rice! Napoli like is a great location on the Wast shore. We will definitely return to H-264. Thanks, Terry and Linda.

The entire process of rental through stat was great. Communication with owner was easy and immediate. Our flight was canceled and we were rebooked on a late-arriving flight., which meant we arrived at condo after check-in. No problems at all upon late arrival of accessing the condo with help from security. Condo has everything you need, including beach chairs and snorkel equipment. View from the balcony is beautiful. Condo is very close to the beach. There is a definite return-visitor vibe on the property. Many people we met have come back to this property every year. The beaches for snorkeling or just fun beach days are within easy walking distance. We will definitely be a return visitor. Thanks for sharing your Maui home.

My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights in November and it was perfect! Terry was great at communicating with us and was easy to reach when we had a quick question. We had coffee on the lanai every morning and enjoyed the sunsets, too. The view from the lanai was like a tropical oasis with the palm trees, pool and ocean in the background... just stunning! Being on the 2nd floor added to the great view and we never felt like people down below were staring at us. In fact, we usually hung out in our robes first thing in the morning!
During check-in, the front desk staff told us how to order breakfast to-go from the Gazebo, which we did a few times and enjoyed it from the lanai. We spent a lot of time at each pool on the property. The pool closer to the lobby is slightly heated and the one closer to the ocean is cooler. We would usually head down to the ocean side pool after 2:00 when the Gazebo closed and it was quiet. We also enjoyed happy hours at Kitchen 5315 on the property and Sea House at the other end of Napili bay. Both were priced well and delicious!
If you're looking for a super relaxing vacation and easy to work with hosts, look no further than Napili Shores Resort H-264! We hope to return one day!

We stayed 6 nights in this wonderful condo. We checked in at the lobby and the woman was very courteous and helpful. The unit was spotless and everything we needed was there waiting for us.
It's peacefully quiet except for the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks, who doesn't love that? The lanai has an exceptional view of the ocean with Mokokai in the distance as well as the lower pool and gazebo restaurant. Walking distance to Honokeana Cove where you can go snorkeling and be surrounded by dozens of giant turtles. There is no beach directly in front of Napili Shores but it is only a short walk and easy access to the north to find a gorgeous sand beach.
The gas BBQ grills are close to the unit and easy to operate. They look brand new and they are cleaned daily.
Parking is close and easy to get a spot. We didn't eat at the restaurants but the Gazebo must be excellent because every day people wait in line for about an hour to get a table.
We were sad to leave this place but would love to return here very soon!

Pros: great location, great snorkeling at the beach nearby, clean condo, updated amenities (kitchen and bathroom), easy check in process, beautiful view, comfortable bed, good communication with the host.
Cons: laundry situation, WAY too much furniture in the small space. We are not big people and it was difficult to move around at times. We barely had space to keep our suitcases and souvenirs. It has so much potential to be a beautifully styled space, but most of the furniture is huge and there is way too much of it. The place is designated for 2 people and there are literally like 15 places to sit in the apartment LOL. Otherwise, it was a great stay. We love the Napili/Kapalua area.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Napili Shores. This unit has everything we needed and is tastefully furnished. There were two beach chairs, two beach towels and plenty of snorkeling gear (although we brought our own snorkeling gear but we certainly appreciated the thoughtfulness). Beautiful views of the ocean from this unit. Many thanks to the host for not missing a single detail. It was lovely.
