This was the best space for my husband and I to come and have the quiet we longed for with the beach and pool amenities right outside our doorstep. It was a quiet beautiful place and the condo met our needs and expectations. We would come again for sure.

We loved this place. The luxurious towels, the games, books, and puzzles, the super comfortable bed and couch….we loved it all. The place is right by a wonderful pool and hot tub, and right by the place with free Maui coffee (delicious!). We swam with turtles right in the ocean on n front of the property, and loved the sunsets and beach. We truly loved our stay!

We say at Napili Shores multiple times a year. The property is beautiful, there are two pools, a hot tub, 2 restaurants, a surf shop, and probably more. We go from the beach, to the pool, to the hot tub, and repeat over and over. If that’s your jammy jam and you like excellent customer service this place is for you. Pro Tip - We love 2nd floor suites because of the vaulted ceilings.

We were very happy with our stay at Napili Shores. Bed and pillows were so comfy. Love white linens too. Newly renovated, which was so nice. Everything was easy to find. We would have liked to have a few spices: salt and pepper for sure. Wonderful to have the use of beach chairs, but they are looking a little worn.

Property is clean, but they really don't have ANYTHING extra to make it comfortable. There is no salt or pepper or oil of any kind. It does say this in the description, but it makes it really frustrating if you plan to cook any meal at at that you lack soy sauce, salt, pepper, or just a bit of oil. Same with towels, blankets, toilet paper! I mean come on, give me a few rolls of toilet paper for heaven's sakes! When I wanted an extra blanket and sheets for the sofa bed the communication was so difficult. I asked for it over the phone. They texted me a picture saying I already had it. I had to call them back and ask again. Then they texted again say ing it was in the room. Seriously, I had to call again and text over and over to get an extra blanket, it was ridiculous. I mean, are you that cheap you can't leave me a few rolls of toilet paper and some extra blankets if I need them. We shut the AC off but we were still really cold. It was quite rainy while we were there. Anyway, if you decide to stay do yourself a favor and through some spices and salt/pepper, TP , and a small container of olive oil in your suitcase.

Roofing construction for several days, considerable noise and disruption! We were not notified in time to cancel our reservations. Leaking roof to the point our bed was soaked and my husband slipped! This was a well known instance as a plant stand was screwed to the ceiling.

Great location to the best beaches in Maui. This unit was very clean with lots of amenities. Vacuum was a bonus to help keep sand off the floors. Will definitely come back!!!

This property is very quaint. Napili Bay is awesome. Swimming, snorkeling….. The Gazebo restaurant has the most awesome ocean front view. The Sea House, just a 5 minute walk, is a must for B, L, D. So much less crowded than the properties in Kaanapali. Would recommend

Great spot for my daughter and I to settle in for a couple days. Clean and comfortable, welcoming, and some with beach accessories like boogie board and chairs to take advantage of Napili’s great beach.

The ceiling fan in the bedroom has only one speed and that’s at “high “.
The bedroom lamps are not on a wall switch.
The kitchen faucet is doesn’t shut off properly as it should.
The unit has limited towels and they need to be replaced. You must take them to the laundry room frequently

The posted photos are of another staged unit, and or photos of the unit with previous owners and furnishing. This condo was so gross, 2nd hand cheap furniture, weird, framed photos of Barbie and Ken Dolls on the beach in every room. A filthy, stained area rug in front of an equally dingy sofa. Outlets without plates covering the sockets, noisy old appliances. Someone placed a smaller lumpy mattress on an oversized bedframe, making it a hazard to get in and out of. There's a plastic plant plate glued to the bedroom ceiling to catch rain. I don't understand how this can be legal to rent a place based on false photos?

Located steps away from the beach at Napili Bay, the location couldn’t be better. The unit is an older condo but was clean, affordable and well appointed. It’s close to the pool so not too quiet, but most of our time was spent out and about. We really enjoyed our week there!

Had a great time. This was our 5th. Trip to Maui and of all the places we have stayed this is by far was the bels. The Grounds were beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again.
