The Condo has an excellent location — it is Close to Beach and Napili Bay. Kapalua is only a short drive or walk past Napili. There is very good on -site parking availability. There is a friendly on site manager and maintenance man. Nice “The Seahouse” restaurant available nearby on the beach. Good small shopping center about a mile away with restaurants, coffee store, market and postal services. I drove there a lot. it is Much closer than markets and similar amenities in LahinaUnit was clean, bed was clean, full kitchen though I only used the refrigerator. I had problems checking in but my own fault because I missed that I had been texted the lock box combination code I sent emergency texts and emails to the property manager contacts and was then able to gain accessThe condo Unit seemed older than the VRBO pictures. Streaming TV was very good. I believe the air handling system was the strong ceiling fan and window screens. I’m not sure how comfortable the unit would be during a heat wave or a cold snapIt did not help that Maui experienced historic torrential rain during my visit so I was in the unit a lot. There was so much rainfall that tall trees in back of the condo came crashing down at night. They would likely have hit the unit if not held back by other trees. Small veranda in the rear of the unit is nice. one can see a bit of the ocean and beach from there. As I mentioned beach access is a short walk down Hui street.

The unit was as described, however the floors were not adequately cleaned and we had to request for them to be re-cleaned. We received a quick response to our request. There was also garbage under one of the bedside tables. Great location and unobstructed beach view. Unit nicely equipped. We recommend this unit, and would have rated it a 5, if not for the inadequate cleaning.

Clean and view nice. Good layout. Parking was tight but seems common. Could have used more paper products and dishwasher packets. No spices or that little extra flare we had in mainland vrbo. Maybe not common in HI and heat might change them quickly? We had to go buy additional paper products and that is expensive in HI. Text for communication. Tv remote did not work well but we lost power due to city. It was too much to do in HI. Just not our priority to watch TV.

Wonderful! This was our fourth trip to Maui and this is by far the best location we've stayed at. We saw whales from our lanai, turtles every morning and the beach is beautiful. The studio is CLEAN and has everything needed for your stay. We used the BBQ area with no issues and the neighbors were friendly. We will definitely be back! Thank you Lisa!

The view is exceptional. Lovely panoramic ocean and beach views. The condo is well furnished and comfortable, but needs to be updated. The furniture, carpeting and drapes are old and not very clean. An investment in a few improvements would make this place so much more appealing. The staff were very helpful and responsive to any of our needs. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

A small, modestly-furnished apartment with fantastic views and a great location. It's definitely the best unit in the complex for the views and cross breezes! We rarely turned on the ac in the living room because the breezes kept things cool. The kitchen is nicely appointed with everything you need to cook your meals, except bring your own spices — they don't even supply salt and pepper. There is a safe in the room with instructions on how to use it, but on further inquiry we found out it's only for the owner's use. Why not allow guests to use it? The owners have a large locked cabinet above the fridge to put their things. We found out that this is the only unit at Napili Surf that is managed by Maui Paradise Properties. The rest of the units are managed by a large management company and their check-in and out times are aligned with the hotels on Maui, at 3 pm and 11 am. This is the only unit that has a 4 pm and 10 am check-in/out. If Maui Paradise Properties changed this to match what the rest of what the Napili Surf resort is doing, we would stay here again. If not, we'll look elsewhere. 4 pm is a long time to wait if your flight gets in at 11 am! We enjoyed the two half-off tours that we did compliments of Maui Paradise properties. Overall, it was a great stay!

My husband and I spent 12 days in this condo. Despite it’s small size, we were very comfortable here. It was laid out very well and didn’t seem cramped. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was probably one of the best stocked ones we’ve found in a rental property. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t there. We were there with a larger group so really spent very little time inside (who would want to in Hawaii!!!). The beach was gorgeous and that’s where we spent most of our time, other than when we were out seeing the sights. The laundry room and BBQ areas were also big pluses. We and our friends had dinner in the BBQ area every night. There’s also a lending library in the laundry room so if you forgot a book for the beach or finished one and didn’t have another, you can grab one in there. The condo came with beach chairs and an umbrella, which was also a big plus. We would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed all over Maui, Napili Bay is my favorite. I have stayed in most of the places on Napili Bay, this location is the best. I have stayed in many of the units in this complex, this unit is the best.

2nd stay at these Condos. This one was Ocean facing and newly remodeled. My only ask would be an Air conditioner to cool down while sleeping. Enjoyed the view and closeness to the beach

The location was great and the condo was cute, but there is no AC, so every night I melted, even with the windows open and all the fans running. If you want to actually sleep, then go somewhere else! If you like ocean waves at night and sleep hot, I heartily recommend this location.

Stayed for 4 nights. It was great except for the fluorescent light over the sink randomly goes off & on and the switch is taped and labeled "Do Not Touch". The light shines right to the bed. So not cool, when it comes on, multiple times, in the middle of the night.The open air room, no a/c, was great with ample fans. Had a great, short get away for the 2 of us. We only wished we had access to a pool.

The location of this unit cannot be beat - it is right on the bay with steps to the sand. You can hear the waves at night and the breeze through the unit is lovely. The unit is well-equipped with everything you need to create wonderful meals to eat on one of the THREE lanais! There are two air conditioners that work well, but you don't always need them. The space could use a good and thorough cleaning - it wasn't dirty, but there are stains on the carpet that were a little much, the couches were a little musty and the shades could use a good dusting. Overall, we would highly recommend though - it's a lovely location. Would suggest an hour earlier check in - at 3 pm and an hour later check out at 11 am. More aligned with hotel stays.

Napili Bay Resort Room 110, is a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the sound of the crashing waves. It is very clean, very comfortable, it’s simply the perfect place. It’s a few steps to the beach, minute walk to Island Vibe cafe, ten minute walk to the gazebo for breakfast or lunch. I highly recommend and I’ll be staying again.

This is a great condo! Very comfortable and relaxing. Listening to the surf while falling asleep is just amazing. We had everything we needed. It's only a few steps to the beach and we saw a number of whales. Stargazing at night was great as there is very little light pollution in the area. I highly recommend.

This condo is as advertised. It is truly 30 seconds to the beach. It is well stocked with everything you need. The view from the lanai is beautiful. Can’t be closer to the water than this. The bbq and laundry areas are clean and the entire complex is well kept. Will definitely be back soon.
