While this is a very nice location and unit I don't think we will stay here again. While you are quite close to the beach, you are not on the beach as some of the picture of the property seem to indicate. The unit is pretty small and while you technically can have more than 2 people since there is a fold out couch, I don't think it's really comfortable for more that 2. We knew there was no air conditioning or pool access when we booked but it turned out we really missed those amenities. There was also a mix up with the cleaning staff such that we were not able to get into the unit on our first night. The host reimbursed us for staying in a local hotel and refunded 2 extra nights which was great but it certainly made our first night of the stay pretty stressful.

I would absolutely stay in this unit again. It's a great location for privacy and just a moments walk to the beach which enabled me to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee and then head back to the room to get ready for the day with no fuss. Napili Bay is located near a grocery store and has several tasty restaurants nearby. Two of which are connected to the beach. I had an amazing time!

We loved staying here. The unit was a quiet, ground floor unit that opened to the garden at the back of the building - which we appreciated to hang out on the grass and have breakfast/coffee on the back patio. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom with incredibly close proximity to the beach (perfect place to enjoy the provided beach equipment!). The property amenities were great - BBQ's were fantastic, and having access to a rinsing shower after the beach was much appreciated. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay again. I had 10 wonderful days in this property. Quiet and located very close to the water was just what I was looking for. The home was well equipped with everything needed, took a lawn chair and walked a few steps to the beach with my morning coffee and did the same at sunset with a happy hour drink. Close to several good restaurants and the Napili market for fresh fish and prepped meals. Very relaxing stay.

We fell in love with Napili Bay four years ago. We pinky promised that we would visit every year... and then, of course, covid hit. For our second trip, we wanted to stay closer to the beach. This spot is absolutely perfect!!! The location is awesome... we love that the beach is literally steps away! 68 steps for my hubby and about 75 steps for me because I'm shorter ;-D
Communication with Lana was awesome. She was very accommodating in letting us check in early. They also provided 4 beach chairs and 2 sets of flippers for use. The flippers worked out great for my husband and daughter who were out there snorkeling and swimming with the honus! Our son and I didn't snorkel, but it was fun seeing the turtles pop their heads out of the water right near the shoreline!
Napili Bay truly is the best spot... and this unit was perfect for our needs! The Napili Bay Resort also has a nice BBQ area with lots of seating, coin laundry, plenty of parking, and you also need your key to open the gate to/from the beach... so it's nice to know that the people staying in these units are the only ones coming in and out. Not a lot of people traffic.

Just steps from the beach with easy access and still private. No hassle with finding beach parking and carrying chairs and umbrellas. But I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the Bar-B-Que area. A great way to meet other guests staying at the resort. Very clean and plenty of picnic tables with lighting to boot. Mahalo

My husband and I stayed at this property in April last year and when we booked a last minute trip to Maui this year we were delighted to see our favourite condo would be available for part of our stay. The location right on Napili bay is awesome, listening to the waves with the windows open is lovely, and this part of Maui is so quiet. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, there are beach chairs and an umbrella, and the starter pack of toiletries and supplies was plenty for our 4 nights. We think this is quite a large space for a studio and the lanai and lawn make it feel even more spacious. We have stayed throughout Maui and the Napili area with this condo in particular has ranked top for us. Mahalo Lana for sharing your little piece of paradise!

The location is just perfect on the island, just next to a beautiful beach, quiet. The apartment is small but very practical with big fridge, and all the necessaru stuff to cook.
The only thing we were disappointed was the sofa : it was not comfortable at all, the mattress is too thin and the springs make noise every time you move. My 2 daughters (14 and 16) got back pain at the end of the week.
Except the sofa, everything else was perfect.

The unit was a little older but was great to stay in! It has a 15 second walk to the Napili Bay/Beach through a private entrance and a wash off area. Parking was very easy as it is on site and many spots available. The Gazebo and the Sea House restaurant on both ends of the beach are walkable from the beach which is great for a close meal!
Unfortunately the DREO A/C unit was not operating so we had to keep most of the window covers opened every day. The machine turns on but no air was coming out. There is a ceiling fan so that helped as well. There is also a bird's nest nearby so if you're sensitive to sound you should bring earplugs.
Other than that, this place is awesome and we will stay again!

I should have read the listings better so I wouldn’t be surprised, but it was listed accurately I just had assumptions in my head!;) not a hotel with a pool, not an air conditioned unit- a main level studio condo within 200 ft from the gorgeous beach. It would be pretty cozy with more than a couple; but it was just right for us!!

We stayed at this property from 6/22-6/27/22. Property was clean, comfortable, peaceful, great location and steps to the beach.
We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai in the morning, drinking coffee and enjoying the beach view.
Full kitchen with plenty of dishes, pans, etc.

This condo was everything we could have asked for. The best condo in the complex in our opinion (bottom unit, the lanai goes right onto the grass, you can see the ocean from the lanai, very short walk to the gate that leads to the beach) plus the complex itself is lovely. We never had trouble finding a parking space, the location on the beach was perfect, the beach shower was much appreciated, and the grounds were beautiful and well kept. As mentioned before, the birds were quite loud but for only about 10-15 mins at 5:30am and 8pm (never woke us up but were entertaining at night), consider earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We highly recommend opening all the shutters as the breeze that came through the space was so enjoyable and kept us nice and cool day and night. The unit had everything we needed for cooking as well as 3 beach chairs and 2 pool noodles for beach time. We would definitely stay here again, Napili was the perfect base for all the West Maui spots, especially early morning snorkelling as we were able to beat the crowds each day. This condo is perfect for a small family that wants to enjoy Maui without the experience of a busy hotel. We stopped at Walmart and grabbed groceries for the week, the condo is well supplied with everything needed for cooking. We were able to enjoy Napili Beach and just a short walk over, Kapalua Bay.
My kids were able to detox from all electronic devices and just enjoy Maui Life.

Great property and location. The resident property manager takes great care of the property. The rooms are all updated and we'll cared for and equipped. This was our 6th stay and we rented 4 rooms for two weeks. The beach is unparalleled and the neighbors are very nice.

Great studio condo right on Napili Bay Beach. This condo has a partial view of the water/Molokai island from the lanai and is very private. Ability to bird watch while eating outside was awesome. Plenty of cooking items, towels, and space for 2 people. Would definitely stay here again

This place was even better than I expected! Cozy condo right on the beach just steps away from being on the sand. We could even sit on the back patio and watch the sunset over the ocean. It was well stocked with the essentials ( TP, soap, towels etc) beach towels and chairs to use. Plenty of restaurants and shops to rent gear within walking distance. I couldn't have been more happy with my stay here and will definitely try to book again if I make another trip to Maui.

We’ve stayed in this condo complex twice, and as far as I can tell, you’ve got the best of everything here. Great access to the beach, lovely communal sitting area next to the grills, and this unit in particular is comfortable, well-appointed, with everything you need for a great trip. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs, though, because the fridge is louder than the waves. Not that you’ll notice, necessarily, when the birds have their twice-daily dawn and dusk community meetings. :)

Lana, the owner, was extremely helpful throughout, quickly responding to all communications. One suggestion for future renters- bring earplugs. There’s a bunch of birds nearby who start making loud noise around 5 AM drowning out the pleasant sounds of the surf🤓

Very frustrating during a pandemic when a property you spend thousands of dollars on says they have internet and they do not. When we arrived to find an ancient router with a bunch of numbers taped on to the side (this was supposed to be the code). I tried to get this router to work for 3 days. Constantly texting calling the owner. She was Zero help and eventually asked me to use the neighbor's wifi. I was expected to walk to another person's unit sit in front of their door and check my e-mail? This is what I paid thousands of dollars for? I would have expected the owner to have their internet provider come out and fix it. We would never recommend anyone staying in this unit because we would never stay in it ourselves again.

We had a great week at the condo on Napili Bay. The unit was small, but just right for the two of us. Even though there was an ocean view, it was not directly over-looking the beach. This turned out to be fine, since the beach was often crowded, and could get a bit noisy. Having the kitchen was great, since we only ate out a few times. There are a couple of barbecue grills, which we took advantage of, as well. The unit is not air conditioned, but with cross-ventilation, we really never needed it.
All in all, a wonderful week in Paradise!
