The Property Complex is very clean, quiet and quaint. This is an older building complex with old and updated condo's. We have stayed here twice now in two different condo's. This trip we looked into a few other condo's that have been updated/remodeled. This unit needs new kitchen counters and a fresh paint job but overall is a very nice unit. I loved being on the ground floor with access to the yard. The location to the beach is the best feature of these condos by far. Short distance to markets and restaurants. Love this area.

My wife and I celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary in Maui and we couldn't be happier with this condo. It is located on a fantastic beach on Napili Bay. The condo is like a hidden gem in between larger resorts. The beach has some great snorkeling and was within walking distance to some great restaurants. We visited several beaches while in Maui and the beach this condo is on was the best! The condo itself was perfect; comfortable bed, couch, nice bathroom and lanai which had a solid view of the ocean. The condo was clean and comfortable. The condo also comes with a great parking lot, which was super nice. A bonus feature we found was the Kapalua Costal Trail which was was in walking distance of the condo which had beautiful views! My wife and I were super happy with this condo and if we ever make if back to Maui we will rebook this condo!

This was a lovely place to stay for a mellow beach trip! I would absolutely stay here again. The host and manager are very kind and responsive. When we arrived the place was not clean from the previous guest but the cleaning people apologized that they had the wrong date and went above and beyond to make sure the place was clean for us.

The location was perfect. Not right on the beach but easy walk on the property sidewalk.
Good security. Beach is very clean. Room layout is excellent. You can see the ocean from the lanai, and you will hear it all night long. It was magical to fall asleep and wake up to that sound. Sigh.
The shower is great and perfect for the tall folks. The owners provide everything for making your own meal, reheating leftovers or prepping fruit you got at a farmers market or fruit stand.
It’s tropical. There are ants on the counter if you don’t clean up after yourself. We kept organic waste in the fridge instead of the rubbish bin under the sink and the trash dumpster isn’t far from the unit.
We chose this unit for the proximity to the beach and would choose it again for the peacefulness. The property manager’s unit is adjacent and that was quiet. The other property had two different couples staying there during our ten day stay and while we could hear them on the lanai it wasn’t irritating. We could barely hear the people above us.
While there is a pull out couch, I think four adults would be very tight. Mom, dad, and two youngsters sure. But two couples better be VERY good friends.
10/10 would come back here.

The ad was deceiving to say the least. The only way to see a partial view of the ocean from the Lanai is if you move all the furniture onto the lawn in front of the lanai. Beach access is decently close but you have to walk through the parking lot of the complex not through the grass/greenery right outside the door as I was expecting. These are the lowest of my complaints. The studio was just grimey. The shower was moldy and yellowed, the couch felt like it had a layer of film it was so old and dirty/stained. The bed was super uncomfortable. It felt like it was probably 30+ years old. one of those super old coil beds with no plush topper, I rolled toward my husband all night. The fans were not balanced and made a clicking sound that kept me up. I had to sleep with headphones in and still woke up multiple times a night from being so uncomfortable. There was no AC so I did expect it to be warm and there were 2 ceiling fans, 1 standing fan, and a table fan but the table fan was so noisy it couldn’t be used tho I was tempted just to drown out the clicking from the ceiling fan. The kitchen seemed fine but we didn’t use it much.
I really think the owner should consider doing some upgrades since people are spending ~$350/night.

Came to Maui to visit our daughter and saw this listing. Near the beach with secured beach access, outdoor shower, ice machine and pay laundry. The unit was wonderful with 2 ceiling fans and one stand up fan. Open the windows for a wonderful breeze, enjoy coffee and meals on the lanai. Two beaches right there. Napili and walk down to Honokeanu and snorkel with the turtles.
Dan is very responsive to any questions or concerns. Great property.

This property is steps from the beach in Napili Bay. We loved being able to roll out of bed and jump in the ocean. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned when we arrived. The host was understanding and compensated us for the issue and the room was cleaned shortly after. Overall, great experience!

The property outside is absolutely amazing. Barbecue grills, tables and the best beach right outside the door.
The unit has a beautiful back patio view, grass and trees and you can see the ocean when having breakfast etc.
The downfalls are the unit isn’t kept up. We were here last June and same issues, so next time we’ll probably book the unit next to it.
The stove has four burners but the front two do not work. The kitchen faucet works but the buttons are broke off so it just kinda sprays all over.
The couch needs to be replaced, it’s slouchy, old and not comfortable. The bed is just basically springs. The pillows are way past needing to be replaced.
If you’re staying just a couple nights you’ll be fine. Anything longer and you won’t get good sleep regardless of being in paradise.
They do have beach towels which is nice, some units had an umbrella you can take out to the beach, we didn’t have one, that would be nice to have also.
Hopefully some updates will happen and we can rebook again for our next trip.

This was a great place to stay for quick and easy access to the beach. You can sit on the Lanai and get a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. The only problem with the location is that we found out Napili Bay sits right down slope from the rain forest, and will often be getting rained on while beaches just down the road are in the sun. A couple times, we had to get in the car and drive down the road (and find parking), to get to where it wasn’t raining, instead of just walking to “our” beach.
On the plus side, Napili Bay is not part of the area fronted by huge resorts, so we liked that aspect.
The condo itself—there is no A/C so to maintain ventilation it’s windows open and ceiling fans. There was a standing fan in the room but it *didn’t* work. There was a small desk size fan in the room, and we did use that at night to help. Because of leaving windows open, and people walking by, as well as very thin walls, privacy is definitely an issue, visual as well as auditory—something to consider if that matters to you.
On an incidental note, we were not given enough toilet paper to last us the week, and had to bust through the supply of napkins in the kitchen on the last night and morning. Not sure if that was a rationing thing- a certain amount for each stay- or if they inadvertently forgot to restock more.
Overall, a good location for beach access and a view with convenient walk to the snorkel shop and a convenient lanai for meals with a view of the ocean.

This was a very convenient location but the unit seemed original from almost 30 years ago and very dated, there was hardly any room to store luggage or hang clothes…there was one dresser with 6 drawers and kitchen was fully stocked. I’d you need more room to stretch out…find a bigger unit, couch was not so comfy either and no dining table or counter was avaijsbje inside only outside in the back patio. It does get a bit hot insure as well since no AC is available but there are plenty of fans: 2 ceiling and 1 stationary upright fan, plus plantation shutters which alloe cross ocean trade winds to blow through the unit but at the sacrifice of privacy because it’s on the ground level, anyone walking by in the parking lot can see right into and through the shutters. Not much privacy, units are all sure but side Railroad narrow depth so you can hear all neighbors above and bested your in the middle unit. But overall for what was available to
Us at the time, location was everything….and did not disappoint as the beach front was literally yards away and that’s what I was looking for most! Napili bay is literally 150 feet away through either of 2 locked community gate entrances and the bay was stupendous! Gorgeous, calm and beautiful snorkeling abounds. Kitchen 5321, Gazebo, Sea House & Merriman’s are all nearby walking distance local restaurants that were great finds. Highly recommend this condo complex’s location! I would definitely return! PS the hosts were very communicative and responsive! The kitchen & bathroom was fully equipped with all you could ever need! The unit was clean but on our che jmim arrival I think we arrived slightly before the cleaning crew did as we noticed the bathroom amenities weren’t re-stocked yet. But they were by the time we returned from an early dinner.

This is a small studio condo perfect for only 2 guests, it’s very small but adequately comfortable since you’re not visiting Maui to spend most of the time in your hotel room. What’s best about this place is the location, location, location…there’s a direct beach access point just 150 ft away and plenty of affordable beach casual dining choices within walking distance. Owners were very responsive and helpful to answer all questions we had.

Owners were extremely responsive in communicating. Driving directions and check-in details were clear and concise.
Property was as described and met all of our needs. We loved leaving the jalousie windows open allowing the sea breeze and ocean wave ambience fill the space. There is a great deal of wildlife, the birds were quite vocal in the mornings, recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper and this might bother you.
The bed was a bit firmer than we are used to, and as others have noted, there are no end tables which would be a nice additional convenience to place items at night.
We look forward to our next trip to Maui, and will definitely consider staying here again.

I originally planned to stay in January however with the pandemic I needed to reschedule. Dan was overly accommodating and allowed us to reschedule. This condo is perfect for our small family or 4. It’s quite and tucked away. No noise except for the birds and waves. My mom stayed in another condo in the next building over and it was quite a bit noisier. I think this condo is quite because it’s close to the property manager. Plenty of towels, pillows, beach towels. We had a fantastic time. We went to the beach early every morning. I love how close it is and how not crowded it was. We were there during prime spring break but because there is limited public beach parking the area isn’t too crowded. Hopefully we can stay here in the future. 100% recommended!

Easy checkin and nice parking, amazing beach beautiful views and wonderful 5 star restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the patio and use of boogie boards. The condo is clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed the stay.

I’m so glad we found this VRBO. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 3! Extremely accommodating with everything you could need from full size fridge, towels, kitchen supplies, and best of all beach chairs! Very cozy and the beach access couldn’t have been better. Our host was also amazing, giving great recommendations for food and cool spots to see near by. He also accommodated us as we had to extend our stay by one night! Will save this VRBO for our future trips to Maui, thank you!

We enjoyed snorkeling every day in beautiful Napili Bay. We loved the easy beach access and the sound of the waves at night lulling us to sleep. Our room was comfortable and cozy.
