Honokeana Cove 204 is a beautiful second‑floor condo offering a nearly 180‑degree view of the Cove—one of the most breathtaking vantage points in Napili. This northwest‑facing unit stays comfortably shaded all day, so you can relax on the lanai without sun shades while enjoying turtles gliding below, seasonal whale watching, and the soothing sound of the ocean.

Inside, the mezzanine bedroom features a queen bed, while the downstairs bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request. Both spaces are cooled by air‑conditioning units at no extra charge, in addition to ceiling fans throughout the condo.

Well stocked kitchen, appreciated the variety of spices provided. Husband appreciated nice BBQ grills. Access to snorkeling was so easy and we snorkeled with the resident turtles every day and admired them sleeping on the beach every night. Loved proximity to Napili Beach. Enjoyed the laid-back vibe here, it is a small community and everyone was very friendly. Resident manager does a great job maintaining everything and keeping the grounds beautiful. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Up to 10 sea turtles will come ashore every night, calm bay to see turtles and fish anytime of the day. Awesome location, lush gardens, special touches like tiki torches at night.

Reviewer Comments: We always love being at Honokeana Cove, although each condo has its own advantages. 204 is almost over the pool so you get all the noise from the pool,but you can see the beautiful water and the turtles and you feel a part of what is going on outside when you are sitting on your own lanai.There is a beautiful view.

I stayed here 50 years ago when I was 13, and the snorkeling in the cove at that time provided a great passion for diving. Our condo was very private and the view was spectacular. The grounds are well kept and like a botanical garden. Mahalo!

We like to stay west side for a couple nights while visiting family in Kihei. Honokeana Bay is lovely and we enjoyed watching the turtles, and the Honokeana Cove condos allow the best if not the only access to the bay. Snorkeling is calm Su was a great property manager. Check in and out were easy. He took good care of outside areas. Unit 204 was pretty clean and well supplied for us. Warning that if you have bad knees might be hard to go up stairs to loft bedroom. All units face the small pool.

It's a bit warn around the edges. All cooking tools should be replaced! No reason for a rusty spatula to be in the drawer. A/C is a fantastic bonus.

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I needed to get away from the busy-ness of life and chose to return to Honokeana Cove after a very pleasant stay 2 years ago. The location is the best. The view from our condo was stunning and we loved sitting on the lanai just gazing at the incredible cove and ocean view. The grounds are so well-kept and it feels very private. Yet we are not far from more touristy areas such as Kaanapali and Lahaina. We took long walks along the road up to Kapalua. The condo was very comfortable and well-stocked. We slept very comfortably especially with the room air conditioner in the master bedroom. This unit doesn't get the afternoon sun so it stays cooler than some of the other units. All in all, we had a wonderful time and hope to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The family has now gone to Maui 3 times in the last 7 years. This was by far the best experience of the three. If you ever had the desire to see turtles while snorkeling this is the place to go. It is impossible to snorkel and not see them here, it is a virtual turtle highway, and best of all the access into the water couldn't be easier for young or old. When you add in the great beach just a short walk away (two resorts over), and the nice accommodations, you cannot find a better place to vacation.

The cove with the turtles was always clear perfect at all times. The staff always kind. The only downside is that there is not AC other than a portable unit in the bedroom (which is great for sleeping in that room). Besides that it is a magical place and we will return!

The nearly private cove is a great snorkelling locale and we saw tons of turtles, some the size of VWs! The BBQs and grounds are very well maintained and the small size of the complex makes it easy to have friendly conversations with neighbors if you like. We returned from at day at a nearby beach to the entire complex watching whales breaching just outside the cove. The complex is walking distance to the grocery and other beaches. We will definitely return here.

Unbelievable snorkeling right there with beautiful fish and lots of turtles. We even saw whales from our balcony. We enjoyed grilling every night and meeting the other tenants.
