Wonderful Villa! We stayed most of our time in Oahu in resort hotels and 3 nights at Turtle Bay Villas and it was nice to have more space and a kitchen! We are a family of 5 (17, 14 &10) This unit was on the second floor and a perfect view of the property and ocean. Close proximity to the gate to the beach & Pool. The appliances were wonderful and updated. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. The stovetop is induction, and the directions for using were left for guests and easy to follow, but if you are not used to cooking on induction, there might be a slight learning curve. Rooms were clean and the unit was very comfortable, stocked with beach towels. Beach chairs and umbrellas are there and available to use but definitely need to be updated. Definitely book Tao Luau and Waimea Valley while in North Shore. Snorkel Sharks Cove and visit Haleiwa. Pack water shoes...it's rocky! We would definitely recommend and stay in this unit again, close to so many things!

Location, privacy, guiet, clean, beautiful and fabulous snorkling steps from our door. Location was superb, walking distance to great restaurants and tons of walking trails. We could not have been happier. So nice to have the code to the doors and gate ahead of time. Having a reserved parking spot was a great perk too. So glad we got to see this part of Hawaii. Perfect vacation spot! I had questions ahead of time and the unit managers ressponded quickly and went above and beyond. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend for anyone considering something else ... Stop. This is the unit you want! I always read reviews on VBRO, I hope you do too.

We are seasoned Hawaii travelers. This is our 5th year in a row to visit for 10 days and we've been on every island. And we always use VRBO. That being said, this "Villa" was old and outdated and needed a refresh. It's definitely not worth the price per night compared to the other beautiful VRBO's we've stayed at over last 5 years for roughly the same price.

The complex and unit are as beautiful, well equipped, convenient and comfortable as described on the VRBO site. We were 5 in our party and there was more than enough room for us all to feel comfortable. Our ground floor unit in building D was conveniently located to the pool, bbq area and beach. Everything was clean and was in great working order. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family

My husband and I along with a couple other friends were invited to a wedding in Oahu. When I called the venue, they recommended that we stay in Turtle Bay. I immediately went on VRBO and found this property. It looks like a perfect fit for two couples and of course, had beautiful views of the ocean! We loved what this property had to offer! It was a peaceful and intimate property, including a golf course, walking trails, horseback riding, beautiful beach and plenty of dining options. It was really nice to have the Ritz Carlton property nearby with additional benefits if you wanted to participate. We loved hanging out at the sunset, cabana bar, and watch the surfers! The unit was extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Communication with the host was excellent! We would highly recommend this property in this unit! Very expensive. Loved the location with its beach access and pool. Parking was convenient and the kitchen well appointed. The 2nd bath was a bit small for two couples to share but was workable. Was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the room when we checked in: build up of dirt on the floors by the wall, especially in the bathrooms. The kitchen disposal "spit" a lot so we ended up just scraping food into the garbage and called maintenance. To their credit, they did come within 24 hours. For the money spent, would have appreciated better A/C -- the room never really cooled down at night. All that said, the views were lovely. All that said, would stay here again.

Overall the unit and property were fabulous. The check-in process was easy - we appreciated all of the emails beforehand. There’s no doubt this property is a 10 overall. That having been said, our group uniformly agreed that 3 improvements would have made it even better.1. Microwave turning piece needs to be replaced in order to avoid sparking when using it.2. The sliding glass doors out to the patio need to be lubricated - a couple of our group couldn’t even open them. 3. Work out a better working arrangement with the adjacent Ritz Carlton hotel. They acted like the beach was “theirs” to manage and direct Villas guests off of. Somewhere there could be a “win-win” partnership that would make sense - maybe offer a free cup of coffee on your 1st day, maybe a free gym rental 1 day, a discount at the pool bar, etc.- something that would encourage Villas guests over to the hotel to spend some time (and money) there. You never know who your next guest will be. We’ll be back !!!

Our family loved it here at Turtle Bay and this unit was our favorite out of several we had rented. It was perfect for a large family with kids with beautiful views, beach gear to use and the wonderful secure grounds to enjoy the best of Oahu. Will be back for sure!

Perfect for relaxing with 3 generations - great beach, nice pool, peaceful, comfortable & very clean, with a sweet patio for relaxing. We really appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, and tho we didn’t use them, the snorkels for great snorkeling right off the beach. Certainly room to accommodate a larger bed. Used to King Size at home. Literally seconds away from beach, bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Stress free check in and check out.

We stayed here the last three days of our vacation and it was the perfect spot to relax. We especially loved the easy access to the cove, where the water was calm and perfect for our granddaughter's first-time snorkeling experience (lots of fish...the rest of us enjoyed the easy shore snorkeling as well!) It was also nice to be close to the Polynesian Cultural Center and other North Shore attractions. The condo was clean and well-equipped.

Wow! What an amazing unit, location and property. This is likely the best unit in the complex as you have great views from the porch to the ocean, pool, sunset and amazing grounds and out the front door you see the ocean side with waves, reef, sun rise and amazing flowers! The furniture is top notch and the kitchen has absolutely everything you ever need for making meals. I have traveled the world for work and pleasure and I can’t say enough about this unit. We are coming back for sure. Jan the owner is amazing as well. Everything was very very easy!!!

This perfectly located rental accommodated our family of 7 beautifully! The spacious home was immaculate and well maintained with a great kitchen.
