There’s no exaggeration, and the view in the pictures is exactly the same or even better in reality. Most of the time we were in the villa, we spent in the balcony watching the beach. We didn’t have very much time to explore the amenities but I’m sure they are amazing just like the pool that was right across the balcony. The unit came with everything that was needed, and it was very neat and well maintained. The property manager is very responsive. We loved our stay.

From the beginning of the rental experience, through check in and check out, the process was easy and professional. The pictures were accurate, but we didn't expect the balcony to be so perfect. We could see and hear the ocean at all times! We even saw a whale one day. It was nice to have a safe, a well-stocked kitchen, and 2 giant TVs. There were spices in the kitchen, and plenty of towels. The locker was well stocked and had everything you could possibly need. Extra blankets, pillows, hangers, and family games. Appliances were new and very clean. Our grandchildren had a blast, and we even enjoyed the hotel next door. We will return to this room. We couldn't enjoy it more!

We were just steps to the beach front, and our pool was nice too which we used a lot at night. The condominium was roomy with lots of towels and good bedding. The kitchen was very well stocked with what we needed. The Turtle Bay resort, is pricey for golf, bikes, and lounge chairs which is a bummer. However we were well equipped with chairs and snorkel gear. We would definitely go back!

Overall the property was pretty nice, in a nice spot, however this particular unit had some maintenance issues, some of these were resolved at the time of the rental, others remained. The maintenance team was responsive, but I spent more time dealing with things than I would have liked on vacation.Postives:1) The equipment storage closet was nice and well stocked. 2) The unit is in a good location on the property and quiet.3) Kitchen is a good way to save some money on vacation.Issues:1) AC in the unit is terrible. We spent our first night in a warm, and very humid unit. The maintenance guy came out and replaced the thermostat, which helped some, however the front rooms never really cooled off (probably 80 degrees) even with that repair. 2) Washing machine would not drain properly and was effectively non-functional for our time at the property. This was a big reason we chose the property, and a big disappointment.3) Sofa bed was broken. It had been broken long enough to print out a laminated card indicating as such, instead of just replacing the broken sofa. Air beds were provided, but air beds are not a replacement for a sofa bed. This was another reason we chose the property.4) The unit smelled of sewer gas on arrival. I tracked it down to a dry p-trap where the hot water overflow pan/safety valve would drain in the closet. I put a few cups of water down the drain and that corrected the issue. Not a huge issue, but indicative of general upkeep.5) Safe was locked and non-functional. The property management team did offer to replace, but another maintenance issue.6) Shower head in the bathroom was leaking and spraying out, this issue was resolved the first morning.

This resort is very nice and the villas are convenient for doing things around the area. It's unfortunate we had rainy days for more than half our stay - not ideal beach vacation weather but we enjoyed the time with our grandchildren. It is nice that so many items are provided by the owner in the beach locker and correspondence with them went very well.

Spent 4 nights celebrating our 40th anniversary. Everything was 'as promised' for our stay. OVV was a pleasure to work with. Villa 302 is a stunning property. It had everything we needed and made our stay an absolute pleasure. Overall the place was OK. The main TV had a black line thru it and was not Smart. We asked for a late checkout but was not allowed. We then had to stay at the pool for 3 hours. There are no towels down there for our family of 5 and we could not use the towels from the condo.

We loved our 2 night stay and all agreed we should have stayed more days here and less at Aulani! The condo is better than advertised with spacious rooms, easy to cook in kitchen, very clean and nice balcony with view of ocean while you enjoy a meal. Literally on the beach and very cool tidepools. Very comfortable beds and very quiet at night. We enjoyed dinner at Roys which was just steps away also. My husband loved the walking paths nearby and I loved the beach (and the Nespresso machine).
Definitely will stay again when we return next!

It was barely a walk to the bay which had great swimming, beautiful views of the surf breaking and even a few sea turtles! We had a great time on our vacation! The villa was lovely, and having the beach, pool, and hot tub nearby was wonderful.
However, during our five-day stay, we were disappointed by the limited supply of essentials. The bar soap provided was quite thin and small, there wasn't enough laundry soap, and we found the quantity of paper towels insufficient. Considering the price of the villa, we expected a more generous supply. Additionally, the 10 am check-out was earlier than we've ever experienced before.

Rooms layout was excellent for our needs. Large master w/ private bath with view over pool & filtered ocean view (through palm trees around pool). Well equipped kitchen (we cooked-in most meals), ice maker, big family dining table. Had convenient option to swim in ocean at beach (is safe due to reef that keeps waves small) or very nice pool w/ adjoining hot tub. Kids loved it and spent many hours swimming and making friends. Parents & grandparents loved it because pool does not encourage rowdy behavior, and kids were always in sight. Clean shared gas grills for cooking local fresh seafood & steaks. Very well equipped storage closet with various sizes snorkling gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards & kids toys. Walked beaches everyday at dawn. Groceries short 10-15min drive either direction on main road.
Complaints - fold-out bed couch is unusable...it is so destroyed that it is uncomfortable to sit on, let alone sleep on. A laminated sign was left telling us to "...not open the hide-a-bed..." because it cannot be properly folded back into place. Really should be fixed asap. This really detracted from our stay.
The kitchen faucet had been abused and was not functioning properly. Couldn't switch between shower and stream modes, and on/off handle was falling apart...had to call mgmt to get it fixed day 1, which they did promptly.
Marked down cleanliness to 3 stars due to encountering hair from previous occupants several times over our stay.

My husband and I enjoyed your beautiful studio size condo which was perfect for all our needs. We ate breakfast in every morning and brought food in a couple of nights with minimal cooking but could have prepared a full meal if we wanted to. The place was quiet even with lots of children nearby. My favorite thing was jumping into the ocean first thing every morning and drinking coffee on the lanai. The nearby trails are awesome for exercise.I loved it and we will definitely stay again if we visit the North Shore in the future.

Kitchen cooking knives were cheap, very dull and very hard to prep food with. We were disappointed that the flatware set was incomplete with several missing pieces. We had to restock our own toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags as the supply was very limited. We were told we would be restocked but the restock never came.

We stayed for 5 days and wish we could've stayed longer. Not only was the home amazing, but the views and accessibility to TB Resort and beach were just steps from us. We had three families and we all fit perfectly.
We come visit every two years and usually have a packed agenda each day; but where we stayed was so lovely we actually just enjoyed our place and relaxed by the beach, pool, bars and then BBQed for dinners.
Age range was 3yrs to 51yrs and we all had a great time! We will be reserving from again!!!
I recommend this for families or groups that want something a bit more relaxed and chill instead of the busyness of the Waikiki tourist side.

The pool was mostly exclusive to our group, and the beach was a two min walk. We saw turtles, fish and other sealife in the coral. The condo provided everything you need for kitchen, pool, beach chairs and beach toys. This was a wonderful choice for us that really enhanced our vacation. The resort which is a 8 min walk has coffee shop, bars, and restaurants that were amazing. We played pickleball and golf onsite. We visited some local restaurants and food trucks. All very good, seafood is fresh, and meals were delicious. Also enjoyed a great burger from Seven Brothers. Highly recommend this location!!!! We will be back!

The finish quality of the condos and high end appliances and thoughtfully stocked and outfitted are the best. Villa 105 is exactly as described. The view from the Lanai is amazing, and we loved that we had a grassy area on the way to the sand. The bay itself is beautiful - wonderful swimming and snorkeling. We were amazed at all of the amenities available - boogie boards, snorkels, fins, towels, chairs - everything we needed and more. The surrounding area provides plenty of hiking, horseback riding and golf. We also loved being able to use the Turtle Bay Resort hotel's gym (for a fee). It's a quick and beautiful drive to Haleʻiwa, Sharks Cove and Waimea Falls. Also, loved the detailed instructions on how to get there!

We came here as a family of 7. This place could not have been more perfect to fit our needs. We could see the ocean from the master and all of the common areas. We loved sitting on the patio and looking at the ocean. Everything that we needed was there. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas. If they were not there, we would have had to pay to rent them on the beach. The owner thought of everything. The biggest hit with the older members of our family was the massage chair! Thank you so much for a fabulous stay! We hope to return someday!

This is a 5 star property in a beautiful resort on Oahu’s north coast. The unit is spacious and has a wonderful view of the ocean and you can listen to the surf while you relax. The unit is perfectly equipped and. our family had a great time. The property manager, Aloha, and her husband were always very responsive. When the ac went out they came over immediately and then got an ac tech to come on a Sunday to fix the problem. Would definitely stay here again- you are steps from the Turtle Bay resort and have a pool that is only for the guests at the villas.

Condo was as profiled in the listing, beautiful view and nice layout.
Furnishings could use a bit of an upgrade (holes in couch cushions, stains on rugs) but overall nice unit with arguably one of the better beach views in the complex. A king bed would fit nicely and should be swapped out for the queen!
It would be beneficial if the owner could work out full reciprocity with the hotel as we learned other units do have full access- it would be a game changer as the pool and hot tub are undersized for the size of the complex, and access to the gym would be great.
Parking and grounds access was very secure, grounds are well kept.
Be aware, this is a *very* family friendly complex and with few staff on site there is constant “action” everywhere with not many of the “rules” being followed- another benefit to getting access to the hotel!

The listing doesn't do this place justice. Listing some of the best things: Having a reserved parking spot convenient to the unit, the key code (no key) situation, THE HEAVENLY SHEETS, The roominess of the unit, the boogie boards, snorkel equipment, cooler, toys in the storage unit, everything you need is there. I spent HOURS on the Lanai watching the waves and birds. The pool was heated!

Not enough good things to say about this property, the people and Turtle Bay! We did not want to come home. The beds were amazing, the view was unbelievable and we took a helicopter rode just outside our front door.

Our family absolutely loved staying at this property, and taking in all that the Turtle Bay and North Shore area has to offer. The villa was exactly as listed and had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy ourselves.
Amanda was great to work with leading up to and during our stay. And the welcoming popsicles were a really nice touch.
If you’re heading to the North Shore and want both relaxed comfort and easy access to the Turtle Bay beaches, restaurants and shops, look no further than this villa.

Everything was good except for the dryer. It made an awful noise when in use but were told that a part was coming from the mainland. Everything was as described. Very roomy and loved the idea of the kitchen so we could cook our own food as eating out is very expensive. Loved the quietness of the North Shore!

Perfect villa location, with unobstructed view over a secluded section of the beach. The sound of waves crashing is all you hear. Condo itself is very spacious and well-equipped, as is their beach storage locker with beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and more. Is just an amble over to the more active beach and to the restaurants of Turtle Bay Resort. Felt very lucky that we picked this villa for our family vacation!

We loved our villa up on the third floor. The height gave us spectacular views of the many blue, turquoise, and foamy white ocean waves. We loved the kitchenette! That was a great bonus. Plenty of room in the bathroom. Plenty of supplies for both indoor and outdoor use. Loved our peaceful walks, relaxing along the shore, and especially enjoyed watching a monk seal make her way ashore to rest nearby a couple times. Beautiful sunsets and moon rises. Wonderful restaurants and food trucks. Everything at the villas was so clean and well tended. We enjoyed the PCC nearby, and traversed the North Shore from Haleiwa to Kualoa. Very welcoming villa and would definitely stay again. This was our fourth stay at the turtle bay villas and by far our most favorite place. Being on the third floor the views are the best, and there was more than enough space for everyone. My only complaint is that we did not stay long enough 😀

Had a family of five adults stay for a couple nights on north shore. The unit was beautiful and clean, and was also huge. Can easily sleep couples in each bedroom, and can also utilize the large sleeper sofa. Parking at this unit was very convenient, and we loved our proximity to turtle bay golf courses, beaches, shrimp trucks, and Haleiwa. Would definitely stay again! Mahalo for your hospitality!

Possibly the best place to stay on Oahu! This unit is spacious and located at beach level. The setting is spectacular--don't miss a sunrise walk on the beach out to the right. Fun tennis and pickleball courts right there, and you can get the famous brunch at the Turtle Bay hotel next door. If conditions are good, there's almost no better place to learn to surf than the Jamie O'Brien school. Also good for intermediate/advance surfers depending on conditions.
