Very nice unit with great amenities and the ocean view is exceptional! It was perfect for our needs. There were tons of families with kids this time of year. This unit sits on the ground floor between two larger units. Our neighbor had 8 people (4 kids under 6 yrs with an infant) who were very loud at 6:30 am each day and greeted us every time we went out onto our patio and had a noisy party on our last night. The small oceanfront lawn outside our patio was also the play area for teenagers in other units. So despite it being a lovely unit, there was little privacy. The small pool is very nice. The beach is wide and sandy but you must bring your own lounge chair (which the owners provided) or pay 45 for 2 hours to rent from the resort. The restaurants on site were really good.

The place was terrific and any questions were answered very quickly. The refrigerator was out so management had a temporary fridge brought in. That ended up being a blessing because the under cabinet fridge would not have worked for our needs. The loaner fridge saved our perishables! :) Access to the beach was perfect and the bool was a delight.If there was one downside, it would be the approach taken by the woman overseeing pool rules. Rather than calmly reminding the children to adjust their behavior, she started the conversation at a high level of intensity—more of a reprimand than a request. While it wasn't a major issue, a more measured and respectful tone would likely be more effective and better received. Yelling at our family was not helpful for emotions or anxiety for some of our family members in the group. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

We had a terrific experience at the Turtle Bay Villas! Housing is essential for a great experience and the Villas did not disappoint! The units were clean and ready to go when we got there. The only challenge was the way the pool cop would hammer down if you made a mistake rather than provide a reminder that the kids were doing something wrong. Our Family arrived on Father's Day. Unfortunately, my Husband had a mild heart attack. He is ok. Thank you for putting the list of hospitals on the information packet! Since I was at the hospital my 16 and 21 year old Daughters felt comfortable enough to go to the pool and beach themselves. The next day they went on the horses and bikes and had a great time. My Husband came home after two days and relaxed inside looking out at the beautiful landscape. It is so beautiful! It's just like in the picture and even prettier in person. Just a thought. I didn't know we had to pay hourly/daily for the chaise lounges.We enjoyed going to the Sunset Restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton a couple of times. They were very professional regarding my Daughters allergy restrictions, since she has celiac disease. Thank you for a wonderful week!! We will recommend staying here to friends and family.

We had a wonderful time at the Villas with the exceptions that the listing said you can use the pool and gym at the Ritz Carlton. Although this is true, the fee is 350 per week per person - that “fee” should probably be disclosed in the advertisement. I have 8 people w me, all of whom wanted to use the gym. In addition, the Ritz Carlton staff who are on the beach treat the Villa guest like second class citizens and as if you are pariah.The great stuffThe property is immaculately clean, perfect distance to the beach and pool, perfect distance to various places to eat off the resort complex, and a beautiful resort setting. We were here before this was the Ritz Carlton resort and boy did we like it much better than. A bit stuffy!

We just returned from our Oahu vacation and staying at this property was definitely the highlight of our trip! Check-in was super easy and the unit was immaculately clean when we arrived. This is a corner unit, so you'll enjoy the views of the beach, ocean and pool area from all of the rooms. My kids are older -- 16, 20 and 25 -- so we appreciated having so much room, and big beds for everyone. While exploring the north shore during the day, we picked up fresh fish and ingredients for dinner so that we could cook in the well-stocked kitchen each night. We also grilled using one of the pool-side bbq's. We had breakfast at the hotel one day, but found it a bit crowded and noisy. We preferred hanging out at the peaceful pool and jacuzzi at the villas. We would highly recommend this property if you are on the North Shore!

The house was amazing! It was updated, super clean and it was spacious with plenty of room for our party of 9.The location was perfect. Our kids loved the bunk room. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Huge master bathrooms. The view from the lanai was beautiful. There were tons of beach supplies in the storage closet. The pool and hot tub were never crowded. The beach was clean and plenty of space. It was nice having restaurants and bars accessible on the turtle bay property.yhe owner was friendly and responsive when i had questions. We would definitely stay here again!!

This was our first time to Hawaii and Turtle Bay did not disappoint. The property was absolutely beautiful! Easy access to the beach, pools and every restaurant we ate at on the resort was delicious! The area was quiet. Activities we did in Honululu were at least an hour drive, but we all agreed we much preferred this location versus the hustle and bustle of the bigger city. We had an amazing view of the ocean right from our patio. We would definitely stay again!

Was a little skeptical of reviews being all 10's but I would give this villa at least a 12. Very nice and we had just about everything we needed and a few extra nice surprises. The bonus closet (full of beach and pool supplies) was awesome but needed a little sprucing up. But thrilled with what we did have. Staff was always very helpful and pleasant. If we ever make it back this is the villa I would like to have again.

The location made it so easy to get to the beach and the pool, which was especially important given that we had a four year-old and a baby with us at the villa . We all noted how well stock the kitchen was, how clean and comfortable the villa was and then it provided enough space for meals, and time to hang out together. We enjoyed our stay at the Turtle Bay Villa's. The residence was clean and easy to get to. We loved how close it was to the Turtle Bay Resort.We enjoyed the pool at the VIlla's. The Villa was close to the beach as well. We were able to catch some fish during our charter and was able to cook it on the BBQ by the pool. We enjoyed our time on our lanai, it was very spacious. They also furnished many items for your day at the beach. There were a few chairs, umbrella, boards, snorkle gear and coolers. The massage chair was used every night.

This was a great family vacation to celebrate our retirement. We were joined by both of our late 20's boys and one of their girlfriends. The unit was spacious and great for 5 adults. The unit's freezer was out so they supplied a spare freezer and were working to replace the original unit. The dryer worked fine but was showing signs of being glitchy the Oceanfront staff were professional and had great communication on both issues. The Turtle Bay/ North Shore Area is an amazing, laid back and peaceful place for quality R&R.

Great location, especially with young children since it’s on the ground floor. However, it needs attention, this property looks worn down, from the front door, to the patio furniture, the loose and broken stones on the patio flooring, the dirty patio, and other details that should have been taken care of before arrival, to include broken beach umbrella, unusable ice chest due to black mold, a refrigerator that leaks, very poor quality kitchen knives, and a lack of wine glasses. We also had to call and get new spices as many of them were empty. Just felt like a lot of little things and again, worn out.
