Excellent place to stay. A few minor issues, but the property management company was great to work with, and quickly made things right.The view is amazing and the condo was very clean, with quick, easy access to the Ritz Carlton restaurants and amenities.The layout of the condo was very spacious, making it a comfortable place for all 6 of us to hangout during the day.The locker associated with condo is stocked full of anything you might need to visit the property beach, or any other beaches in the area.We will definitely stay here again

Amazing place to stay at. can't beat the location! we just love love this area. all the basic kitchen items were there. just basic coffee/sugar/salt/pepper pantry items. We mostly enjoyed the beach and made new friends cooking at the grill. house was surface clean, but could use a deep cleaning; build up in corners/vents floors etc but did not ruin the trip. communication was always quick if there was a concern or question.

Everything was spotless. As every unit is owned by a different owner, we understand that each unit has different furniture and different state. The Villa G218 was by far the most beautiful and clean one from the photos - that's why we'd picked this unit. The photos did not do justice. In reality, it was even better - the decor and appliances were upscale, the large table fit 8 of us comveniently. Our two daughters loved the beautiful custom bunk beds. Aloha was very welcoming and responsive but we did miss put on the chance to meet with her in person as everything was perfectly pre-arranged.

The only down part was the size and location of the pool which would have been better if it had better views and a larger size. It was also easy to take part in many of the activities and excursions Ritz Carlton had to offer. We loved it so much more than Ko ‘Olina we stayed earlier in our vacation.

Convenient location to pool with lounging chairs to accommodate our entire party. The Beach House Restaurant food was excellent and close to the villas. The elevator made it easy to carry ukana and family to the ground level. Parking for our extra car was nearby and appreciated the "no charge" fee.

We had an amazing trip and LOVED our stay in Turtle Bay! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to get away from the city hustle and bustle and are looking for a place to truly relax. Our family, 4 adults and 3 kids, had plenty of space to kick up our feet and hang out with one another when we weren’t right outside the door at the beach or pool. We saw turtles in the bay every day which was so special- this location was a dream and we can’t wait to come back. Everything you could need was provided - attention to detail was there :) thanks again!

I grew up on Oahu and lived in central in Makiki. It was a special treat to revisit the beautiful island as tourists. The villa accommodated 5 adults, one teen and two children comfortably! We chose the north shore for a more laid back experience. The Villas at Turtle Bay was exceptional and well worth the cost. The host, Emily, was quick to respond regarding any questions we had before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa. It came fully stocked with miscellaneous kitchenware, coffee, beach towels, and bathroom accessories! Truly a home away from home.

Our family of 11 , 6 adults and 4 children stayed at the villa for 10 days in June of 2025. It was absolutely perfect!!! The villa was extremely clean , spacious and quite well appointed! Including fun games we played at the beautiful dining room table.My grandkids loved the bunk room!! My 6 yr old grand daughter said it was the coolest room she had ever seen !The primary suite was great.Very spacious! It provided a very cozy sanctuary Loved hearing ocean at night!!.The other king suite was great too. Large bathroom with plenty of space. The 3rd bedroom was large and very nice. The only minor compliant was that the air conditioning for those two bedrooms seemed a bit lacking. The proximity of the vila to the beach and pools was fantastic!!!We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub!! Great way to relax together! We also used the grill that is situated by the pool! Great for BbQ!Our family had a very memorable time!We will most definitely return!!!

Here you are surrounded by many beautiful beaches, delicious food and a safe area. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. Fabulous stay at a fantastic property! We hope to return again and again! Our new favorite place to stay in Hawaii. We’ve been to all the major islands over the past 50 years and we’ve now fallen in love with the North Shore. This ocean villa has it all! We are fellow Vrbo Premier Hosts who take great pride in our Colorado ski condo. We have been to many properties that are ill equipped and simply rentals. This place has it all! We felt like this was our home away from home! Fully stocked! All you need is a swimsuit and flipflops. And a dress for dinner at Roy’s or Alaia! Be sure to check out the food trucks (Giovanni’s, Da Bald Guy, or Ry’s for poke nachos!) We loved Waimea Valley, Hale’iwa (Snoopy’s Surf Shop, Hei store, and most importantly, North Shore Christian Fellowship for beautiful worship and church on Sunday mornings). We highly recommend the Blue Hawaiian helicopter tour around the island that leaves from the resort. Super convenient and a wonderful surprise for my husband’s birthday! This was our very favorite trip to Hawaii and we look forward to returning soon! Mahalo!

We absolutely loved this place! The view is exceptional (maybe the best view in the complex) and the sound of the waves lulls you to sleep at night. I believe this is one of the only studios with a King bed vs queen which made a difference for us, and the light, modern decor was lovely and added to the beauty of the place. At these condos, you get the best of both worlds. A full kitchen, a beach locker with all you’ll need, a wonderful lanai with a lounger and table, a pool, hot tub and great beach, and easy access to all the restaurants and bars at Turtle Bay - views are exceptional at the lobby bar, the breakfast place and sunset bar. We also loved how close delicious food trucks were in Pupukea and Kahuku, and the beaches and drives on the north east and north west sides of the island were beautiful. We’ve always gone to Maui, but now we can’t wait to come back to this place!

What an incredible week at this Villa! Took our family of 6 to Oahu for the first time and we are so happy we booked this property. The location is ideal; the North Shore is a must see and this Villa was the right choice for us. Ideal location with a beach right out the back door, a pool (which we actually never used because we were at the beach daily), the Ritz right next door for the convenience of shops and restaurants, and a very quiet and secure neighborhood. The Villa had a great kitchen with all amenities, nice washer and dryer with plenty of detergent, very comfortable beds, all the water toys and beach towels you'll need, and even coffee K-cups for the Keurig. We are so happy we chose this property. My only slight recommendation or tip is to get exact location info upon arrival; when we first pulled into the property, it's so large we took a few attempts before we figured out exactly where to go to find the Villa, parking, etc.
