Great place for families with young kids. We were right on the beach and near the pool. There were plenty of beach accessories and snorkels and boogie boards. The pool was heated to a great temp. The place was clean but the towels were thin and the bath products were sparse and sub par. The hvac was too cold in 1/2 the bedrooms and hot and humid in the other. The tv and internet never worked properly and the management didn’t respond after the second request to fix it. Management also didn’t respond to our request for a late checkout until my second request.

The location is perfect. It's right next to the pool, close to the beach and a short walk over to the hotel & restaurants, etc. We were 4 adults and 3 kids and the space was great. Communication with the host was easy. I'd book this villa again.

We had a remarkable stay, at this beautiful resort. Our host was very responsive when we needed to ask a few questions. The kitchen was set up with everything needed, for our meals. Beds were very comfortable and one of our granddaughters loved sleeping on the foldout couch every night! The proximity to the beach, the resort, and pool were all so wonderful. Our family of 8 had a perfect stay at Jan’s Ocean Villa! All was as described and we truly enjoyed the beauty and convenience of the location at Turtle Bay! The pool and hot tub were steps away (safe though thanks to coded gate entry) and our 2 youngest grandchildren enjoyed that the most. The beach was ideal for both swimming and snorkeling- we saw all sorts of tropical fish and even a sea turtle! Jan was super responsive to all our questions! We hope to be return guests again soon!

Fabulous accommodation with breathtaking views on the North Shore of Oahu. We loved villa 307! It was a spacious 3 bedroom apartment so that parents had their own wing, teenagers had their own bedrooms and bathroom and we all shared a large kitchen, lounge and dining room. Beautiful views from the balcony. We loved walking the beach every morning for coffee at the Ritz Carlton and then back to the Ritz for sunset cocktails :) We played golf, tennis, pickleball, took surfing lessons and rode horses along the beach. But mostly we loved just lying by the pool at the villas or on the beach in front of our apartment. The gardens and grounds are beautifully maintained and the apartments, although dated, are spacious and well stocked. There are plenty of food options nearby and a grocery store if you prefer to cook in the aparment or on the outdoor BBQ. We would definitely recommend and hope to return here one day.

Our stay here was fabulous. Beautiful views (saw whales breaching from our balcony). The room was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Multiple times in the pool and hot tub with nobody else, had it all to ourselves. Miles of beach to walk with breath taking views and plenty of amenities near by. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with our family. Definitely a 10/10 and would stay here again.

The villa(s) worked out perfectly for our family of 2. We had 2 units. I couldn't give a 5 rating since we arrived towards the end of the storms, had heavy rains, were without power for 2 days, the water was contaminated and not drinkable, and the ocean was brown and not safe. None of these were the fault of the villa owner (obviously), but it would have been nice to have had some communication from them with information about what was going on. But we loved our view of the garden and oceans. We'll have to go back one day when Hawaii is not going through a once in 20 years storm.

A wonderful experience. The unit was beautiful and well-appointed. The lanai overlooking the beach and ocean was such a treat. We walked over to the hotel most mornings to order coffee and a light breakfast (though the kitchen had everything we needed had we wanted to cook our own). Truly appreciate the special touches from our host- beach towels, amazing linens (seriously, the master bed was lovely), beach gear, coffee, chocolates, only to name a few. We can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect condo for 2 families in an fantastic location! The condo was well stocked with plenty of kitchen items to make meals. There are a couple great restaurants for dinner within walking distance as well as a beach facing restaurant that serves good food and great drinks! The balcony overlooking the beach was the highlight. We used it every day for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. The view is unbeatable!

Wonderful Light-Filled Condo in a Prime North Shore LocationWe had a fantastic stay at this Turtle Bay condo! The space felt bright and airy from the moment we walked in, with plenty of natural light and a fresh, open feel.The kitchen was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for simple meals and coffee on the balcony. Speaking of the balcony—it offered a gorgeous ocean view plus an even better perspective of the pool and grounds. We loved starting our mornings out there with the sound of waves in the background.The grounds were impeccably kept, which was especially impressive after a severe storm rolled through during our trip—the landscaping bounced back quickly and looked pristine the whole time.Location-wise, Turtle Bay is superbly situated on the North Shore. We were within easy driving distance to so many local attractions (beaches, hikes, and sights), and there were at least three great dining options within comfortable walking distance—no need to drive everywhere!We really appreciated the in-unit laundry; it made our longer stay so much easier.Overall, this was a relaxing, well-equipped home base for exploring Oahu's beautiful North Shore. Weather was terrible and without power due to storm for almost 2 days. However, the place is very nice and clean with a great view as advertised.One of the closest units to the beach and the 3rd floor provides an outstanding view. Kitchen was good. Everything worked fine. Beware that the hot tub may be unusable due to the amount of kids always in it — all day into early evening. So… very family-friendly, but not so great for couples without kids. Anyway… great place and as-advertised.

We had a wonderful stay in this Villa. The view is beautiful and the location is convenient. There were plenty of bathroom supplies, and the kitchen was equipped with the basics for a kitchen. There were extra blankets and bedding, which was nice. The Master bedroom is large and private. We would stay here again.
