We really enjoyed our stay at villa 201! We were a party of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The resort was easy to find although the keypad entry was very tricky and took a few tries each time. The resort is beautiful and the pool and beach being so close was a huge bonus for the kids. There are beautiful trail to walk along and we saw wild seals and sea turtles along the shore. We were also there during the tsunami warning and our hosts were wonderful about communicating evacuation plans, assistance etc. I would 100% stay here again.

The only negative is that the villa is a little dated and could use an overall upgrade, a new sofa, new and cleaner outdoor cushions. While the panorama from the upper floors may have been even more spectacular, we truly appreciated the convenience of being able to walk right out the sliding door to the beach or pool. It was perfect for our multi-generational vacation, with ages ranging from 1 to 66. There were no unpleasant surprises—every detail about our stay was explained clearly and honestly. I was especially impressed with the condition of the pack-n-play and high chair; both looked brand new. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. For us, it couldn't have been better.

Overall, great stay. Property has a high-end remodel and nice finishes and features. Amazing view from the balcony. No dishwasher, which was fine for us. Missing pull out bedding upon arrival, but Gina helped fix that quickly. Power went out the morning of our departure day and there wasn't really any info on why or when it would be fixed. Host was accommodating with limitations of check out procedures because of power outage. It was nice being close to the resort, as we used their restaurants and stores quite a bit. Lots of great beach equipment for use from host. I personally didn't like the cove very much. It felt like a bath tub with poor snorkeling (days we were there) and the beach is very crowded with permanent resort seating. Other, more relaxed and fun beach within walking distance (not swimming though). Would stay again!

All was good. Exceptions the kitchen not very well stocked with pans or normal utensils. Very parse.I assume people try to eat in at times. The cooktop needs replacing. Simply as that. Don’t know why it hasn’t been done. Difficult to make a meal with utensils at hand . No workable coffee pot. Who doesn’t have a Kerig these days. TV system pretty antique.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Turtle Bay Villa. The location was perfect — close to everything, with a beautiful view that made it easy to relax. The villa had all the amenities we needed and felt just like home, but with the added bonus of being in such a gorgeous setting. It was clean, quiet, and super comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful spot on the North Shore.The only negative was, one of the beach chairs was ripped, but we still may do.

Very nice unit with great amenities and the ocean view is exceptional! It was perfect for our needs. There were tons of families with kids this time of year. This unit sits on the ground floor between two larger units. Our neighbor had 8 people (4 kids under 6 yrs with an infant) who were very loud at 6:30 am each day and greeted us every time we went out onto our patio and had a noisy party on our last night. The small oceanfront lawn outside our patio was also the play area for teenagers in other units. So despite it being a lovely unit, there was little privacy. The small pool is very nice. The beach is wide and sandy but you must bring your own lounge chair (which the owners provided) or pay 45 for 2 hours to rent from the resort. The restaurants on site were really good.

The place was terrific and any questions were answered very quickly. The refrigerator was out so management had a temporary fridge brought in. That ended up being a blessing because the under cabinet fridge would not have worked for our needs. The loaner fridge saved our perishables! :) Access to the beach was perfect and the bool was a delight.If there was one downside, it would be the approach taken by the woman overseeing pool rules. Rather than calmly reminding the children to adjust their behavior, she started the conversation at a high level of intensity—more of a reprimand than a request. While it wasn't a major issue, a more measured and respectful tone would likely be more effective and better received. Yelling at our family was not helpful for emotions or anxiety for some of our family members in the group. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Our Family arrived on Father's Day. Unfortunately, my Husband had a mild heart attack. He is ok. Thank you for putting the list of hospitals on the information packet! Since I was at the hospital my 16 and 21 year old Daughters felt comfortable enough to go to the pool and beach themselves. The next day they went on the horses and bikes and had a great time. My Husband came home after two days and relaxed inside looking out at the beautiful landscape. It is so beautiful! It's just like in the picture and even prettier in person. Just a thought. I didn't know we had to pay hourly/daily for the chaise lounges.We enjoyed going to the Sunset Restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton a couple of times. They were very professional regarding my Daughters allergy restrictions, since she has celiac disease. Thank you for a wonderful week!! We will recommend staying here to friends and family.

We had a wonderful time at the Villas with the exceptions that the listing said you can use the pool and gym at the Ritz Carlton. Although this is true, the fee is 350 per week per person - that “fee” should probably be disclosed in the advertisement. I have 8 people w me, all of whom wanted to use the gym. In addition, the Ritz Carlton staff who are on the beach treat the Villa guest like second class citizens and as if you are pariah.The great stuffThe property is immaculately clean, perfect distance to the beach and pool, perfect distance to various places to eat off the resort complex, and a beautiful resort setting. We were here before this was the Ritz Carlton resort and boy did we like it much better than. A bit stuffy!

We just returned from our Oahu vacation and staying at this property was definitely the highlight of our trip! Check-in was super easy and the unit was immaculately clean when we arrived. This is a corner unit, so you'll enjoy the views of the beach, ocean and pool area from all of the rooms. My kids are older -- 16, 20 and 25 -- so we appreciated having so much room, and big beds for everyone. While exploring the north shore during the day, we picked up fresh fish and ingredients for dinner so that we could cook in the well-stocked kitchen each night. We also grilled using one of the pool-side bbq's. We had breakfast at the hotel one day, but found it a bit crowded and noisy. We preferred hanging out at the peaceful pool and jacuzzi at the villas. We would highly recommend this property if you are on the North Shore!

The house was amazing! It was updated, super clean and it was spacious with plenty of room for our party of 9.The location was perfect. Our kids loved the bunk room. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Huge master bathrooms. The view from the lanai was beautiful. There were tons of beach supplies in the storage closet. The pool and hot tub were never crowded. The beach was clean and plenty of space. It was nice having restaurants and bars accessible on the turtle bay property.yhe owner was friendly and responsive when i had questions. We would definitely stay here again!!
