This was a wonderful condo! It looks exactly as the photos depict. It was very clean. The kitchen was reasonably well outfitted for such a small kitchen. Coffee (Nespresso) salt and pepper were the only pantry items provided. Communication was fabulous! The entry code did not work when we arrived. We texted the host/manager and received a response in less than 5 minutes. We would definitely stay again. Mahalo!

We recently stayed here for a family vacation with 9 people, including 3 young boys, and it was a wonderful base. We rented a 4-bedroom ocean suite, which offered great comfort, a well-equipped kitchen, and excellent access to both the pool and the calm, kid-friendly beach.The absolute highlight for our layout was the bunk room: it was awesome, and the boys really enjoyed it. The other rooms were spacious, though one lacked a separate bathroom and had limited storage space. Also, the entry codes for the property and suite were incredibly long, though we managed to memorize them quickly!The host was quite responsive. We had a minor issue with one toilet, but the on-site property maintenance team responded rapidly and resolved it without any fuss.As for dining, the food on-property is fantastic but comes with a steep price tag. We had a great dinner at the beach restaurant and ate breakfasts at the main resort (now the Ritz-Carlton), both were delicious but very expensive. Because of this, you’ll definitely want to use the great kitchen; just keep in mind that the closest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away, so it's smart to stock up on your way in.Overall, An amazing, memorable spot for a large family. The calm beach is perfect for kids, the views are stunning, and the property is well-managed. Just be prepared for high-end resort pricing when dining out.

We can’t say enough! What an amazing vacation. This condo was spectacular in every way. Perfect unit for sunset view. Clean and had everything we needed. We loved Roy’s on the beach for dinners and appetizers. The snorkeling was gorgeous. We didn’t even need to leave although we did go to sharks cove a couple times. Which is less than 15 minutes away! We opened the storage for beach supplies and were blown away! 4 big chairs about 5-6 small, cooler on wheels. the closet was so full we could not get to everything. The umbrella was great. The beach umbrellas are only for the ritz so this was perfect. If you have young kids(which we don’t) there are sand toys,floaties. Looks like there was snorkeling gear which we did not need because we brought our own. Thank you for a great stay. You don’t need to leave! On the last day our kids did a surf lesson and if you do surf which my husband does. Small long board wave to the left of the ritz and you can rent boards. We will be back! Communication with Emily was excellent. Highly recommend this condo!

This unit was perfect for our family of 6! With four bedrooms and three bathrooms there was more than enough space for everyone. We loved the proximity to the beach and pool and being right next door to the Ritz resort was convenient. We ate at the Beach House restaurant next door and loved the convenience of the coffee shop and market at the resort.

We absolutely loved this villa! This was for my 50th Birthday celebration with my 4 babies & families and big sister It was perfect for our family of eight and exceeded all of our expectations. The ocean view was breathtaking, and the location was ideal-close to the pools and all of the available amenities.Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of our favorite things was being able to walk to the beach and watch the sunrise each morning.As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I can honestly say the villa was spotless. Our arrival directions were easy to follow and hassle-free. The condo was ready, clean and beautiful. We enjoyed making meals in the kitchen every day. The built-in microwave wasn’t working but a counter microwave was provided. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking, serving, and eating essentials. The bedrooms/bathrooms were clean and stocked with towels and toilet paper. The beds were comfortable and everyone woke up to a good nights rest. The location was ideal for our family. Early risers could go for a walk while sleepers continued to rest. The laina was used constantly and was a nice gathering space.

The villa was beautiful and in a perfect location. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by bell services and received help with our luggage. The villa had everything we needed and more. The host was very quick to respond when I had a question about the thermostat. The kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub and we all loved snorkeling at the beach, which is much closer than I thought from the photos. It's just steps away! There was even a monk seal on the beach one day. The locker of beach items was also better than we could have imagined - boogie boards, floats, noodles, tons of beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, and snorkel gear. We would definitely choose to stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.Mahalo!

The rental was perfect and location was amazing. Literally the only drawback was that on the beach if you were not staying at the hotel, you couldn’t receive beach bar service, and on the weekends could not rent the palapas or umbrella seats - other than that, wonderful experience all around for our family of 7!

This unit is a great location in the complex…secluded from the rest of the buildings which are off the busy pool area. I was confused if we were able to use Ritz amenities, but since these are individually owned units, you are not considered a Ritz guest. Didn’t really matter except you couldn’t use the beach loungers (but there were chairs we could use in the unit) and couldn’t go to Ritz pools. However we did eat at a few of the Ritz restaurants which was nice because they were in walking distance. Turtle bay was beautiful..so much nicer than staying in the busy waikiki area. AND, a monk seal came up on the beach! Owners were very responsive…when we could not find sheets for the air mattress they had a target delivery sent to our door the next day with new sheets.
