We had a great time at this condo. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location is a bonus because there are so many great things to do. There was even a couple boogie boards and an umbrella to use on the beach. There were 5 of us and everyone had plenty of space. Would absolutely stay here again. Loved it

We had an amazing stay in this unit. Views are beyond perfect, sits on a perfect swimming beach. Walk to a variety of options of restaurants and shops at Whaler's village. Not too crowded - no issues getting a chair at the pool and nice combination of pool options. Staff was amazing. Unit was perfect - beds were super comfortable and I would go back again in a heartbeat. Able to coordinate a later checkout with ease.

We had such a great, comfortable stay. The condo was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach and had a great balcony/lanai with a view of the ocean. Condo was beautiful! Tile floors, huge master bath with full laundry room, walk out patio steps away from the paved path to the beach, boogie board, lawn chairs and beach umbrella... We had an absolutely wonderful time. My only complaint would be that there were no drapes/blinds for the dining and kitchen windows. That being said the condo is clean, spacious and a quick minute walk out onto the beach.

Love Kaanapali - could walk to every thing. Unit was clean with a stunning Mountain View & partial ocean view. Nice to have air conditioning at the end of a warm day. Good stock of beach chairs, umbrellas & boogie boards for kids to use. Rented snorkeling gear from concierge which was surprisingly a good deal for the week (40!) Nice option to cook at poolside bbq’s too! Host was very responsive. Thank you for Sharing!

Great location and accommodations. Close to everything. Check in process 4 stars versus 5 stars because the front desk doesn't really manage this property so was a little back and forth waiting for room to get cleaned. We got in at 415pm so not bad. Only thing I would say could be improvement (isn't the condo problem) is the parking for large SUVs. The inside garage is only place you can park and if you have a large SUV very limited spots and very tight parking. The outside areas have like a 6' clearance so you can't park outside....Other than that (minor) a fabulous stay and we would certainly rent again....mahalo

After being owners for 45 years, this was our first time renting. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay (beds were so comfy!).The owner was great when we had questions. Friendly and responsive which added to the overall experience.Kaanapali is still our favorite spot, and this resort remains the best on the beach. The staff is dedicated and hardworking, the families who vacation here are amazing, and you cant go wrong renting this condo!

We booked this property to stay in before and after our son’s wedding in Maui. The apartment had everything you needed - was so spacious. The highlight was the wonderful sunset views from the lanai! ( oh and the shower pressure was so good too!)

The property was very nice and the location was fantastic. The biggest plus for us was the large and very functional kitchen. We brought our kids (12 and 9) and being able to cook meals at the condo was essential. I also really enjoyed the gym. It is large and has lots of cardio and weight options with new equipment.

We had a great stay for our twin daughters sweet 16. The unit was better than the pictures in our opinion. The location was great- close to Whaler’s Village and other resorts. We appreciated that the unit had 2 boogie boards, a sun umbrella and a cooler for us to use. We had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our group of 5. We would definitely return and highly recommend to anyone considering a stay here.

The owner was very responsive to questions before arrival and question after arrival. We left an item behind and the owner helped follow up to find it. We enjoyed our stay! I have never rented a VRBO that was better in person than it appeared online - until now. We vacationed for a week with two 17 year old girls. The condo is spacious, private, and very well appointed. The bedding was comfortable and of high quality and the kitchen had absolutely everything needed. The washer and dryer were a happy surprise. The ocean view from the patio was 5 out of 5, with easy access to the beach, umbrellas and chairs via the superb staff at Alli. On site gym was new, large and clean. They say location is everything, and we certainly felt we had the best location on the beach - 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops at Whalers Village, 10 minute walk to Black Rock for snorkeling, but frankly the snorkeling was best right off our private beach. We won't stay anywhere else next time we visit west Maui!

We got back two days ago from our amazing trip to Maui. The best thing about the Alii is the oceanfront location on Kaanapali beach, within walking distance to many other hotels, restaurants, and Whaler's Village. Working with the host was a pleasant experience, and responses were always polite and prompt. This unit has an even better view of the ocean from the lanai than pictured! We enjoyed use of the workout facility at the hotel and utilized towel service for the pool/beach use every day. The hotel staff at the pool and beach were all very kind and attentive. We also enjoyed using things like extra towels, cooler, and beach chairs and umbrella provided in the unit.The unit was clean enough when we arrived, with fresh bedding and towels, but we did notice things like splatters on some of the walls and doors and food residue on the kitchen cabinets. Things that may not get noticed or wiped down during a routine cleaning. Another small thing is that we were not aware that the hotel would hold a small security deposit upon arrival. This would normally not be an issue, but my sister's family, who do not have a credit card, arrived first and checked in. The funds were held from their bank account for our entire stay and the hotel would not allow us to change the hold to our credit card. Overall I would recommend this unit to other travelers and rate it 8/10.

We absolutely loved our stay and were wishing we could stay longer!! The location was perfect and the view was beautiful! The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We walked to Whalers Village everyday for coffee, shaved ice and shopping. We even watched the luau at the Westin from our balcony one night. I will book this exact condo if we ever get to come back.

His property manager on Maui is great and this condo was the best stocked one we have rented! The views of the mountains and the ocean are beautiful! We loved our time at the Kaanapali Ali’i. It’s the best property on the beach. The lanai is amazing! We spent hours every morning watching whales. The grounds are beautiful, and the resort and beach were not too crowded. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect!

The size of our accommodation was perfect for 2 couples and an infant. Having a kitchen was a plus for us. We loved the children’s pools, the shallow water was perfect for our almost 1 yr old granddaughter to crawl around and splash in. The grounds are immaculate and staff were very friendly. This property was as close to perfect as we could have hoped for. The location on the ground level allowwd for easy access to the beach and reataurants . It was easy to come and go as we pleased. The condo itself was pristine..from the beatiful decor to the comfort of the beds and aminities in the kitchen and baths.This is by far the best condo we've stayed in and will be back! Everything was perfect..check in,amenities,sleep,location,as well as the resort itself. We kept waiting for the "catch" and there wasn't one!
