The location was one of the biggest highlights. The ocean is just steps away, and the paved coastal path is accessible right outside the patio door. We used it every day for walking and biking while enjoying the shoreline views.There are numerous restaurants, shops, and conveniences within walking distance, making it easy to get around without always needing a car. We also appreciated the central location, which made exploring both the North Shore and South Shore much more convenient. Being close to the airport was another advantage, especially on arrival and departure days.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kauai.

The beach is NOT swimmable! very rough waves and tons of Portuguese man of war(2 ppl got stung while we were at shore right then).There are HOMELESS TENTS nearby, surely the pics do not show those.I just filed a dispute with my CC since the owners refused to compensate for all the troubles we had(i am on FaceBook Kauai group and ppl suggested it).Rice cooker was not useable(i did ask them X2 before/after booking bc my kid has food allergy, replaced on 3rd day), ceiling fan in the loft was defective(my kids were not comfortable till they replaced on the 3rd day), 1 cooktop burner was defective(they blamed on me not knowing how to use the fan and the burner).The #1 was we stayed for 9 nights and on the 7th night there was a loud humming noise(50db) coming from an adjacent unit which even made the room vibrate, so me and my hubby ended up sleeping in the livingroom(couch and floor)--the room was NOT suitable for sleep. the resort maintenance came the next day and he knew exactly what it was about(it seemed he had dealt with it before--a ceiling fan below us). the remaining nights we were anxious to sleep bc we were worried if the noise would return.It was supposed to be a special family vacation for us and we paid high for this unit and things were simply far less than perfect which is so disappointing despite the "Premier Host" title.I have asked them to DISCLOSE the bedroom noise on website! we have stayed at other condos in Maui...and never had issues like those!

The condo was clean. The bed is super comfortable however the living furniture was not very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked but a little disappointed there wasn’t cooking oil, any spices except salt and pepper and no tin foil or ziplock bags. The view of the ocean is great. The grounds are nice and the bbq area with tables is great to have. The AC keeps the living area cool but the bedroom got a little warm. Kathleen was very responsive to the questions I had.

This was a very nice property situated close to the beach with an abundance of opportunities for walking, biking, swimming, and close to many shopping and eating experiences. My husband and I appreciated our host and were very thankful for their efficient communication when we had issues initially with entering our condo. The kitchen was very well supplied with ample cooking and eating supplies, however, we chose to primarily eat out. We certainly are grateful for the accommodations and beautiful surroundings of this unit. Mahalo !

Very comfortable and very cozy. The pool was very nice along with the gardens surrounding the complex. Great view of the ocean from our patio. We were also to town,, restaurants, and quaint Little shops. Definitely enjoyed walking along the trail by the ocean. The only difficulty we had was getting into the heavy traffic which occurred for most of the day.

We had a great time staying in Kapa'a! The view is spectacular and the location of the condo is excellent. It is a short walk to many wonderful cafes and restaurants. The bike path offers the ability to walk a good distance along the beach. Also, it was nice that the owners provide beach chairs! The condo was not as clean as I would have preferred and there was a lot more rust on items around the condo than I would have expected for being somewhat recently renovated. Some of the amenities like the personal care products and paper products were not to the standard I would expect for the price paid for the rental. And the AC unit in the bedroom is loud.

Very well-equipped and well-organized, nicely decorated unit. It looked just like the pictures. Unobstructed ocean view is fantastic, as well as access to the walking path. Host was very responsive and organized. Location in Kapaa is very convenient to the cute "down town" with restaurants and shops. If you are a light sleeper like I am, you may want to bring your earplugs as roosters start crowing in the early morning hours and while the being on the first floor is very convenient, you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking, moving chairs etc. This was not a big deal for us and we enjoyed our stay.

Centrally located - easy, friendly, helpful communication with owner - really quick response if we needed something. We got daily use of the cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella- lifesavers. The complex is a bit on the older side but this condo is remodeled , the views are beach front, and lots of walkability. We really enjoyed our first trip to Hawaii! Thank you for hosting us !

Owner indicated no hidden fees but the fees for VRBO and taxes and bunch more garbage fees were never mentioned. Check this location for windy and cold weather, not sure in the summer but my stay was May 17th to May 23rd.

The unit was amazing, it was our third time staying in this exact unit. The grey couch in the living room is so comfortable. The rooms were clean and well stocked for what we needed for our stay. It has a beautiful view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. One thing to note is we did see some pincher bugs in the master bedroom and master bathroom. Then on our last day we saw a huge type of roach on our nightstand right by the bed. We were able to capture and get it out of the unit to the trash can. Overall it was a lovely stay but it may need to checked for pests. Again it was our 3rd year here and we love the unit so much. Thank you for the stay!

The resort is exceptional. It's easy to get to from the airport. The standard of care for the property is amazing. We watched the resort team clean the BBQ grills every morning to make sure they were ready to be used by the next person. You are steps away from the beach and a path that many use for walking, running, or riding a bike. The sunrise is amazing coming across the ocean. We really enjoyed out stay here.

This was a wonderful property, our first to trip to Kauai ! Our experience was excellent and the communication with host was simple and responsive. The unit was clean and the view was amazing. We had breakfast on the deck every day and enjoyed the evening watching the waves. Great place to stay. If anything could be improved it would be the living room couch could have been a bit more comfortable for watching TV. Other than that EVERYTHING was perfect! We are already planning on returning... We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our Kauai getaway, and this Kapa'a condo delivered on every front.The updated furnishings are beautiful — modern, tasteful, and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and there was lots of space for our family of 4 adults.What sets this condo apart is how well-equipped it is, not only in the kitchen, but also an impressive selection of beach gear: cooler, umbrellas, chairs, and everything else you'd need to spend a day on the water.The ocean-side setting is stunning and the coastal walking path was great for morning and evening walks/runs.Location-wise, Kapa'a is hard to beat. We found it easy to reach both the North Shore and the South Shore without feeling like we were spending our vacation in the car. Restaurants and shops, were all within easy reach.Betsy was great to communicate with, and we would absolutely stay here again. We recommend this condo anyone looking to experience Kauai at its best!

The location was great, and the condo was very spacious. My one complaint, though, is the couch was very saggy and uncomfortable to sit on. Also, the dining room chairs were not comfortable to sit on. The cushion for the outdoor lounge chair was very thin and not very soft. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The condo has everything you need plus extras. There is great beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels, a cooler and even an awesome wagon to carry everything that was clutch! The gear is also in excellent condition. The condo was also very clean and smelled clean. Jared, the host, is an excellent host, fast communication, very responsive and answered all our questions very quickly. We cooked all our meals and found the condo has most everything we needed. (Like other condos, some of the cook wear, especially nonstick pans, could be replaced, but I have found this to be the case in nearly every condo I have rented - we bought a cast iron pan to cook with). The condo has extras such as a Brita water filter, spices, left over cooking oil, aluminum foil, etc that was also very useful. The condo is very clean but on the older side, we found the living room area to be nice but the bedroom while clean has older carpet and a bit of a dated feel. The windows in the bedroom also face the parking lot. The unit is close to the pool/ hot tub and the fitness room was bigger than most with lots of free weights. I found this condo to have more amenities than ones run by vacation rental companies. There is a bike shop walking distance to rent bikes for the Kaapa bike path, which is a must. The Kaapa area itself is certainly convenient but not very charming. Hope this review helps as I found many reviews to be very informative.

We loved this little gem! We generally gave this stay five stars but three stars for the check-in process. We had just gotten off of a very long flight with an infant and were given the wrong door code so we ended up sitting in our car until we heard back from the owners. They were super easy to work with on the issue but it did cause some stress! I am sure they will work hard to make sure that doesn’t happen again! Overall, wonderful stay!

The condo ended up being just great for our family of 5 adults and one 9 year old. The master bedroom is large, perfect for my son, his wife and 9 year old with a make shift bed on the floor for him. I stayed in the second bedroom, my 36 and 38 yr old stayed in the loft. Added bonus of a small fridge upstairs!Nice view of the sunrise each am on the lanai. It is pretty small but fine for the three of us up early.The kitchen was nicely stocked. We cooked several meals and had no issues. Lots of counter space and although the kitchen is not very big it’s fine for 2 or 3 to dance around while cooking. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas to use for beach outings. Coolers, fins, and other items also. Nice beach towels for all.Beds were okay.The grounds are well kept and the pool is very nice. Lots of space for hanging out. BBQ grill we used worked great. Nice, helpful concierge named Ty. We booked deep sea fishing, ATV’s, Napali coast dinner cruise and zip lining. All were great! There are plenty of beach/swimming needs available for rent at very reasonable rates in the concierge office. We would definitely stay here again!The condo was very hot upon arrival, especially in the loft, and it took the A/C quite awhile to get the place cooled down. Fortunately we arrived about 3pm and by bedtime it was cool enough for sleeping upstairs. Body wash and shampoo/conditioner not the best. Next time we will bring our own. Great location and town of Kapaa is awesome!

We had an amazing stay. The condo was clean and fully stocked. Rated four stars for general condition due to the picture showing two lounge chairs out front, but there was only one. Great location. The AC worked very well. The overall property was lovely. The only downside was we could hear lots of movement above us. If you have a family staying above you, it can get a little noisy at times. But overall great experience, would stay here again.
