Location of the property was great! We woke up each day to the sunrise on the ocean. Would stay in the complex again but not the specific unit. We’re used to travelling in hostels but we found this place a bit too dirty for the price. It could use a good deep clean. Lots of stains, dust, and crumbs throughout the apartment. See photos.

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, had beautiful views, a refreshing pool, and short walk to the beach. The condo supplied everything we needed for 2 weeks stay (beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, water shoes, snorkeling gear etc) and was super accommodating and wonderful hospitality with fresh flowers on the dining room table, coffee pods for the mornings and local cookies as a small gift. The condo has plenty of fans to help the breeze flow through the condo and keeps it surprisingly cool. They even provided a steamer, iron and ironing board for us to use on our clothes for a professional photoshoot on the beach. Its perfect location on Island allowed us to travel north or south to other cities and beaches within reasonable time depending on traffic. This property is fantastic. The location is idyllic and the host, the Parrish Collection, went above and beyond to quickly address any and all concerns that came up..including a neighboring unit's new occupant chain smoking and filling our unit with cancer fumes. This is not a complaint, but just a word of warning that, like the mainland, Kauai is Hot in August. The hosts do as good a job as possible providing fans for this 'no a/c' unit, but we still had a few nights that were borderline unbearable inside the bedrooom with the heat ( our daughter stayed on the pullout in the living room and was fine). A visit here in winter/spring I think would be totally comfortable with just fans and ocean breezes to move the air. All in all, I would recommend this unit to anyone, loved it. The service was the best we've ever had in a vrbo rental.

This was the best vacation! The condo was beachfront and in a perfect location. It was well stocked and had everything you could think of. There was coffee, water and seasonings, which we were so appreciative of. The furniture is a little outdated but it was comfortable. The owners were great, and most accommodating. Wonderful spot! Very clean with everything you need. Enjoyed the beach access, pool and easy parking. Huge supply of beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, beach toys and a umbrella. Of course it’s hot in Kauai in August and no one has air conditioning, but plenty of fans. Great location. Would stay here again

Easy process for booking and great communication. The view was breathtaking. The breezes were phenomenal. Beautiful sunrises. No issues parking or accessing the rental. We loved walking on the deserted beach. Most of the time we had it all to ourselves. great proximity to several other beaches and activities. We did the Wailua Kayak Adventure which was less than a mile away. Should also check out Bynam Bridge to the south.

They made it so easy to check in and we even had to extend our stay by a day and they were so helpful and responsive at a time when we were stressed and they made things a breeze with such quick response times! Wonderful! Beautiful Oceanside location. Very nice inside and out. TV was broken, we didn’t care. Well kept. Take note that this place does not have air conditioning. That’s gladly replaced by the amazing sea breeze when all the windows are open.

This was a fantastic place for us to stay with our kids (14, 11, 8) while adventuring on Kauai. We aren’t beach people, so having access to a pool was a priority. Being able to see/hear the ocean right from the condo was lovely. It was clean, well organized and offered all of the creature comforts we needed. The ocean breeze kept us cool enough, even without AC. The beds were a bit firm for my husband’s liking, but didn’t bother me a bit. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo itself was super stocked with any essential you could need. The decorations were conducive to a tropical vacation get away. The problems that we had which management could assist with were promptly fixed. The Internet router went out and they were very quick to come and replace it. However the bathroom to the unit was terribly smelly, I couldn’t find the source of the smell- I thought it was the toilet plunger bc when I was searching for the smell I discovered toilet paper all over the plunger, but when it was removed the smell remained. I ended up buying a candle and just lighting it every morning bc the smell was so strong you could smell it throughout the condo as the heat increased through the day. We spent 1 day witbout any water bc someone had hit a fire hydrant which took all the water pressure to the entire faciity. Then towards the end of the trip the pool was closed due to maintenance.

Wow what an amazing spectacular stay for our trip! I cannot recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a reasonably priced beautiful place to stay, PICK THIS ONE!!! We came the first week of June and it was GORGEOUS! The flowers were blooming all over the property that you can see walking from the parking lot, to the view from the back deck! Speaking of view, what an insane picturesque backdrop to walk out to every morning! It’s set back in the condos so you have shade from the other buildings but a perfect view straight out to the ocean. Great place to sit for breakfast with a decent sized table and chair, and 2 comfortable lounge chairs. The inside is quaint and very on theme for a tropical vacation! No A/C, but wasn’t a huge problem for us there were multiple fans in each room and the windows let in the cool ocean breeze. The beach right next to the condos connects all the way down to a great beach called Lydgate, and you can access it with a beautiful walk down the beach or the sidewalk path! Cute pool with a grill, and another grill out front by the parking lot. Everyone was super friendly and not loud at night. Can’t think of anything I’d want to change or needed changed about this place. Overall this property made our stay so much better and I highly recommend it!

This is a lovely condo in a relatively quiet part of Kauai. It’s within easy walking distance of Lydgate Beach’s swimming areas, and the beach in front of the property has lots of driftwood on which to sit and watch the ocean or play in the surf. (Our son is 10, and handled the waves here with ease; he was standing/jumping into them, not swimming.)

We really love the location of this condo. It is centrally located so it is easy to go different directions each day. The beach is very quiet and peaceful. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning. As long as you keep the doors open and the fans on it is comfortable though. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is perfect for us. We love the views and the quietness and cleanliness. The beach is absolutely amazing and not crowded. The response from management is spot on, I had a few questions and always got an answer in a timely manner. This place had everything we need for our stay. The one not 100% positive thing I can say about it is it the bed is not very comfortable. But we really enjoyed staying here. And will be back.

This guy lace was great! The manager was very responsive when we needed anything. The porch looks right out at the ocean. Nice breeze off the ocean. 200’ walk to a beautiful beach. No AC took a little adjusting to but with fans we were just fine.

We loved everything about the condo! It has the most spectacular view…feeling the ocean breeze and hearing the crashing waves was everything. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The rainfall shower was so delightful. The condo is in a complex that is very well maintained and quiet. We left a pieces of our hearts there and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Good spot as a home base for island. Most days we spent most of our time in north or south areas. River is very close for cool kayaking trek. Nice beach view for morning coffee. Swimmable beach 10min or less walk on paved path or down beach. Large grassy area in front of unit for kids to play. They have beach towels and 3 beach chairs. Few pool noodles and beach mats. No air conditioning so can get a little balmy at times but was not a major issues with constant winds off coast.

We always love true Oceanfront condos. This is one of those. Lots of amenities. Beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, etc. Remodel is great. We would stay here again. I am always stressed when there isno AC, but you really didn't need it. Perfect breeze though the condo every night.

We completely fell in love with this condo and its location. The morning sunrises were spectacular. We were literally steps from the beach and about a 10 min walk to the lagoons at Lydgate Beach Park . We loved collecting sea glass along the rocks. There was no a/c but it wasn’t needed with the windows open, allowing for the sounds and breeze from the ocean to cool the condo. There were plenty of fans available as well. The kitchen was stocked with all the amenities you would need to cook breakfast etc. There’s a Safeway 5 mins down the road for food and drinks.The washer and dryer were so convenient, the linen closet was full of extra towels along with pillows and blankets. They had everything covered! Mornings wouldn’t be complete with the roosters and chickens greeting us. Coconut Marketplace is down the road with restaurants, stores and a farmers market a couple times a week. There’s a disc golf course right next to the property on one side and a golf course on the other side. The grounds were well maintained and clean!!We definitely recommend this property to everyone!!
