Loved the location. We love the beach so was close to many different beaches for swimming on the East and South of the island. So many great restaurants within a couple miles. Would definitely recommend a rental car if going anywhere. Condo was clean and as described. Management co. was responsive to questions and accommodating. Appliances worked great and laundry was convenient in the next building.

Apartment is very comfortable, room, kitchen, dining room are big enough, but what Is amazing Is the ocean view from the terrace and the possibility to have breakfast/lunch or dinner on the terrace looking at the sea.... Highly suggested

They delivered them right to the resort and were just so nice!! We weren’t huge fans of Poipu beach (so rocky and the most crowded place) and actually preferred the north island beaches and Hanalei Bay! The resort was great! So peaceful, and even though there were people there we often felt like we had the place to ourselves. Pool is great! Beach was a little rough right in front of resort but so beautiful and we could play in the waves there. Steve the security guard was so sweet and gave us some restaurant recommendations! Can not beat the view! It was amazing. We also did the Secret Falls Kayak/Hike with Kayak Kauai and it was amazing! Great service, great tour guide and the waterfall is magical! We did the fire show at the Hilton. Great food, fun show but probably not as spectacular as some of the other luau shows. Such a great trip and great resort! Central and an easy drive to almost anywhere on the island. Unit had everything we needed. Breezes were so nice, great view of course!

No extra paper towels, shampoo, and bath soap. Sofa bed is terribly old and hard to sleep on (it's time to replace sofa/futon).

Location of property is great. Walk across grounds to beach and 5 minute walk to Lydgate Beach Park. Location along the highway is easy to go north or south, and is only 5 to 10 minutes from the airport. If there is any constructive criticism to offer, it is that the green couch needs to be replaced. It is old and not at all comfortable seating. The tv stand is also a bit awkward, in that there are front posts that block part of the tv screen unless someone is sitting directly in front of the tv, i.e. on the green couch. And, in the kitchen the knives need sharpening. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and we would return to Kaha Lani Resort, but perhaps a different unit.

We cooked a lot, kitchen had everything possible. Pool is right in front of the property. We also loved the location of this condo - centrally located, Lydgate beach park is 2 mins drive, which is one of the best beaches. Totally recommend this property.

The view from the balcony looks exactly the same as on the picture on the website.The appartment was clean and well equipped. The property is absolutely well kept, the pool was clean and every evening the torches around the pool were lit - wonderful! The beach is really nice, too and mostly empty. The central location on the island makes trips to the north and to the south easy. Lots of restaurants and food trucks in Kaapa and 15 minutes drive to Lihue.

This property was perfect for our recent trip. We loved that it was walkable to Parks and swimming for the kids. We enjoyed the pool and that we were central to both sides of the island (with a drive). This area was not as touristy as others and I loved that, but there were still shops and restaurants near by. The condo was perfect. Not fancy but had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was well prepared to cook all our meals, Safeway was close by (5 min drive). This condo is on 3rd floor so must be ok with stairs. Great view of pool, lawn and ocean. Saw daily sunrise. Went for daily walk on sandy beach in front of property. Would def stay again.

The overall property was very well kept and extremely quiet. The pool was great and condo was walking distance to nearby beach. It was also very central to explore all over the island. The condo itself was very basic, had all necessary kitchen items. Cleaning products used on place left residue all over the place that made it uncomfortable to walk around barefoot. Otherwise condo worked for what we needed. The Lanai was great and great partial view of ocean.

We loved how close to the ocean the condo was and the lovely path leading up to where the ocean meets Waimea River. It was right next to Lydgate Beach Park which we wished we had more time to spend time at. The condo itself was nothing fancy but was clean and had everything we needed (except for a crib for our infant).

From the morning sunrises to the late evening swims in the pool each day was magical. We loved this place and found it a great jump off place for the fun things we did. The only complaint I have is not with the condo but with the complex office that closes at 4:00. We would have liked to have played more pickle ball but having to return the key by 4 was not optimal. Loved having an ample storage room. The private front porch with mountain view, on top of the lanai with the ocean view was icing on the cake.

This unit is close to the office area, so during some people's check in, you could hear voices. But, that was not a big thing at all. Nice pool, washers and dryers take credit cards only.

we loved this place, 4 days where too short, the unit is located only few minutes from the airport and not far from stores but far enough from the highway. We enjoy a cup of coffee every morning looking a the ocean from the lanai, we loved the views and tranquility. the place needs a little updating but for the price and location was excellent. we are going back next year.

Very nice condo, close to the airport and centrally located to either side of the island. Nice views from the living room and balcony and beautiful grassy lawn with lush flowers. The beach right in front is not the nicest we went to but still a beach where we took walks, enjoyed the sunset and did some stargazing. There is also a convenient running trail that extends in either direction from the condo. The listing was very accurate and we had everything we needed to cook a few meals

We enjoyed coffee on the lanai during sunrise and then went for long walks on the beach, just steps away. The condo was as shown, with attractive decor, and was clean and neat. The kitchen has everything you would need for your stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Overall this place was great! Central location on the island. Easy to access. Beautiful sunrise if you’re willing to wake up early enough. Loved that there were towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. I personally was extremely hot in the bedroom and the bed was rock hard for my taste. So I slept on the couch which was nice and cozy! Cleanliness was okay however it’s an ocean side condo so the wind was constantly blowing in sand and salt. We did have to unload a full dishwasher of dishes that we didn’t dirty. Overall it was a great stay. Easy parking, easy access into the unit. Love love loved the shampoo and conditioner.
