It is centrally located to cover both the north end of Island and the south part of island.We would recommend this property and would return here also.

We traveled with our 2 tween sons and the Lihue condo worked really well for us. With the 2 bedrooms and sofa bed everyone had their own space. The condo was clean and had everything we needed (including a bunch of beach stuff we didn't know we needed). Ocean views are spectacular, central location makes touring easy, and Lydgate park is right next door.
However, the two bedrooms are not equivalent so I would not advise staying here with 2 couples thinking it is a "2 master bedroom" situation. The upstairs bedroom is spacious with gorgeous ocean view and a wall of louvered windows to bring in the ocean breeze. The adjacent bathroom is also spacious and recently updated. The downstairs bedroom is much smaller, with a small, dated bathroom (clean, but definitely meh) and limited airflow. It got rather hot down there, even with 2 portable fans and the ceiling fan running nonstop. With the single window open we could hear people talking outside the laundromat (vs ocean sounds in the room upstairs). Not necessarily a deal breaker, but definitely something to consider based on who you are traveling with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. The beach views, quiet location, easy access to all parts of the island, and beautifully maintained property made for a wonderful experience. The condo was larger than we expected and easily accommodated our family of 4. We were a little worried about not having air conditioning in August, however it was never an issue. The temperatures are mild on Kauai and the breezes made it very comfortable. It was actually cool at night and we used light blankets. The condo was well stocked for preparing meals. The beach chairs, hiking poles, and beach mats were appreciated. We would not hesitate to stay again!

We visited Kauai for 5 nights as part of a 40th birthday celebration trip. The trip couldn’t have been better! The location of this condo is amazing with quick access to basically empty beaches! Walking to Lydgate Beach was so fun and the closet of beach toys, chairs, snorkel gear, sandmat, etc. was great. It’s quiet yet easy to get to lots of stores, restaurants, beaches, etc. 10/10 would recommend! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great experience at Kaha Lani 213. We loved the beach views and cool ocean breeze (we visited in May and were comfortable with windows/fans and no A/C), the spacious patio, and the unit itself, which was furnished well and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the beach/pool (beach towels, pool noodles, puddle jumper, snorkeling gear, camping chairs). The unit has direct access to the beach (1-2 minutes away), and you can walk along the pathway to go to Lydgate beach park/pools/playground (5-10 min away); it was really nice to go to the beach without having to drive. The location is not walkable to restaurants but it was a convenient, short drive (5-10 min) away from lots of restaurants in Kapaa and Lihue, and was a great central location for visiting all other parts of the island. We would definitely come back to stay at Kaha Lani 213 again!

Our stay was perfect! The condo was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need from the kitchen utensils, to picnic supplies and snorkeling gear. The space was perfect for our family of 4, both adult children 21 & 23. Location was fantastic as we toured the whole island. We enjoyed hiking the Sleeping Giant, the Smith’s Fern Grotto boat tour, snorkeling in Poipu and Princeville. Our morning walks along the beach were beautiful. I enjoyed sitting on the patio and reading a book in the recliners. We flew a kite on the grounds and used the sports fields behind the complex. Beds were comfy, TV was even fantastic since we were there during March Madness… We enjoyed BbQing at the pool and we used the laundry facilities very near the condo. We enjoyed the quiet, serenity of of the whole complex. Perfect getaway and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you🌺🏝️💕

I just left this condo after spending a week there. Beautiful sunrises, falling asleep to the sound of the surf that is so close to the complex and enjoying quiet evenings. Except for a couple of nights where there were several 20-somethings partying in their unit and smoking on their lanai! I and several other guests in other units reported it and it didn’t happen again. The resort is quiet and somewhat secluded and is attractive to families, seniors, couples and friends that just want to get together in paradise without all of the partying.
The unit itself is fantastically stocked with all kitchen items that you’ll need and a lanai closet filled with all sorts of fun beach toys and hiking sticks.
And the view…well, I don’t believe you can find a better sunrise on Earth😀

Want a place with a gorgeous view and the sound of waves when you sleep? Then this is the place! You will be very pleased with staying here! You can walk along the beach on a nice paved path, which also leads you down to the swimming area with tide pools to snorkel in! Everything is provided for the beach and to cook your meals! It’s location is primo for being right in the middle for going back and forth between both sides of the island! A must stay!

The property is great! Nice little pool if the waves are too much for you. Able to walk to Lydgate and jump right in the water.
There was a Kauai League soccer match next door, so we got to see live sports, too! Close to the canal tubing adventure and not far from the Kipu ranch for the ATV tour. Zipping back into Lihue wasn't bad for some of Smiley's Grinds. Even went to Poipu for an evening without much hassle. It's pretty much the middle of the island so everything is decently close. The room in particular has great views! Being near parking and the laundry was a plus for me. If we come back to Kauai, we'll stay there, but we want to try some of the other islands, too.

Very nice condo.The rental agency was very rude and mean if I called with a question.Unfortunately most of the locals have become rude and edgy after the pandemic.It looks like they miss their unemployment benefit days. Will not return to this island ever again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kaha Lani. The view from the lanai was amazing and the condo was lovely with everything we needed. The unit provided lots of outside items such as snorkel gear, water shoes, chairs, sand toys, children's life jackets, swim noodles, etc. to use while there. It is quiet and comfortable and conveniently located near the airport and other attractions. If we are ever able to return to Kauai we will stay here again!

The location was excellent, we went south a few days and north a few days. The rest of the time was spent right around the condo. The view from the condo was very good and the ocean breeze made sleeping very nice. Having two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made this condo much better than others in the same price range. The complex is nice and the condo had everything we needed for 9 days. I will come back.

The condo location was very nice, the beach is quiet and the parks nearby are a nice feature. The couch that my son slept on made him sick every night, the property manager was requested several times to fix the main floor shower that didn’t drain, so we had 5 people sharing 1 bathroom the entire week, but overall we would come back to this condo again.

It was a wonderful week in Kauai. We appreciated the condo and it’s amenities. The only thing that would add to the experience for future renters would be air conditioning. The fans were very nice and helpful though. Nice walkway along the beach to enjoy as well.

This property has no air conditioning, so to stay cool you have to sleep with the windows open. Which wouldn’t be a problem if it never rained while we were sleeping. But it did and the Capet in the upstairs bedroom got damp and smelled awful of mold and mildew. Not just from the night we stayed there, this was clearly something that had been an ongoing issue. Mold spores are not something you want to be breathing in, so hopefully they rip out that carpet and replace it with tile. The view is stunning, but the excessive moisture posed a major mold and mildew problem.
