Just off the private lanai of the ground-floor condo, walls of bamboo, towering coconut trees, and a collection of tropical greenery create a serene setting for your stay.

Your ohana (family) can spend quiet evenings in the living room with a couch, two chairs, a flatscreen TV, and tropical décor. Have some quality family time gathered around the four-person dining table, eating a good meal, or just enjoying some great conversation. Before you sit down to dinner, put your favorite vintage in the wine fridge.

Pretty and practical, the fully-equipped kitchen has handsome cherry cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and under-counter lighting. The open kitchen sits between the living room and dining room so the cook can stay part of the action.

You won’t have to count sheep thanks to the main bedroom’s comfortable bed outfitted with tasteful blue bedding. The main has a large dresser and closet for storage, a flatscreen TV, and access to the lanai. If you need additional sleeping space, the living room couch doubles as a sofa sleeper.

Really enjoyed our stay , especially the pool . Unit was very well stocked with just about anything you could want easily to hand and clearly labeled . The only drawback for us was noise from Koloa Landing parking lot , mostly laundry carts but sometimes motorbikes . We would certainly stay here again , thank you .

This ground level rental was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. There was no AC, so the inside temperature became a bit warm, along with the humidity. Ceiling and floor fans were available. After two days we learned how to stay comfortable by experimenting with fan management. The king size bed was very comfortable. There was a nice welcoming plate when we arrived with cookies, nuts, trail mix and a coffee kit with ground coffee within a single filter. Kitchen and bath supplies were sparse. We had to purchase bath soap, paper towels and facial tissues. The coffee maker was a 10-cup drip appliance. This was a bit outdated, and no coffee was provided, other than the one-use gift coffee kit. A modern single use appliance with K-cups would be a nice upgrade, along with sugar and creamer. Tea would also be a nice upgrade. An ice chest, beach chairs and beach towels were provided, making our daily trips to the beach and about the island comfortable and convenient. The washer and dryer were a much-appreciated convenience. The gardens at the villas were pretty and well maintained. There is a private lanai to enjoy them, however bug spray may be a needed to ward off an occasional mosquito. The location of the rental on the south side of the island was convenient to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental and would recommend it to anyone.

This home is lovely! It is clean, spacious, quiet, and safe! We were so comfortable during the day, but we were a little too warm at night. Fans are provided. Parking was easy. The pool was in good condition. The neighbors all seemed nice!

The apartment was as advertised and the photos were as you will find it when you arrive. The only down side was the lack of AC. They have a number of fans to use, but I just assumed being in Hawaii it would have it.

My daughter and I loved the beautiful park like grounds , amazing pool and proximity to shops and sunset wall. The reason for the three star rating is the lack of air conditioning and light. It was much warmer in the unit than outside which made it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep.

I loved the location. Very close to Lawai'i Beach, and I was able to easily get around on an electric bike. The accommodation itself was very large compared to what i'm used to traveling alone, it would have been perfect for a couple. You're basically renting a small house and it comes with a full kitchen, cds, TV's. No AC or room service but it's a great little home base if you want a home away from home.
