This ground-floor condo is perfect for a small family or two couples, offering bedrooms on either side of the condo as well as a large living and dining area in the middle where everyone can come together as they'd like. Prepare your morning coffee in the kitchen, relax out on the lanai, and watch passing golfers tee off from the box just across the lava rock. Relax in the community's swimming pool and hot tub, or fit in an invigorating morning workout at the tennis court, on the jogging trails, or in the open-air fitness center.

This air-conditioned condo is located in an extremely walkable area, with the Petroglyphs, shopping, and dining all close by. The Waikoloa Kings' Course is just across the way, and the Village is a few miles up the road. If the whole family is with you, it's a quick jaunt over to the Hilton, where you can swim with dolphins or attend a luau. Don't miss enjoying a lunch, happy hour, or dinner with your toes in the sand at Lava Lava Beach Club (one mile south), or making the 10-mile drive north to Sam Spencer Beach Park, which has great snorkeling, sun, and shade.

Fabulous stay at the home. It is great location, easy and convenient. Some possible improvements - the blinds can get a replacement and the chairs of the dining room needs a replacement. We did not try the ice making part of the refrigerator after reading previous review. Overall a good place, could be great with some upgrades.

Location and pool were great. The condo had a nasty smell to it that was probably a result of the very over due carpet that needs to be replaced. 2nd bathroom smelled of puke. Wiped the surfaces down in the bathroom, including the floor, with Clorox wipes to see if that would help, and somehow it made it worse. Couldn’t get the tv in the living room to work. The pullout sofa bed was broke. First couple dishes we pulled out to use, were dirty.

We loved the outdoor space, great view and shady location. The unit itself is in desperate need of a full renovation. From beds to linens to worn out chairs with huge dips in the seat cushions. Carpets are worn out with areas with no underpad. The stove has elements that are crooked and don't sit flat. The fridge icemaker jammed and water melted onto the floor. The beach equipment is in such bad shape that we never used it. For what we paid this unit was very poor value.

Great things about this place are the following: Exclusive secured location,close to the beach and shopping area, tennis courts, well-managed gardens, prompt response (acknowledging via text) to issues. Not so good about this place: Only one set of bath towels in master's bath; only one set beach towels for 4 people; broken handle of bath tub which was not repaired during our stay; despite the excessive service fees we had to wash bath towels and put away trash.

The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo making it perfect for two couples. Check in & check out were easy & uncomplicated. Stasha & her Vacasa staff were awesome to work with. The condo is dated but comfortable & has most everything needed for an enjoyable stay. This was our fifth stay in the condo & wouldn’t hesitate to return for stay number six.

The two bedrooms are separated well and the master locks, which was very appreciated. Yes, of course I was an attentive parent, complete with bringing a baby monitor so I could keep an eye/ear on things, but you parents know how it is. Easy walk to the pool and hot tub area, which we all enjoyed very much. Pool noodles in closet and other extra touches. Kitchen worked well, but too bad the notebook didn't refer to recycling. We were in a hurry to check out (to make it to morning snorkeling) and only then discovered recycling bins in the trash enclosure. The DVD player stopped working the day after we'd started a movie (that we brought), and nobody was available in the late afternoon/evening to fix it, which was frustrating. But at least the Vacasa customer service was available and sympathetic, for both this and when our flight was canceled and we called them circa 2 am, hoping to extend our stay in light of the fresh news. (Sadly, it was booked already... we would have gladly stayed longer!)

This was an amazing property. The condo itself had an excellent layout with wonderful privacy and views. It was easy to find, the directions provided were accurate and led us right to it, even in the dark. The communication between management was excellent. There was nothing we needed that the place didn't have on hand. The amenities were fabulous as well. I would definitely book this place again.

This apartment was superb! Everything was clean and bright. Even the dishwasher and laundry had soap included. Strangely enough, even the kitchen knife block had very good quality knives. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and am looking forward to making another trip.

The condo is slightly dated but very comfortable for a small family or two couples. The deck has a great view of one of the holes on the course and is secluded from the neighbors. It is also in the shade in the late afternoons which is very nice for sitting outside enjoying the end of the day.

We just returned from our weeklong stay at the Shores at Waikoloa #105. It was wonderful! The place was well-stocked with kitchen equipment and beach gear. The place was comfortable and clean. The patio was AMAZING! The only suggestion that I would have is for a property map to be included with the property. We arrived very late and had some trouble finding the condo. In the daytime, there were no issues at all. :)

Loved our 10 day stay! Location and amenities were perfect. Carpets were a bit drab and stained. Couch is tired old and worn—- same with all the bed pillows. Dining room chairs have big dips in seats from years of use. A few tweaks and this place could be perfect!
