Master Bedroom: King Bed

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Any additional car is on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool onsite.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis Courts:  Two tennis courts onsite.  First come, first serve basis
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.

Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Shores at Waikoloa 317 is located in the Tamarind Tower Building at the Shores at Waikoloa. It is on the third floor. There is elevator access to the third floor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Shores at Waikoloa.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Loved this property! New and upgraded facilities. Our family stayed in another condo at The Shores and this one was definitely newer and shinier :) Felt very luxurious!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable and had plentiful amenities, including beach chairs and an umbrella. The views from the spacious lanai were really nice, and the resort area is lovely.

Construction on the outside hallway in front of our 3rd floor unit prevented access to the elevator. One of us is handicapped and unable to use stairs. We explained our situation to the phone receptionist who said the manager would contact us. We never heard from the manager. As we were checking out, we stopped at the management office and talked to the receptionist who did nothing to address our situation except to say the property manager would contact us. We never were contacted. The visit left us thinking the management had no clue what they're doing and don't care about their guests. The management did nothing to address our disruption and just ignored us figuring once we left nothing need be done. We cannot recommend this property..

The unit is decorated beautifully and the lanai is lovely to relax on. We did not need to reach out to the property manager during our stay. It was convenient being close to a grocery store.

This condo was a big part of how much we enjoyed our vacation. Not only has the owner thought of all the little conveniences, but the location of unit 317 in the complex is perfect. Top floor, corner unit with wrap deck and beautiful view of the golf course and topography unique to the Big Island. Perfect for evening cocktails!! Short walk to the sandy beach at A-Bay( chaise lounges are set up all along the beach). We’ll definitely be booking this unit again!
