This one-bedroom one-and-a-half-bath, newly updated condo features a fully stocked kitchen, sweeping mountain views, and close proximity to numerous white sand beaches. Enjoy a multitude of dining options, shopping, golf courses, and more all conveniently located minutes away.When you enter this beautiful home, you are welcomed by the updated decor, new furniture, and gorgeous views. Enjoy a cup of Kona coffee on the lanai in the morning, then come back into centrally air-conditioned bliss. With a half bath conveniently located by the entrance of the condo, other guests can be comfortable without having to enter the master suite. Rest easy in the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed and full bathroom attached.This condo features a fully stocked kitchen and updated appliances, making it the perfect place to put together a quick meal or get in touch with your culinary prowess and whip up something special. The kitchen, dining room, and living room flow together seamlessly, meaning no lonely cooks and great entertaining capabilities. There are four barstools, a dining room table that seats four, and a bistro table on the lanai so there is plenty of room to accommodate friends and family.Kick back with a book by the pool, take a short cruise to the beach, or go explore nearby historical sites such as the petroglyphs. With the ever-present Waikoloa breeze and sunshine, it is hard to have a bad day when you are staying at The Shores!Please note:
-There is central air conditioning in this unit
-There is an elevator and no stairs to get to the unitWhile we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.Starting on March 1, 2023. During the days of work focused on the elevator lobby and surrounding area, the elevator will not be going to the 3rd floor. It will be available to the 2nd floor. They had chairs, cooler, tennis rackets and balls....but the umbrella is a must on the beaches.

Great view of the Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa from the 3rd floor. Location is ideal. Close to lots of beaches and Waikoloa has plenty of shopping and restaurants. Not too far from Kona (30 minutes or less) and the close to the saddle road to Hilo or Mauna Kea.

Communication with property management was efficient and prompt, unit was very well-equipped, spacious, and reserved shaded parking right in front. Lanai provides beautiful views onto Mauna Kea. Would definitely recommend!

The kitchen was well equipped but the unit lacked several amenities such as Kleenex, bathroom soap and shampoo. It was unfortunate that there was major construction outside our unit.

The condo was relaxing and clean. Such a great lanai to fall asleep on or eat lunch. Also it is close to the pool. Having walking issues it was nice that there is an elevator. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our needs. No road noise and very little human noise. Watched Nenes and peach faced love birds from the lanai. Very responsive property management team. Will definitely stay here again!
