The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The community was clean and quiet and the garden lanai with a view of the pool was fantastic and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again.

I’d come back in a heartbeat. Wonderful chill location within walking distance of the fancy resorts. Great customer service with an issue we had with the coffee pot.

The condo was conveniently located next to the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were beach supplies as well. All around great stay!

The property was as good as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. The proximity of the pool to the condo made it super convenient and we had the pool to ourselves at times. It was very quiet which was nice.

Our family spend 4 nights enjoying this condo. We loved the ground floor patio, proximity to beaches, shops and restaurants, the pool, and the unit itself. It was clean, organized, well stocked, and easily met our needs. We did have one issue with the smoke detector "chirping" continuously (I replaced the battery which didn't solve the problem) and I needed to place multiple calls into the management company. These things happen, though, and it didn't impact our overall ability to enjoy our vacation in this lovely unit.

Our stay in 126 at the Shores was lovely. We enjoyed the extra large patio, the quiet, the easy location to pool and parking, the very well stocked kitchen (spices, plastic wrap everything you need) the furnishings, having air condo washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets, well working air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Only two things we would improve on…the shower is very low pressure and in need of maintenance. The shower head is very old as is the tile and grout in both bathrooms. We also thing cleaning crew need to concentrate on baseboards and corners, up and down.

We were very impressed with this condominium. It was well appointed and very clean. It felt spacious inside and outside on the large L-shaped Lanai. The proximity to the pool was nice too.

Management Company really let us down We contacted them about the clothes drawer letting them know it was not working. They stated would have service person come by, but they never showed up or followed up with a call. Went home with wet clothes in our suitcases. Very disappointing

Very nicely stocked, grounds are beautiful. Pool was warm enough swim but spa is under renovation. Checked the dryer if you are missing towels in the bathrooms.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. Easy check in and check out. The view in the living room was wonderful. The AC was important and made us more comfortable to stay at this place. We were happy to pay a bit extra to rent a place with AC in Hawaii. The location was great, closed to shops and grocery store. There's a swimming pool near by, about couple minutes walk to the pool. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool there. This was a great place to stay when we traveled to Kona. A few helpful tips for travelers to Kona: 1. Although the Island Gourmet Markets (swim shoes here had better quality and good price) near by was good, we liked the KTA Super store at Waikoloa Village a bit more. About 15 minutes drive. The Poke was half price at that store and it was good. 2. Good local breakfast place - Hawaiian Style Cafe - Waimea. Good price, great quantity and the food was yummy. 3. Best Shave Ice Place - Brain Freeze Shave Ice at Hilo. We tried different places and this one was the best. Good price, the size was big (double quantity compare with other places). 4. Coffee shop - I liked Waimea Coffee Company in Waimea. Best iced latte I tried. 5. Quilt shop - We found that the best quality for handmade quilt was at the Hawaiian Quilt Collection in the Queen's market.

The property was very nice, just what we were looking for. The unit was well located, wonderfully stocked with cooking utensils, and nicely furnished. A small glitch in the turnover/checkin process caused a small amount of shared grief for all of us but the management team responded well and rectified things to our satisfaction, (it would have been a whole lot better had it not happened). A good vacation.

Location trumps any negative reviews. Wished the floors had been cleaner and condo was in desperate need of a good dusting / wipe down. Appliances were great and kitchen was well stocked. We ate in all meals due to dietary restrictions with our son. Overall would recommend.

We had a great time. From booking to checkout was very smooth. The place was exactly as described. Very spacious for. Family. The Lanai was especially welcoming. The beds were super comfortable, which for me is huge. We would definitely stay here again. They are doing construction on the pool, so you will need to use adjacent property’s pool.

We were not able to use the facility’s due to lack of communication amongst the staff…. By that time it was too late.
