You will find that our one bedroom unit with NEW Central AC is the perfect location for your next vacation and offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Shores Waikoloa offers exclusive tennis courts, fitness center, swimming pool & hot tub and barbecues for the guests to enjoy.
Our recently remodeled unit with new central AC is fully furnished and has all you need to enjoy your next Hawaiian Vacation. The generous wrap-around lanai offers privacy and peaceful setting with the surrounding palm trees. Our lanai is the perfect spot to experience the Hawaiian indoor/outdoor living, to share a meal or just unwind and relax in one of the chaise lounges.
The master bedroom offers comfortable large bed and TV with cable. Our fully remodel master bathroom offers large walk in shower and dual vanity. Upon request, we set up a rollaway bed for a third guest.
The living room has a TV with cable channels and plenty of seating area. A powder room is located off the entryway for your convenience.
The Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and it is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Washer & dryer are conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen.
Beach essentials provided: cooler; beach chair; beach towels; beach umbrella.
Our unit has a Reserved and Free parking spot. Additional Guest parking spots are available throughout the community. We are located on the second floor but our building offers elevator for easy access to the unit.
BBQ grills are available right outside the pool area.
We are available to assist you throughout your stay.
Waikoloa Resort is a very walkable area and Our great central location within the Resort allows you the opportunity to easily explore many of it’s attractions such as as the Petroglyphs, shopping at Queens and King Shop, diverse dining options, luaus and the famous Anaeho'omalu Bay. We are located in between 2 renowned golf courses: Beach and King’s Course.
Anaeho'omalu Bay or A-Bay is a beautiful white sand beach that attracts many tourists daily. A-Bay is famous for its tranquil waters and multiple water activities options such as: swimming, snorkeling, stand up paddle, canoe paddling, sailing, windsurfing, boat tours such as glass-bottom boat, dive boats, whale watch tours. When hanging out at A-Bay you most likely will encounter a Honu (Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle) either swimming or taking a nap.
Shores Waikoloa is located within Waikoloa Resort and many of it's attractions such as: beaches, shops, coffee shops, restaurants and more are located about 10-30 minute walk.

We loved our stay here. It was clean, with such beautiful views. We woke every morning to beautiful bird calls saying hello to the sun. We ate breakfast every morning on the lanai. And the bed... It's the best sleep I've had in ages. They had everything there you could need. I hope we get to come back!

We spent a week at the Condo, and it was lovely! The home itself is in a quiet neighborhood and has been updated without losing the charm of the original unit. I can also confirm the AC has been updated and works well. It was also very clean.
They have beach towel, umbrella, chairs and cooler to use. All of which were a lifesaver!
The owners were easy to contact if needed and were in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok.
The location was perfect to access the numerous beaches nearby as well as Waimea. Even the drive to the observatory and Hilo was just over an hour.

Important features for me were the location in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area, the walking distance to the beach, and the exercise facility. It’s a well-maintained property that’s generally fairly quiet, which is important to me because I like to start my day slowly with a long session on the lanai reading and drinking coffee. This was my second visit to Shores Waikoloa (previously there in Dec 2019) and I still haven’t used the pool.

This rental was spacious, and the lanai and shower were nice.
Having lived on the Big Island and hosting many visitors in a variety of rentals, and also visiting and renting many different places around the island, this rental does not have local flavor or any amenities to speak of (as we have found customary in other rentals here). Having arrived late Thursday night, we were a bit shocked to get up in the morning, and find there was not even any complimentary coffee in the kitchen. Other island rentals (even those much less costly) have a some touches like coffee, tea, a few basics in the kitchen, maybe some flowers on the table. There was not one local magazine or any 'Hawaii effects' at all. I would suggest that those are the little things that make a big difference, particularly if you are advertising "luxury" accommodations.
We enjoyed the location to places and activities that we enjoy in this part of the island.

Nice condo and super great hostess. Location is perfect. Easy walk to the ocean, shops, restaurants. Huge lanai with table and chairs as well as loungers. We enjoyed our stay.

Onle problem was trying to get the TV in the living room to work. We contacted the manager several times who did send someone over to troubleshoot what was going on with it. We were able to get it working some of the time, but way too complicated for simply wanting to turn it on and off .

We enjoyed our stay and everything went as planned. We are retired and visit Hawaii every November. The only thing I would like to see change is a quiet time for adults only at the pool. While the rules are clear there was a lot of jumping, diving and horse play with children 2 of the 4 times were were there and it really distracts from the enjoyment of a quiet and relaxing day at the pool.

The location is perfect! Close to the airport, beaches, and Kona. The closest beach is within walking distance, but I recommend Hapuna beach nearby(~15 minute drive). The condo was clean and comfortable and the area is gorgeous with amazing plants and wildlife. There was a something new to see everyday just walking around the condo. We loved our stay!

In an age of COVID-19 this place was not well kept. All the old and cheap furniture was dusty, but particularly bad were the counter surfaces and the porcelain floors were absolutely filthy. As is Hawaiian custom, shoes come off at the door...except then ones feet instantly became dirty. Flip flops were a must (the condos use of liquid ant traps tell a tale, too). Also the elevator worked maybe 40% of the time...bad knees make walking up/down stairs annoying. No TV service til we called the property manager. We've stayed in over a dozen VRBO properties. Most are exceptional. This one is not.

Absolutely love this condo! Spacious, GREAT appliances, patio is lovely! Well equipped and felt like a better version of home! I seriously wish this was our apartment back home.
My only complaint is the hanging blinds. I hate how easily they break and come down. Other than that, everything else is fine.

Place was great. No downsides. We would have loved to be a little closer to the beach but the price was right and we were within 20 min or less of soooo many awesome beaches !!
