Access to the beach was excellent. We were able to easily rent equipment (SUP, kayak) from the on site facility. Grills were well maintained by the staff (loved that they would get them going for use at the desired time). Very well stocked kitchen for cooking. We enjoyed making meals, eating on the lanai and watching the ocean. Enjoyable property and would definitely stay there again.

Mana Kai is already one of the best places to stay in Maui, but this condo made it even better. Pool towels, plenty of kitchen supplies. We loved that we easily got a late checkout, to enjoy our last day before the night flight home. We also paid a reasonable fee for a mid-stay housekeeping service. The only thing I kept forgetting to tell them, is that they need a new toaster!

Wow, what a great find! Everything was clean and looked just like the photos. The beach and pool were steps away, and the location was close to restaurants, shopping and central to get to many activities. Highly recommend, we would love to stay here again!

The best thing about this property is the view! It has great access to the beach and had beach items like snorkel gear, chairs, cooler in the unit, which was convenient. Laundry was just outside the door and down the hall. The bad news….the unit was dirty (kitchen floor and toilet) when we arrived and had to contact onsite person to clean. Even after he came and cleaned the floor the next day, the place was still just grimly like the dishes , pots and pans. The unit is in desperate need of some TLC. It has not been maintained and needs a lot of repair. While it does have air conditioning, it doesn’t work well! We ended having it going 24/7 with all the ceiling fans and box fans and it never cooled the place to a comfortable temperature. We all slept pretty terribly because it was so hot. For the cost of the place, I would have expected better accommodations.

We are a young family of four and this was an absolute perfect spot for us. So close to the beach, and the view is amazing. The general store down stairs is super convenient. Pool is great and they keep the grounds spotless. Reserve a BBQ and enjoy dinner on the grass in the evening, such a relaxing time. Close enough to town that you could walk, but it is a really short drive. The condo is great, AC works awesome and the place is very clean. The beds are so comfortable you actually wont miss your own bed. The place is well stocked, we never couldn't find an item we needed. The starter kit lasted us the entire time too! Easy check in and check out process. Glad to be back home but we already miss the place. This was our first time to Hawaii, and we will be returning to stay here again.

The condo was as advertised; clean, very well equipped, and in excellent shape. Same with the resort, the grounds were well maintained, the pool was perfect, and the 808 store a major plus. The property management team took care of all of our requests in a timely manner and were very accommodating. Ryan was a dream to work with. I would highly recommend the Mana Kei.

Overall this unit and company that manages it - is fantastic. My only comments would be better communication about use (or not) of internal doors when reserving both A and B units. In addition, it would be an added perk (maybe offered for added cost) to have regular housekeeping available, if desired. Very minor thing - but the fridge water filter needs replacing and the Brita water carafe in fridge appears to be quite old and in need of replacing. The entertainment offering is ok but it would be an added perk to have smart TVs (that are newer models) that enable people to login into their streaming accounts such as Apple TV, Prime, Netflix, etc. We were not able to connect with the Netflix network although the TVs indicated that it is an option, as the network connection was never able to be made. The basic cable package was nice though for the diversity of channels- though the TVs in this unit are dated and a bit clunky to work with (especially for those older folks who are not tech savvy). But all in all, I would stay here again especially when all the construction is completed on the downstairs cafe in the building. The view is gorgeous, the unit was cleaned well, and came well equipped with beach gear.

Simply the best!!! The owners take such pride in their condo. Everything you could need to be comfortable at the beach is there. We feel so at home and it is soooo clean!!!! We also appreciate knowing if we had any problems they are so communicative. I could go on and on if you are trying to decide between this unit and another one trust me you will not be disappointed. The view is awesome!!! We spent our 25 year anniversary there and like I said it was simply the best!!!!

The location is close to everything and has clean calm beaches. Check-in and communication with the host was easy. The beach view from the room was beautiful and unobstructed. My 10 and 11-year-old loved low tide, so they could explore the tide pools. You will not be disappointed with this unit. We would definitely go back again and stay here.

PERFECT location! We had everything we needed right at our fingertips! Beach right outside our window, pool access, gym, water gear rental, deli and market to pick up snacks for the beach, not to mention a reef for snorkeling right outside! Location! If you want the best views and to be close to everything this is the perfect condo. The end of the building at Mana Kai is “01” and that means the best views from both rooms. We were really happy with our choice. The beach and reef were great for snorkling, we saw turtles and lots of fish. It was really nice to just walk out to the beach and not have to worry about parking. We also got a visit from a monk seal which was awesome! The best food places are all within 15 mins or and the airport is less than 30 mins. Construction noise was not an issue at all, having the general store onsite was great too. Aloha!

Great location and beautiful beach view. We enjoyed having the beach and pool available right at the condo. The general store with sandwiches and the rentals for beach gear was also really nice as a convenience. It is located near some great restaurants and activities. We had a great time and had everything we needed for whatever we wanted to do. The sound of the waves and waking up to that view was unforgettable!

This is an amazing property at a great location on Keawakapu Beach. We arrived late and the front desk was closed. I didn’t see any security around and so we just proceeded to the room and got in no problem at all. I did have a parking violation the next morning, but it was easily cleared up.

I will be recommending this home to others and will hopefully stay here again in the future. The place came with all the kitchen necessities and some extras. The location is perfect for beach days and watching sunsets from the grassy part of the complex. Scott was accommodating and allowed for early check in. The blackout shades work well in both bedrooms which was clutch for our toddler.

This condo was perfect. Beach front with spectacular views from the balcony and could hear the waves crashing. Top floor and at end of the building felt secluded and was excellent, no noise from any side. We'll equipped condo with everything we needed for cooking meals, left overs. Price was fair. Location was great. Pool and workout facilities. Canoe rentals and mini mart store on property. The public beach right there is great for snorkeling around the lava rocks early morning before the surf kicks up. Seen a lot of marine life including moray eel, turtles, and 4 days out of 7 with a visit from a monk seal. Great place and host.

Very clean rooms, pool, grounds. Well run. One of the few places without a road between you and a spectacular beach. 2nd time staying in this building. We had 1 issue with a missing partition /pull out wall to divide the room into 2 bedrooms, but it was eventually addressed. We will return here if we come to Maui again. Highly recommend this place.

This is a beautiful property right on the beach, with easy access to Kihei and Wailea. We loved it, and for the location it is a fantastic value. The views from the balcony were amazing, the beach was great for swimming, sunning, snorkeling (we saw many turtles, fish, and a manta ray), and paddle boarding. There is a shop for renting gear on site, as well as a very convenient general store. The unit itself was perfect, with a nicely stocked kitchen. Clean and comfortable, plenty of beach towels, with a closet full of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkels, etc.). My family also enjoyed the pool and the sunsets from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
