The Mana Kai is one of the only places in the Kehei area that is right on the beach, with a nice pool and lawn next to the beach. This location is especially good for families with young children. This unit is very nice, well equipped, and communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend.

Scott’s condo was perfect for our 4 night stay in Kihei. The location was great, right on the beach and just a short drive from tons of great restaurants and shops. The unit is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. The complex had a small resort feel and was kept up very well. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were well stocked with all the essentials plus more. Communication was superb. I would definitely recommend!!

This is a wonderful condo with all the amenities needed in one of the best locations in Kihei. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. The host is always very responsive and helpful. This was our second stay here, and we plan to return!

This condo is the perfect setting for a relaxing , rejuvenating vacation. The condo is situated on a lovely sand beach that your balcony looks out on with the sound of the waves as your music. You can walk from your beach all the way to Waimea enjoying the scenery, stopping to swim or stopping by the “Whale’sTale” for a smoothie and snack. You can also walk into Kihei easily and explore the shops and restaurants. The beds and linens were very comfortable and one bedroom has a slider that opens up to the lanai . The communication with the owner was excellent and we plan to return to this condo again as soon as we can !!

We had a great time in Maui thanks to our stay here! We traveled with a toddler who did not take kindly to the time change so it was so nice to be mere steps away from the beach- it made it easy to do short beach and pool trips before coming back upstairs for a break. The blackout blinds were also incredible! Great location and amenities, would definitely stay here again!

This spot is ideal. We had direct access to a beautiful stretch of beach that never got too crowded. Nice pool and staff, very relaxed atmosphere. Very kid friendly.The view from the condo is gorgeous and the unit had everything we needed. It’s a very short drive to town for food and supplies and the boat ramp for snorkeling trips is just half a mile away.
There was construction noise just below us, as the restaurant is being remodeled, which was a bit disturbing. Also the gym was closed due to the construction, which was not mentioned until after we booked, so that was disappointing.
But all in all, the condo and our experience was great and I’d highly recommend staying here!

We cannit say enough about this property! The proximity to the water and the views were beyond compare. The condo itself was beautifully furnished with comfortable beds, great kitchen ammenities, and best oceanfront balcony you could imagine! We traveled around to a lot of different areas, and our entire family agreed that this was the BEST beach we saw, with beautiful soft sand, great reeg snorkking. Not sure if we will lucky enough to be travelling back to Maui anytime soon, but if do, we would definately stay here again!

The Mana Kai is a a treasure! We enjoyed the pool, lawn and access to our favorite beach on Maui. Convenient central location for exploring the whole island, excellent 808 General Store on premises. This unit has a beautiful view, good proximity to laundry and elevators and is comfortably furnished with all you need to settle in. They were doing quite a bit of maintenance in the lobby and parking lot during our stay, but those were minor inconveniences. Mahalo!

Great location, steps from the beach front with lovely grassed area to sit as well. Snorkeling and good waves at the beach. Chairs, beach towels, Umbrella and boogie boards provided with the condo. Beds were very comfortable, excellent towels and nice condo furnishings. The condo had everything you could need!

Great experience! This condo was exactly as advertised and literally steps from the beach!! The view was amazing! The condo was very well appointed and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Pretty sure this beach is one of the best in Maui for kids. There was enough surf to boogie board but not so much that the kids couldn't play in the water.

The location and beach are fabulous! You can walk for hours down the beach, though the one right in front of the Mana Kai is the best. Sunsets are gorgeous. The unit was perfect for a family of four - comfortable beds, good privacy, well stocked kitchen, etc. Easy communication with the owner. It will be a huge bonus once the restaurant on property reopens. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend!

My family stayed at this condo in July 2022. Everything about the condo was wonderful! The location is right on the beach and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves roll in. You can’t beat the views at this place, as well as the easy access to the beach just footsteps away. Water was magnificent for swimming with lots of reef and rocky structures along the shore for a truly fantastic snorkeling experience. We saw plenty of colorful fish and swam with a giant sea turtle which might just be the coolest thing I’ve ever done! Condo was spacious, comfortable, and had modern upgrades. Upon arrival, we noticed it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly so I contacted the owner who sent a cleaning services to the room promptly. Some linens such as pillows and comforters were a bit worn and could use a refresh/update. It was a bummer to find out just a few weeks before our arrival that the on-site restaurant and general store were closed for construction. These are amenities we were really looking forward to, but we did have a rental car and there was plenty on shopping and food options within walking distance. Overall, we were very pleased with our accommodations and would definitely visit this property again.

We were so impressed with this hidden gem. It was clean, well appointed, comfortable. Most importantly had the most amazing view from the balcony.. we couldn’t take enough photos. Scott was very responsive and friendly. The beach was quiet, pool was relaxing and very clean. The condo management was very friendly and accommodating. Exactly what we were looking for and made our first trip to Maui very memorable. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a lovely home for us this past week. There were 4 adults in our group so it worked well. Loved being right on the ocean and listen to the waves all night. It is smaller yet worked well for our group. Bed and linens were very nice quality. Very clean. Great location to access and travel the island. A most generous host! I would rent again.

What an incredible property with a an absolutely spectacular view! What a delight to listen to the crashing surf, look out over the stunning sea, and be steps from the pool, lawn, and beach. The unit was thoroughly stocked including beach items and the owner provided a great deal of helpful information regarding local restaurants and activities. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! This was our second time staying at Mana Kai Maui and it was fantastic. The condo was perfect for our family, we had our 3 year old daughter and 3 month old son with us. Amazing views, plenty of space, comfy beds, and Scott was very responsive to any questions we had. We will stay here again for sure.
The actual property grounds were great, very clean and such great staff. The elevators had some issues but luckily we were on the 3rd floor so not too many stairs. The restaurant and little store were closed and under renovations which was disappointing. The construction noise wasn’t ideal but they did their best to not disrupt the guests. I’m excited to see what restaurants are there when we go back!

Building seems to be in transition. One elevator out due to ongoing upgrade. No restaurant on property. Pool was clean and pleasant. Everything was clean and comfortable. Had tried to sleep with sliding doors open but since it was next to public area of the beach, morning was noisy with early beach goers.

The condo provided great accommodations for my family of four. The view was beautiful and the location was very convenient for a family with kids. Easy access to the beach and pool. The condo was stocked with all the items we needed for a day at the beach. The owner provided a lot of useful information and was great to work with. We greatly appreciated Scott's flexibility when it looked like we might need to cancel due to our childrens' school Covid restrictions. Luckily we didn't, and had a wonderful vacation!

You can’t beat this South Maui rental with direct access to the beach and a heated pool overlooking the beach. We travelled with a 4 year old and he didn’t want to leave because he enjoyed everything about this location! This property has everything you need for the perfect vacation and Scott is a great host. We loved staying right on the beach, with only one other condo complex on it. Loved having coffee out on lanai every morning !Loved our location, farther away from all the hustle & bustle but plenty of places to eat & shop in Kihei! WE walked the 4-6 mile long beach every morning. Perfect place to sit & watch the stunning sunsets every night too! Laundry on each floor, which we needed since staying almost 2 weeks.
Scott always got right back to me, when I kept adding days to stay. We will be back! Thank you

The unit is as advertised- newly upgraded and with spectacular views. Scott was very good at responding to our messages and the check in and check out process was easy. Great view and nice apt. Wish Hulu would have worked for the front living room TV. Was challenging making the remote worse since the were a little busted up and used but got it working. Fan switch in bathroom didn't work thought that was strange and the shower head spread everywhere until a controlled spot like other showers. However had a great time and loved everything thanks again will be contacting you in the future

The location of Mana Kei provides superb views and is easy to access multiple sites on the island. The unit itself was great, it had everything we needed, comfortable beds and beach accessories.
