The condo was incredible. The place had been remodeled recently and was done so very tastefully with a ‘coastal’ theme. The king size bed was extremely comfortable making for a good night sleep after all of the adventures of the day. The owners offered a small cooler, two beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkel gear making beach day so enjoyable. The location is easily accessible to everything, Princeville or Poipu. And finally, owner communication was top notch! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay here again.

The location is simply awesome. It’s very conveniently located on the east shore so it makes it easy to plan to go either direction of the island. The unit itself is very well maintained and has many items that made our stay really comfortable. We never had to contact the host other than at check in and check out time since they had done such a meticulous job of including so many details. Overall the unit was really beautiful, clean and well kept and we would love to revisit again in future.

Such a great place to stay for a visit to the island! There is a nice protected swimming/snorkeling place a couple minutes away (great for anyone but especially anyone with younger children) along with lots of food choices. Getting to other parts of the island for exercusions and hiking was an easy drive. The place itself has all you need - laundry, snorkeling gear to use, and sounds of the ocean waves!

The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were nicely updated and the owners had a very thorough and detailed binder with tons of great info and pictures as well as awesome communication! The views of the beach from the lanai were great it was a bummer that the tides this time of year were too strong to swim.We loved how close it was to the cute little town and appreciated all of the little extra things they left for is to use like beach chairs, beach towels, flippers etc..the onsite manager was super nice as well and parking was easy. The only thing we were bummed about is carrying all of our heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs to get to the place ...not our favorite moment lol...but other than that it had a/c in both bedroom and living room which greatly helped beat the humidity outside and cabel tv and all the ammenities you would need!

We enjoyed the view and sounds of the ocean outside our back door. The property is beautiful and convenient. The unit was somewhat clean and bed was comfortable. It was quite hot in the unit with windows open. AC was required to sleep. Although the place is dated our two concerns were the dirty cabinets, baseboards, and doors where magic eraser or paint could correct this and **the constant ant issue throughout** With small ants getting into the coffee maker, on stove, bathroom countertop, even bed and you even left an ant bait station on the kitchen counter- this should be disclosed on the listing. Or you could hire professional pest control. We also own a condo on the beach and this can be managed better. Your condo could be so much more welcoming with some TLC. We did not contact because we did not want pest control during our stay.

The view from the lanai is exactly as pictured! Shayne's condo was perfection for our trip. We are mid 60's, very experienced travelers. Last minute we asked to bring our daughter and her husband - which was an additional charge. "Would it feel cramped?" Nope! We absolutely loved this condo. Every morning we'd get up to watch the sun rise over the ocean, we'd walk to the bakery or restaurant across the street. It was centrally located to all side of the island, grocery stores, beaches, adventures, had beach chairs, noodles, bamboo mats, umbrella - everything was considered to make your stay perfect! The condo was spotless inside AND outside. There was good cross breeze for keeping the condo cool (we were there beginning of December). wifi worked, TV for nightly hallmark Christmas movies worked perfectly. The kitchen had every utensil we needed to make breakfasts in the morning - including an electric kettle to boil water for tea. Coming back to this condo each evening was the perfect ending for each wonderful day in Kaua'i! We would all definitely choose to stay here next trip to Kaua'i. Kitchen was fully equipped, and the laundry was very useful. The apartment was fantastic, especially the location. The only issue was that the toilet wasn't flushing properly when we arrived, so I had to go out and buy a new plunger to fix it.

Good location, close to the main road but just far enough away to avoid most of the noise. Onsite community has great amenities - pool, grills and rinse station. Easily walkable to restaurants and shops. Killer view with the lanai. The unit came with activity gear that covers most of what you will want to do on the island. Host was very responsive and provided detailed instructions. Now the downsides, the unit especially the bathroom needs quite a bit of TLC. There was also a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen area. Mattress was on the hard side and bouncy, and the AC made loud screeching noises every so often when you run it. So in terms of what you pay for it, it might be what you could expect.

We had a lovely time and would highly recommend. The location is beautiful and easy to walk to a variety of restaurants as well as the coconut market. The unit itself is well provisioned. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed. The only thing that was not perfect was the wifi connectivity. It wasn’t an issue for us but if you need it, it’s not great. Also, know that the unit is NOT air conditioned. The bedroom is in the front of the unit, by the front door, so you’ll want to have the windows open to keep it cool…there’s a lot of light outside…so you may want to bring an eye mask! Overall this was a really lovely stay.
