Everything was wonderful. Your instructions were easy to follow and check in went smoothly. Might want to restock the kitchen to make up four sets of everything as it is low on silverware! This was the first time we stayed in a Verbo. It was better than we expected. Had a family death and had to leave 3 days early, they refunded me immediately. We will book the exact location if we come back to Kauai.

Clean, great view, grounds and pool area beautiful. The furniture is older, kitchen is very old with some cabinets in poor shape. The worst thing it lists as an AC unit. That is not accurate. The AC is limited to the bedroom, a portable that just blows ambient temperature.

The property,views and newly renovated room were incredible. So peaceful and had everything we needed. We were quite disappointed that there was only a bedroom ac. My husband only asks for one thing when we travel and that is for an ac. The trade winds did not keep the unit cool during the month of July. We found Kauai to be muggier this time which might have been part of the problem. If it were in November or December when the temp is a few degrees lower it most likely would have been perfect. We are not marking it off our list but will for sure keep in mind that it only has bedroom ac.

Very nice property with great views and location. Check in was pretty easy, battery on the keypad was dead so had to use the back up key, no problem. My only concern was lack of AC, it is only in the bedroom and the ad lists the unit as having AC. Great for the bedroom (was a bit loud) but the rest of the apartment was very warm. Overall nice place with great views and location.

Nice view from lanai. Waves crashing made traffic noises insignificant. Nice central location on Kauai. Walking distance to several eateries (and drinkeries). Showing her age a little, but very clean. You will pick up traffic noises in the bedrooms, but most nights, the island settles down by 10 or 11 pm.

We are so happy we stayed here. You cannot beat the view from your lanai. The condo had all the amenities that you need. The bed was comfortable and the space was plenty large enough for a couple or family with small children. The location was perfect to explore both the north and south coasts. Clean and very convenient condo, perfect for our week-long vacation. We enjoyed having the flexibility to go north or south for the day, depending on our mood and the water. Only 5 min from one of the best beaches- Lydgate Beach and an easy drive to others. Lots of amenities, such as snorkel gear and beach chairs, and a very well equipped kithn.

Overall the place is great but there are a few things you might want to be aware of. If you have noisy upstairs neighbors you will hear them - the people above us during our trip tromped so loudly it felt like elephants were overhead. It is NOT in a resort / high end area which may or may not appeal to you. Like most of the rest of Kauai the area is low key and laid back and there’s easy walking access to a shopping area called Coconut Marketplace with a well stocked convenience market and decent restaurants. There’s a Safeway just down the street for groceries. The beach outside is beautiful but not great for walking or swimming. But it’s midway between Hanalei in the north and Poipu in the south so the location is good. You can’t see it in the pics but you’re very near the main road and you CAN see cars and a bridge in the distance. As long as you’re clear on what you’re signing up for, there’s a lot to love here. My family and I had a great stay here and, the incredibly heavy-footed upstairs people aside, I’d return.

This condo was clean, comfortable and very convenient as a base to explore Kauai.The condo complex is quiet and well-cared for, set right on Wailau Bay. Our host, Ilse, was attentive and easy to be in touch with.If anything, it was so comfortable, we had to almost prod ourselves to leave the waterfront balcony and our view of the ocean to go elsewhere!Each day we had a front row seat to watch surfers and e-foilers out on the water- and on the second floor lanai, it was a lovely private spot to just chill out with a cold drink and enjoy!

The property was great well cleaned up around it. The inside was clean and was well maintained. Ocean view was outstanding probably my favorite part. Kitchen was very nice I like the lighting throughout the kitchen. My only thing was we ran out of toilet paper and garbage bags pretty quickly. But overall a great time it is in the perfect location to travel the island and enjoy everything! The pool is a little small but it’s well maintained and clean. Overall an epic time and a great place to sleep and listen to the waves.

The view from the lanai is why we chose this property and it didn’t disappoint. We absolutely loved the views. Pool was also beautiful and the condo was well appointed with all the things we required for the week. They were also so kind to extend our checkout by 2 hours since we have an infant and a long travel day ahead. The air conditioner is confined to the bedroom, so the condo does get quite hot even with doors / windows open. We did know this before we booked this property though. A few maintenance things needed to be addressed. We were told a handy man would come Sunday or Monday but they didn’t arrive during our stay. The bed was very uncomfortable / saggy. I think the box spring may have been broken. Otherwise just small maintainance things.

My (new) husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this property for our honeymoon. The location was perfect for an adventurous couple like us, it made it easy to explore every side of the island. Our favorite part of the home was the lanai, where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while watching the ocean.We also appreciated the thoughtful resources provided, including beach chairs and a cooler, some of which were left by previous travelers. While there’s no central AC (which is typical for Kaua‘i), the individual units in the living room and bedroom kept us comfortably cool.If you're planning a longer stay, I recommend stopping by Costco or a grocery store on your way in, as we did need to restock some basic kitchen and cleaning supplies during our visit.Overall, it was a lovely stay and a perfect home base for our honeymoon adventure!

This condo is located centrally, making it easy to get to the north and south shores. We spent a lot of time on the back deck watching the ocean, surfers, and Kauai chickens. This place had everything we needed. There were a few places that didn’t seem to be cleaned when we arrived, but we easily cleaned up and enjoyed our week there. The ocean view was tranquil and made our stay so enjoyable!

The view! It was all about the top floor view. But keep in mind, you have 3 sets of steps to climb to get to the view and to bring up all the groceries and take down the trash. The unit had all the necessities one would need. It was great because we weren't spending all of our time and money at a store buying paper towels and zip lock baggies. We truly appreciated this. The swimming pool, while small, was absolutely wonderful. The landscaping around it was so beautiful. We were there on the 4th of July holiday, so there were lots of locals camping and fishing, so we didn't think the ocean was accessible for swimming. My husband even helped one local fisherman free a turtle that was caught in his line and didn't know what to do. We also hoped we could see the sunrise since being on the east shore, but we had to walk down the beach to get a glimpse. We did see a good one at Lydgate Beach Park down the road, which we loved. We went to watch surfers up in Kealia Beach and used the location to make it to west coast for the Waimea Canyon. One of the best meals all vacation came from Napali Brewing, which we walked to. The unit was nicely updated and well-equipped.

Property is as advertised. Host was accommodating. Watched surfers, kite surfers, and saw turtles right from the balcony. Beach chairs and boogie boards were a nice touch. Even though it’s on the first floor, it is completely private and secure. Couldn’t see anyone else on their lanais and no one comes back where the lanai is. Note, there are a few stairs to the unit. Not a problem for us, but could be important for someone else. Been to Kauai before and stayed in Princeville. Too congested and far from many things. In my opinion this condo is the perfect place to stay. Wailua is so quiet, easy access to beaches (which were mostly empty), and very close to shops and restaurants. Super convenient to the airport too.

The condo was even nicer than pictured. Plenty of space, and extremely well equipped. Loved our time on the balcony enjoying the gorgeous view! Hosts were responsive and very friendly. Appreciated the very comfortable queen blow-up bed. AC in both bedroom and living room worked well and kept us cool when we needed it. Very well kept beautiful grounds. Appreciated that we were so close to beaches and the Coconut Market (great ice cream)! The location was also convenient to Kapa'a, Lihue, and Poipu, all of which we enjoyed during our stay.

The property grounds were nicely maintained and the location was very central.As noted in the property description, the air conditioning is in the bedroom only, so the living room was quite warm even with all windows open and the fans were running. Just something to be aware of.The host did not respond to some questions I posted the few days leading up to the trip, which was a bit disappointing.

Wonderful place to stay! Location was great and served as a great home base as we explored the entire island! Stayed with my husband for our anniversary trip, the place was beautiful and the location is perfect! The AC in the bedroom was a godsend and the breeze in the front room comes in wonderfully. The balcony view can’t be beat and the location is perfect for anyone wanting to easily explore all the island has to offer. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance, we are already planning to be back!

We had a simply amazing stay here in Kauai. Ilse The owner is extremely communicative and had great recommendations. The property is super clean, and appeared a brand new AC unit had been added in living space and one in the bedroom that cools the space very well if AC is a typical worry you won’t have that problem here! The apartment was well appointed with everything you would need for beach trips (a tube some boogey boards and some beach chairs, along with fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Really a great location too with many restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive away. If we come back to Kauai we would certainly look into properties that she owns. The view really says it all!
