The condo was as advertised. Shayne was easy to deal with and provided a PDF document for our stay which included information on the condo, restaurant recommendations and places to see. The view was amazing. Saw a few whales and a turtle the first morning we were there. In the afternoons we would watch the windsurfers and people on motorized boards. Complex was very quiet and peaceful. Street noise was not an issue. We turned on the A/C fan and used earplugs for a very peaceful sleep. The mattress is one of the most comfortable we have slept on. It's was nice that there were restaurants that are within walking distance. We made good use of the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board and ice chest. Loved that there was a washer and dryer. It's nice returning home with a suitcase full of clean clothing. Good Happy Hours, Lemongrass in Kapaa and Kalyspo in Hanalei. We would definitely stay here again.

The space was as described. Simple living space and the pull out queen was comfortable for my child. The patio facing the ocean is fantastic! It was so great to see and hear the ocean at all times. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. We used the laundry and it was clean and worked well. Host was responsive and kind. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The Turtle Suite at Lae Nani was perfect for our family of four. The ground-floor location was ideal, and the unit had everything we needed. Josh was an excellent and responsive host, even accommodating a very late check-out for our red-eye flight. We would happily stay here again!

We loved our stay, it was perfect. The condo furnishings were outstanding! Everything seemed brand knew. The kitchen was well supplied and the appliances were awesome (we prepared several of our own meals). The view from the lania was great. It was very convenient to have the washer and dryer. Our only complaint is we should have stayed longer!

The unit was very comfortable for our group of 6 adults. The view from the lanai is just stunning and was amazing to walk out to every morning. It does have beach access but there is not much of a beach anymore. So it was nice to have the pool area to relax and enjoy the sun. We picked the area so we could be in-between the touristy areas of Poipu and Princeville and this worked out nicely. We had a wonderful stay.

Incredible view! It had everything one needs for comfort. I liked how they had already had coffee, sugar, expanded paper products, ziplocks, etc. I liked hearing the ocean waves and the roosters, it’s the sound of Kauai. There does seem to be a lot of traffic on the corner where the condo is located. During our recent trip, during the Kona Low storm, we decided to leave a day early. The owners credited us back for the day we lost. We didn’t ask, nor did we expect it, they did it out of the kindness of their heart. Make sure to go to Passion Bakery just across the street for warm malasadas in the morning.

The furniture was all old and uncomfortably soft. The bed frame has sharp corners that is easy to scrape ones leg. The shower was so blasting hard and fast it was too hard to take a shower - it took 2 days for the host to replace the shower head. The host was responsive to calls and texts. The clothes washer and dryer were good and nice to have.

Listing was accurate. Pros: Safe, convenient, great location for exploring the entire island. Walkable to Coconut Marketplace and multiple restaurants. Condo was equipped with so many little amenities (spice cabinet completely stocked, tinfoil, baggies, etc.) so we were able to cook and prepare food/sandwiches. Plenty of towels. Cons: Furniture on lanai is worn and stained — not appealing to sit on. The mattress needs to be replaced, it is visibly worn on the sides where people sleep, so you always roll into the “hole”. The convenient location also means you hear road noise in the bedroom. The front load washing machine has that icky funk smell, so laundry comes out smelly. Bottom line…we enjoyed our week stay.

We had great communications with our hosts before and throughout the visit. Our hosts sent us great information about what to see on the island and where to tour. It was a gold mine of information. The unit is decorated and supplied with everything you need for a wonderful visit. It was super clean, and all the appliances seemed brand new. We especially loved the beach chairs that we used every day. This is a perfect unit for two adults very comfortable, awesome lanai overlooking the shore and such a short walk to the nearby beach. We really loved this unit and will definitely to stay here when we return to Kawai.

Had a fantastic shower! Updated bath and kitchen as well. Location was very close to the airport and access to good roads to the rest of the island. Nearby eateries and market area close enough to walk to. Nice pool area and lanai; close to golf, and fine beaches.
