This has to be the most immaculate condo we have ever stayed in through a VRBO owner. The management team and I were in constant contact before and during our stay. The kitchen has every appliance amenity you could ask for, which is great if you are a foodie. The dual air conditioning in the unit is definitely needed. Kauai is the wettest island of all the Hawaian islands so the humidity level is always close to 100%. The ladies will appreciate not having to deal with humidity in the condo while doing their hair or getting ready for dinner. The view from the lanai is unmatched and breathtaking. This condo is an overall 10 stars!

Beautiful condo! Everything was perfect, comfortable beds, beautiful lanai with relaxing furniture and perfect view of the beach, so relaxing listening to the waves. Kitchen had everything you would need. Classy decor with great furniture and art work. Everything you need for the beach provided, beach chairs, umbrella, which was super important!! No detail was missed. Loved the two master suites with king beds! The grounds were impeccable. Parking is super convenient. The best unit in the complex! Thank you fior everything!

The unit was well-stocked with all the necessary items. The A/C worked very well. The view was amazing! The furnishings in the unit are cozy and make us feel at home. The location was perfect for us.

Location was great. Hidden gem , with a great private beach and the swimming was excellent. The grounds/ garden areas were kept in very good condition. Walking distance was easy to the convenience store and a few restaurant options. Beach restaurant 2 mins away. Great to watch sports at , foods decent as well. Accommodation was pretty much as advertised.It’s in need of a reno at some point. The one thing my wife noticed was it wasn’t as clean as it should be. I’d suggest a top to bottom major clean of everything. The other thing is the chickens …the Roosters are your alarm clock at 6am every morning. We’re up early so didn’t bother use. The other thing is , they have these endangered birds around the property and at night around 3am they make these screams that I thought was a child . It’s really weird, but again I got used to it . I’d say , if you’re ok with a 3 Star that has a beautiful view and awesome beach area that’s super quiet you’ll be fine. If you want a newer unit with AC this ones not for you. The condo was perfect and having AC was a cherry on top. The beach with it's protected area was great for a leisurely dip. Located close to the airport and very convenient to go north to Anini beach for snorkeling, Ke'e for hiking and the Wailua river for Kayaking. If you head to Wiamia canyon go early and stop at Port Allen for Ahi tacos at the Sunset Bar and grill. We also loved being able to walk to the Coconut Market place and the Sleeping Giant Grill. The host provided beach chairs, swim fins and boogie boards. The grounds are gorgeous and except for the Shearwater birds arriving for mating season it was very quiet. We will be back!

We are home and I have had time to evaluate our trip. First, I would like to say that your company did an amazing job and was very accommodating. I do not have good things to say about the condos. Don’t get me wrong, our condo was great. It was outside that was an issue. Things were so bad that I will never recommend staying there. Here are the things that happened:1) we knew about the resurfacing because you informed us. But, you said they had a policy of working from 9-5 which was acceptable. BUT, the first night they worked until 7:15. I asked the security guard because he was outside when we were walking to our car about working past 5:00. He was extremely rude and said they had to finish what they put down. My reply to this was that they should only put down what they can finish by 5:00 pm. The 2nd night they work s until 8:20. The 3rd night they worked until 7:45. The 4th night they were still out there after 9 when we came in. The next issue were the gardeners. I appreciate them keeping the grounds nice, but at 6:30 we were sitting on the grass right next to the edge of the sand and the yard people were using their blower and driving their cart around to pick up the things they had cut down that day. They went back and forth by us several times within 5’ of our chairs. They were not picking anything up near us. One other day the same thing occurred but we were sitting on our lanai. Strike 3…the gardening person was blowing the leaves off the new asphalt up

This is a lovely place, and perfect place to stay for me and my friends. Living room faces the ocean and walking distance (less than 2 min) to the beach! The place is well equipped, and I really have nothing bad to say about it.Only tiny issue was that during our stay, the parking lot was under construction. So there were lots of noises and smell from the construction, and limited parking space. Luckily, street parking was easy, and we were mostly out anyway.I would recommend this place! This place was beyond expectations. The condo has the best views in the entire complex. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The beach in front was great for snorkeling and relaxing. The unit is stocked with everything you’d need for the beach…chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment, water shoes and coolers!!!The location is ideal. It is centrally located on the island so travel to the activities north and south is a breeze. In addition, it is steps from the shops at Coconut Market and Lava Lava Restaurant (highly recommended.) The beautiful bike path, which is 7 miles (one way) along the ocean starts down the street. As for the hosts, they were amazing. They gave great recommendations for dinners and activities and answered every text within minutes. Book this place! You won’t regret it.

The moment we walked into Kara's condo we knew we were in for a fabulous stay. The view from the patio was breathtaking, the rooms were perfect to support 2 couples and the kitchen was so well appointed we thoroughly enjoyed all meals in. Too many special decorating touches to list but the condo was top notch. The grounds of the property were also gorgeous. We took the 2-minute walk to the beach and/or the pool every morning then enjoyed coffee on the lanai. Couldn't be happier with our stay. Kara was also so responsive and helpful. Truly a 5-STAR stay.

A beautiful view of the water with the sounds of the waves in the background (or should I say foreground). Very comfortable condo. The beach was right outside the complex. Coconut Grove Market, the Lava Lava Club just a short walk away. Your hosts are phenomenal. Any issues that might arise (even before arriving) they are right on top of it. I would highly recommend staying here.

The location was beautiful and even more spectacular in person. It was amazing to be so close to the ocean although the waves were quite rough for swimming, it was still beautiful to look at. The baby beach was more manageable but we rarely used it and instead drove to the pristine north beaches. The pool is just steps to the our condo and there were feet washing stations everywhere. We walked to Coconut Marketplace for the Farmers Market and grocery store for last minute items. Lava Lava was also close by and delicious. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean although they could use some updates, for example our shower was missing the caps on the handles. The reason for the 4 stars was because we were not made aware of heavy parking lot construction until the day before check-in. By then it was too late to decide if we wanted to change our location. We had 3 children under 4 and it was sometimes difficult to find parking at night and have to gather all our belongings from the beach trips. Another downside was the lack of beach equipment, although it’s not expected, all other rentals have gear to use.This is what was provided : 1 broken beach umbrella, 2 oversized beach chairs, 2 plastic toys, many soccer and basketballs, about 4 scuba gear and a couple pool noodles. No wagon.Overall the location was convenient and beautiful and we would stay here again.

Great location in Kapaa within walking distance of Coconut Market as well as several dining options. View was incredible with beach access within a few steps of the condo. Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were very useful for beach days. AC in bedrooms was nice to escape the heat, main living areas do get warm but manageable. Overall would recommend.

I can’t say enough about how nice this condo is. Literally steps from the sand and located in the center of everything. We easily traveled from the North to the West being what it seemed like was directly in the middle of the island. Sharon is an excellent host and even allowed us to check out late when our flight was changed to an evening flight. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are plenty of towels, even beach towels. The 2 bathrooms came in super handy also. There is no air conditioning in the living area but there is in the bedroom. There is a screen door on the entry door so that you can get a cross breeze so it’s not uncomfortable at all. I wish we could stay here every year but Hawaii is too far for us to travel each year.

We had the best stay at Lae Nani 211! The property is beautiful. The pool was a highlight for us-big, quiet with an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt. We could hear and see the waves from our lanai which was surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and flowers giving a sense of total privacy even though we were on the ground floor. We stepped out in the early morning for a short walk to the beach to watch the gorgeous sunrise. Spectacular!The condo was well appointed with blessed air conditioning saving us during a very hot tropical heat dome during our stay. The bed was comfortable, the internet was fast, the tv’s and sound system were fabulous. We really can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Jody, our host, helped us with a forgotten item and was really kind. If you have the chance, stay here!

Lae Nani 513 is a lovely condo with a spectacular view of the ocean, beach and gardens. It is very well equipped. BBQ's are available by the pool. The beach area has a protected area for safe swimming for children and a nice beach area beside it for snorkeling or playing in the waves. Stores for groceries or shopping are nearby as are several restaurants. The bedroom area is are conditioned and there are several overhead fans for hot days. Great location halfway up the east side of the island.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and convenient. Having two bathrooms was a big plus, and the bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the washer and dryer, which made things much easier during our stay.A few small things would have made it even better, like having some basic spices for cooking and a coffee grinder. The only challenges were the humidity (there’s no air conditioning, so we relied on fans, which made it a bit warm and sticky) and the ants, which are common in the area. We kept food in the fridge and cupboards, which helped.On the positive side, the property manager was excellent—very responsive and accommodating. When our shower clogged, they had someone out right away to fix it.All in all, it’s a comfortable and well-managed condo that offers a peaceful stay in a beautiful location.
