The unit was very clean with a beautiful view and very nice amenities. Our only minor complaint was the living room furniture was not real comfortable for relaxing/watching television, but we didn't need to do much of that in beautiful Hawai'i.

We vacationed in Kapaa in December 2024 and loved it which is why we returned in January 2026. This time our experience has been even better and Lae Nani is the reason. The condo was so comfortable and the property is lovely. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating.

Yes the host was welcoming and communication was open, detailed and timely. The suite was spacious, extremely clean and well furnished/decorated. The entire unit was updated and bright. There were thoughtful additions like 4 beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and body boards, not mention a new box of chocolate macadamia nuts!! As the unit is at ground level, the lanai was spacious with a ceiling fan, comfy recliner chairs and patio set and direct access to the pool and beach. The beach was a secluded cove great for young families. There was also a small surf ideal for body boarding. One could walk along the beach for 2 miles. This condo was in a perfect location as it was quiet, close to the pool, and close to an area to swim in the ocean. The property was fully equipped with supplies. The decor is lovely and practical. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear available. The location of this unit is ideal as it is the middle of the island making it easy to drive to North and South shores easily. Th hots were easy to communicate with. The condo was very clean and orderly. We were blessed to find this little piece of paradise to rent and will be back.

We had a wonderful time at this Lae Nani condo. Loved the gardens and the connection, without crossing the road, to the small ocean beach. The large, well kept, warm pool was nice for kids an adult use. Our condo had high end appliances and furniture as well as an excellent view of the ocean. We really appreciated the comfortable lounge chairs on the large lanai. We had grandchildren, ages 3 and 5, staying in another unit at Lae Nani and we found the property nice for multigenerational fun.

Great location. They ask that you remove your shoes when entering, which is fine BUT make sure the floor is CLEAN! The living area air conditioner didn’t work. It didn’t affect us because a breeze came through. The bedrooms air was working fine.

The hosts were AMAZING nice and accommodating. The condo is just as advertised... amazing location and beautiful views. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking and the outdoor storage closet had great beach items (beach chairs, boogey boards, yoga mats, coolers etc.) would 100% stay here again. One thing to note is the bathrooms had soaps but did not have shampoo and conditioner. Not as issue as we brought some and were able to get more at the grocery store!
