We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Lae Nani oceanfront condo. The view from the living area and balcony is beautiful! The ocean breeze blows through from the slider to the kitchen slat windows and then we could close up and cool down while sleeping with efficient AC in each of the bedrooms. There was a new couch and loveseat in the family room. The beds were comfortable with plenty of high-quality clean linens and pillows. We appreciated hangers, luggage racks and beach towels. Both showers appeared updated and there was plenty of hot water for four of us. We cooked full dinners in the kitchen and used the gas grills downstairs. The kitchen is well-stocked with glassware, dishware, cookware, appliances and many other items. The induction stovetop was fantastic! We appreciated the balcony closet full of outdoor items as well. The two chaise loungers on the balcony offered a place to enjoy paradise and the sounds of the sea.The Host was very responsive and timely to messages. She really has thought of everything in her unit. Parking was easy right at the bottom of the stairs. The area is generally quiet for sleeping though we covered some road noise with white noise at night. We frequently saw the security guard and appreciated the gated entry. The on-site laundry room takes both quarters and payment through an app. Machines were more available early in the morning for guests before other unit managers started checkout laundry. The grounds are gorgeous and well-kept!

There was enough fan throughout the condo we would definitely rent from this host again love the secluded beach view and the condo very quiet place

The best unit on the entire property!!It does not have air conditioning, but they provide fans and plenty of other supplies, beach items, etc. Kitchen was well stocked as well and the unit has a safe for valuables.Only complaint was that the sliding door from the master bedroom to the lanai would not slide so unable to access it, but there were two other lanai’s (corner unit) with chaos, loungers, and tables.Pool was great, beach was nice, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and ample gated parking. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the property's location (it's own beach and proximity to town) and would come back.. but stay at a different unit. The unit itself left much to be desired. There seemed to be water damage in the bathroom as the side of the casework was damaged and recessed can lights and ceiling fan were hanging out of the ceiling. In the main bedroom the floor material was peeling up at the entry and broke off consistently as we walked across it. The AC in the main bedroom is in need of servicing as it clicked the entire time it was on. It's a lot of money to spend for the unit to be in the condition it was, disappointing.

We spent a wonderful week in Teri & Ron's condo. Teri was so easy to communicate with during our stay. It is very clean and so cutely decorated. The view is right on the beach where we spent lots of time on the lanai watching the waves. We saw surfers and turtles. The condo has every thoughtful thing you could need. Paper products, starter coffee, tea, creamer, soaps, robes, hair dryer. The cabinet is full of spices and condiments. The kitchenware is all in like new condition. The entertainment center is full of books, puzzles and games like Yahtzee, Scrabble and dominoes. There is even a ukulele you could learn to play. There are beach chairs, cooler and toys in the lanai closet. The bed was super comfy with memory foam. With my joints, I always dread staying somewhere and waking up stiff and achy. We had the best sleep! The large salt water pool is heated to about 80. Three times we walked next door to Lava Lava for a meal. The food is good and so are the drinks. Try the Ube Lemonade. The only thing missing is a small washer/dryer in the room so I could wash at 5am instead of waiting for the ones by the office to open. Definitely marked as one we will return to. Mahalo!

This unit is even more gorgeous in person! The most beautiful and peaceful vacation spot we've ever been to. Super comfy beds, plenty of pillows the kitchen has everything you need and there was plenty of room for our family to all hang out together or go our seperate ways but still feel connected. The location was also fantastic, we loved exploring Old town Kapa'a among other places. Our hosts were wonderful - we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful place right on the ocean and extremely well decorated landscape. Condo is very nicely decorated and very clean. Very comfortable bed and 2 bathrooms are a plus. We loved sitting on the lanai just chilling out and watching the ocean. Coconut Market Place is just a couple minute walk. Craig and Shari are great hosts. We will definitely be back.

This walkup third-floor unit was very clean, quiet, well appointed, and had an amazing view of the grounds and ocean bay. The photos don't do this property justice! The landscaping and foliage were stunning and immaculately maintained as was the large pristine saltwater pool! We felt like we were in our own tropical paradise. Our only recommendations for improvement would be to have a 2nd chaise lounge on the lanai as well as 100% cotton sheets on the bed (the 100% polyester ones were unbearably hot and uncomfortable!)

This was recommended to me by a friend. The location couldnt be more perfect. Right next door is the Coconut Market within a short walk. Many shops, food choices and the ABC market which has most everthing you need. Our host,Steve, responded immediately, as well as Bernadette. The condo is a little dated and we had to buy some hand soap for one bathroom, but not a deal breaker in any way for our family of 4. The view of the property and the ocean from the patio was wonderful(other than one palm tree ). On our last morning, we walked down to the beach and were lucky to see a monk seal sunning on the beach. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone interested in the Lae Nani Condos.

Great property located close to Coconut market place. The listing does say it has a Gym but it does not have one on property or near by. Not a big deal but it should be corrected. We did not realize that it didn’t have air conditioning and that is normally a must have when we go to the islands. However there is good cross ventilation from the windows front to back and it turned out to be sufficient. Overall we were very pleased with our choice and highly recommended this unit. 4/23/26 to 5/3/26

We love this property! The rooms are well appointed with plenty of soaps and towels. The kitchen is great and you can eat on the lanai while enjoying a gorgeous ocean view. There are games and beach necessities in the hall closet. It has a great pool, is close to the ocean and the beach. You can walk along the ocean to go into town and the coconut plantation market is just next door.

Fabulous condo, the view is outstanding with a beach just steps away after crossing a manicured lawn with tropical plants. Deco very very nice with everything we needed indoors and out. Great bed, many thoughtful touch’s, hairdryers, flatiron, spices, charging stations, and even beach hats. Hard to leave such a beautiful spot.

What a gorgeous view from this condo! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was perfect and the grounds were beautiful. I would give it 5 stars except there is no elevator and being older it was not easy taking luggage and groceries up and down the stairs. Also the a/c in the bedroom was very loud. Otherwise it was a great place.

What an amazing stay. The condo was just as pictured and described. You truly are just steps from the beach. The view is incredible and unobstructed. The grounds are beautifully maintained. I found the king bed incredibly soft and comfortable. The trade winds offered all the air cooling we needed. There are plenty of fans and a bedroom air conditioner if you need additional cooling. The kitchens has everything you need if you like stay in for your meals. We were glad to find they have a saltwater pool, which we used most days. The property is centally located and near all the restaurants and services one would need. I highly recommend a stay in this particular unit. It is a home away frome home.
