When a beautiful place and location. We had relaxing time here, enjoying the morning view with our coffee.
There were restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We did the kayak and waterfall tour which was just minutes away.
Plenty of towels for our needs, good ac.

This property is well maintained and beautiful! We had an issue with the TV and the owner came immediately to fix it and brought us fresh bananas and starfruit! The view is exceptional! Being able to go right into the ocean was great. Our only problem was the stairs...going up and down all the time...but i think we are in better shape than when we came! This would be a unit i would definitely book again. Aloha!

We had an amazing time here at the Lai Nani property. Everything was exactly as pictured when booking. The owner even let us get some baby rental gear into the unit before we arrived. The views of the ocean and the property Itself is so well kept. We loved having the pool close by and the beach plus the tide pool for the baby was so fun. We did laundry multiple times while here. It's coin operated but you can pay for It through an app. We were walking distance to coconut marketplace and went to eat there a ton! Lot's of shops, shaved ice, and places to eat within a 3 minute walk. Lava Lava Beach club sits next to this property which does live music and happy hour!
I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! We will certainly be back!

Kauai, Lae Nani, and this particular condo are now are favorite places for a tropical getaway. Super clean, steps from the beach with just a few people, nice sand, and crystal clear water. The condo has everything we needed and more, and the area is amazing. Just a short walk to a plaza with several food and shopping options. Next time we book this place, we won't even rent a car because there is everything you might need to relax and enjoy the ocean.
Oh, and please read the instruction the owner sends you. The instruction is so good and it literally covers everything. If you think you're missing something, read the instruction again, 99% it is covered there. And you need something in the 1%, the owner is very responsive and helpful.
Will definitely come back and recommend my friends.

We’ve stayed at Lae Nani many times. This condo has great views and is very comfortable. The air conditioning is a plus given the warm summer days.
The view from building five is great. Plan on marching up three flights of stairs to get to this unit. But the climb is worth it.
This has been one of our favorite units to stay in. Mahalo for sharing with us. 🌺

This rental was amazing!!! The owner thought of everything...comfortable bed, roomy bathroom, full kitchen and the VIEW.... THE VIEW from this unit can't be beat! You can hear the waves and relax out on the balcony. It's the first rental unit we've ever rented that we didn't want to leave! had great a/c...even walked along the beach to a restaurant where we had great food, drinks and entertainment. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. My only complaint would be that the online pictures do not do this unit justice ...the reality was better! Mahalo

This condo was perfect for our stay in the Kapaa/Wailua area. It was quiet and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We loved the view from the balcony. Coffee each morning with the sunrise cannot be best. Lae Nani Resort is conveniently located. Turn right and go to Hanalei. Turn left and go to Lihue, Koloa, Poipu, or Waimea. It felt like we were perfectly in the middle of the island. We loved old downtown Kapaa. I just love this island and this condo.

While I had my condo to myself, 12 other family members were also in the property for a total of 5 condos for varying lengths of time. I enjoyed everything about the condo and the property including the properties relationship to bakeries, shopping, restaurants, all were within easy reach and did not at all impinge upon the experience of the Ocean, the grounds, the pool. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights after visiting the Big Island, and loved every minute! Kauai had a much more laid back vibe and provided some much needed relaxation. This condo was located in a touristy, but not-too-touristy area if that makes sense! We saw the resort villages in Poipu and Princeville while visiting Kauai, and much preferred this location. We loved sitting on the lanai for our breakfast and wandering down to the beach in the afternoon. The beach here is sheltered enough for swimming and there are some nice trees if you need shade. We so appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and body board, such a nice touch! We didn’t attempt snorkeling but loved that there was some equipment available as well. The condo has everything needed for cooking, and the air conditioning was a bonus!
This condo complex is beautifully landscaped and the other tenants were friendly and welcoming. The pool is beautiful as well! Check in was super easy as Steve was very communicative.
This place is great because it is walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and we loved trying many different local restaurants while here! Try Wailua drive-in and Wailua shave ice! We also walked down the beach to Lava Lava Beach Club for drinks to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and the live music was great.
Would definitely recommend driving Waimea canyon when you visit, take a boat tour of the Na Pali coast with Makana Charters and definitely try the tubing adventure with Kauai Backcountry adventures!
We are already planning our next visit to Kauai and will definitely be booking again! Mahalo!

The moment we arrived we knew we were somewhere special.The tropical foliage and landscaping invite you down a path leading to the condo.Up 3 flights of stairs,but worth every step.The door opens and there is the amazing view of the ocean and incredible ocean breeze.Looking across the grass there are beautiful landscaped gardens everywhere.The lanai is nicely furnished with a high-top table,4 chairs and 2 very comfortable lounge chairs.We ate all our meals on the lanai table.The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals.The air conditioning throughout the condo was very nice to have at times.The condo is furnished beautifully and is immaculately clean.The bedroom has nice breezes and air conditioning if needed and a very comfortable bed.The shower in the master bathroom was fantastic.There were pool towels,beach chairs and umbrella,also a large cooler bag that came in handy for the farmers market just a block away,Tuesday and Thursday.Look for the sticky buns,from Haole Girl Island Sweets,the best you'll ever have.Also the white pineapple and papayas at the first tent as you arrive from the right.Sweetest ever!Having the Lava Lava Beach Club next door to the property was an added treat.Live music and the best Mai Tais in a bamboo cup,you can keep and take another time for a refill at a discounted price.Steve is a wonderful host, was very responsive and helpful.Our stay at this condo was truly one of our favorite times in Kauai.We look forward to our return.Mahalo

Amazing stay at this Condo. By far my favorite one I have stayed at. The location was perfect, right on the water and the middle of the island. The Condo was perfect. Beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the comfy couch. The kitchen was stocked perfectly with nice dishes and the AC and fans were great. I contacted Steven and he responded so quickly and was so friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo/property offered a great location to the beach, a pool and some local restaurants/marketplace. The condo itself was very large, nicely decorated, quiet and a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the ocean. The communication with the owner was fantastic, and the check in details were helpful. The condo also had nice access to a local walking path along the beach. While not an issue with the condo itself, but the gates to the pool and the pedestrian gate malfunctioned a few times during our visit and could be tricky. This was easily fixed as we learned from other visitors who encountered the same issue. Overall a great experience and we would gladly stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Wow, that's all I can say. My wife and I have been fortunate enough to have stayed at a number of different properties across the islands (hotels and rentals) and this one might just take the cake. From a great location to an absolutely wonderful condo, it was fantastic. The AC is a nice add and the property itself of Lea Nani is wonderful. We also really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided! We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Waking up to the sound of the ocean is awesome and there are so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely hit up Passion Bakery and Lava Lava when you come. We didn't utilize the pool, but we did use the beach a couple of days when we weren't exploring the island. The unit had beach chairs, umbrella and even a cooler bag to make it all super easy. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Clean, updated (compared to other properties in the area) and a great location. I would recommend staying here as there’s a few nice beaches near by and a market it get anything you need within walking distance. The location is central so you can either head either direction and it’s the same distance. Steve was also great and easy to deal with. Will be staying here again if we ever come back!

The condo is fabulous! More spacious than it appears in pictures. Very clean, comfortable and high end. View is amazing! I didn’t want to leave. The owner Steve was very helpful and communication was prompt. Can’t wait to come back. Please note that there are 28 steps as the Condo is on the 3rd floor. Not an issue for us.

This condo was a perfect spot for us. The condo is clean and well equipped in a beautiful setting on the beach and above lovely gardens. From the lanai we watched sunrise and moonrise above the water - incredible! It is an easy walk to shops and restaurants, and not far from other beaches and sites. Steve contacted us before our arrival with last minute details and some travel tips (snorkel, hike, etc). Mahalo!!

This is one of our favorite places we have stayed! The location and view are amazing and the ability to walk to so many great restaurants was icing on the cake. This condo was beautifully updated, comfortable and was well stocked with anything you would need to cook with and or hit the beach! We are definitely looking forward to coming back here again!

This lovely condo is so nicely updated and equipped. We had everything we needed (except an electric mixer) and the furniture is very comfortable.. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the view and surf sounds. Lae Nani is a beautiful property, we will surely return.

We were so impressed with every aspect of this terrific property! The grounds were so well maintained and so beautiful, felt like we were in our own private botanic garden. Beach was so lovely, clean and beautiful. Pool was also very large and nice. We will be back to the same property in future trips to Kauaii. *Mahalo*

This is a wonderful property! It is very close to the ocean and catches marvelous ocean breezes which lull you to sleep at night. They are in the process of installing air con and have a mobile a/c, but we did not need either. The complex has large lovely gardens and ponds and a great pool. The condo has custom soft close cabinets, a huge shower and an extremely well stocked kitchen. The curtains also appear to be custom. The furniture is high quality and comfortable and the decor is gorgeous. Steve was super to work with and very responsive. Loved it all! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was Just shown. It was clean and in a great location. The view from our balcony was perfect. The property is absolutely beautiful with plants, flowers, just so pretty. The property has what seems its own personal beach. You can walk to a grocery store and some restaurants.

What an awesome spot. It was super convenient to have a beach right outside where we could take a quick swim. The proximity to the marketplace and a bunch of restaurants was a nice bonus as well. Communication was great, and all of our questions/requests were addressed quickly. Can’t wait to return!

Owner was helpful and quick to respond with our few questions. The condo is very spacious for a one bedroom. AC kept the bedroom very comfortable- as was the bed. You can’t beat the view from lanai, pool & beach access and proximity to other destinations on the island. Very happy with overall experience. Keep in mind it is 3rd floor if you have any mobility issues. Mahalo, Lae Nani!

This is a great place! The sounds of the ocean all night long, with amazing breezes through the entire unit made the place a prefect vacation spot. The unit had everything we needed and the extra half bath was very nice to have. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and loved having restaurants close enough to walk to. This side of the island is quieter and very friendly. We totally enjoyed our stay.
