Parking available $23 per day, make arrangements with ProPark. Non Smoking Room. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in our condos or lanais. There are minimum stay requirements from January though March.

Starter set includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, bath soap for your first night.

Travel Protection:
You are looking forward to your trip, and we are looking forward to welcoming you aboard. Sometimes illness or an emergency at home may create the need to postpone or cancel your vacation. If that happens, make sure you are protected. Many travel protection plan provide 100% protection if you must cancel or interrupt your trip for any reason, including a pre-existing medical condition.

Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

Rentals are not transferable to another party. No Smoking Condo. No Pets
