Location and Amenities, that's what this studio is about. Directly next to the Prince Waikiki Hotel and a 15-20minute walk to the Convention Center - you are located at the gateway to Waikiki.

You won't need anything but your swimsuit and toothbrush when you arrive. This unit has everything you need. In the kitchen you'll find all you need to make a simple meal or a gourmet dinner. The queen size Murphy bed folds into the wall to give you more living space during the day and the Hotel Collection cotton sheets make your sleep peaceful. A 55 inch HD flat screen with Roku capabilities and a Bose Stereo are a great way to wind down after a long day of sightseeing, shopping or playing at the beach. And if you need it, complimentary high speed Internet and wifi are available.

We provide enough staple supplies to get you through the first couple of days. Additional supplies can be found at ABC Store, Walmart or other stores in the area.

Our newly remodeled bathroom with walk in shower and Kohler fixtures tub/shower are a perfect combo to clean up before heading onto your next adventure.

Beach chairs, towels and coolers help make your beach day perfect.

Local Activities - : Where to begin...Check out famous Waikiki beach. Give surfing a try. Snorkel with the fishes at Hanuma Bay, take a catamaran and enjoy the sights or just sit in the shade and relax. Located minutes from downtown Waikiki, and Ala Moana Shopping Center - you can find some of the best shopping in the world. Picnic at Magic Island - just a short walk from the hotel, or take a morning run down on the beach and watch the sun rise. Whatever you desire, Waikiki has for you. Popular restaurants are at every corner. The Harbor Pub and Red Lobster and Chart House are located in the building. Ruth Chris, Marimotos (with an Iron Chef), and Yard House are close by. Tour buses pick up on the corner daily for trips to Pearl Harbor, luaus and beyond. Don't forget to pick up the This Week guide - available on every corner and hotel lobby for great deals on dining and entertainment. A must have for the Waikiki visitor.

Parking/Beaches: Parking is available in the building and surrounding areas - at the guests expense. It is currently 28.00 per day to be paid at the parking garage with the attendant.

Currently there is no swimming pool access for condominium residents and guests. However, the largest swimming pool in the world - the pacific ocean is right behind the building. Just steps from the back of the building is Waikiki Beach, the new beach park adjacent to the Ilikai and the Hilton, and just down the road is the beach at Ala Moana Park. You can get day passes to area hotels pools and spas via resortpass.com.

Can I smoke on the lanai or in the unit? No. This is a non smoking unit, if it as been found that smoking did happen in the condo a 500.00 cleaning fee will be assessed. Hawaii State Law prohibits smoking on lanais. Violators will be subject to a fine a smoking area is located on the 7th floor.

How many people does the unit accomodate? It will sleep two comfortably. A third person can be accommodated on a twin aero bed. Any more than three is not accepted. The unit is 454 square feet- a little larger than a hotel room.

Does the kitchen have a stove? The kitchen is a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, all utensils and small appliances.

How do I get the keys? There are no keys, a stay specific door code will be given to you prior to arrival.

What time is check in? Can I check in early? Check in is 3pm or later. Early check in must be arranged with the host prior to arrival. In some cases is will not be available due to guests checking out before you.

What time is check out? Can I check out late? Check out is 12pm. Late check out must be arranged prior to arrival. In some cases it will not be available due to the scheduling of the cleaner and other guests checking in after you. I was very satisfied with this condo. It's not that big but it was perfect for me. It was very clean and the agent's on-site representative was very helpful. The AC worked well, the TV had a lot of stations, the building was very clean and the parking garage was very easy to use. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom was fine. The bed folds down from the wall but kept it open all the time. The balcony is very small, and you really couldn't sit on it but that was ok for me.

When going to Hawaii this is the place to stay. Kelly is very organized and has everything ready. You walk in and everything you need is at the ready. It's clean, comfortable, and set up so quaintly. The location is literally near everything and it's quiet. I highly recommend you stay at the Pineapple Paradise for your visit to Hawaii.

I would certainly stay there again, perfect for up to two people. Easy walk to Ala Moana shopping and park as well as Waikiki. Nice to have four eateries in the building

We stayed in this lovely condo for the month of January 2017. It is very well stock with whatever you needed. It is a smoke free condo but we had people smoking cigarettes and marijuana out on their liana below us, so when you have the door wall open the smoke comes into the condo. We notified the owner and she contacted the building manager. They said they were given a warning and next time there would be a fine. They stop smoking on the liana but continued smoking in their unit and with their door wall open the smoke continued to come up into the condo all month. Owner was notified on numerous occasions. Great location for using the trolley to get around town.

Loved this place. It was clean, safe, and has all the amenities of a hotel room & more. It's convenient walking distance to the beach, stores, and a variety of restaurants. A pleasant walk to downtown Waikiki. Tour bus picks up and drops off in front of building. There are 2 grocery stores nearby, so eating in is easy. Highly recommended.

I can't believe all the extras this place had. From linens, dvd library, cooking accessories, to beach chairs and umbrellas, I felt like I was at my own home - but on vacation. I was totally relaxed. The location is fabulous. I walked everywhere - and really had no need to rent a car. I can't wait to come back next year. Tell your friends, this is the place to stay!!!
