The unit was clean and conveniently located. The kitchen was well stocked. It is showing some signs of its age. Some slats are missing from the blinds preventing a completely dark room (street lights outside). I had difficulty throughout the stay with the TV and I did not want to spend time trying to figure it all out. At night, the bar downstairs was noisey as people left and were talking or yelling loudly just below the unit.

The condo is next to the marina and pleasantly tucked away from the downtown bustle. Yet still close. Next door to Friday fireworks at 7:45pm. The beach is a few minute walk. Lovely sunsets. The king bed is nice.

I was in Honolulu to visit family. The Ilikai Marina did not disappoint. The condo was clean and well equip. The views were just awesome. Watched the sunset each night right from the living room. The location is perfect I took my walk each morning to the Ala Moana beach park. Such a cool and healthy vibe. I took a sunset yoga class there as well. I also needed to add a night last minute although they had someone coming in the owners let me book extra night and gave me time to check out. I was so appreciative.

This is my new favorite of Waikiki properties that I have stayed at. The property was very clean and had lots of helpful instructions. The kitchen and bathroom had been updated. The view of the harbor was fantastic, especially at sunset. Had a front row seat to Hilton Hawaiian Village fireworks Friday night. Quick walk to beach and Ala Moana.

I love the location especially when my room was overlooking the Waikiki beach and the Hilton hotel and the Friday night fireworks at the Hilton!!Only little concern was the the room spelt abit mouldy and I came down with a cold and fever. I enjoyed the condo, except that seating could be upgraded. The only comfortable seating was the couch. Loved the location. It took 8 minutes to walk to one end of the Ala Moana Center. Ala Moana Park is just as close and is a great place to have a daily walk. we also walked the other way and Hilton Hawaiian Village is only a few minutes away with the rest of Waikiki Beach to the east. I would definitely consider staying at the Ilikai Marina Condos again and the management company made our arrangements easy.

Very nice apartment with great location. The communication went very well. Check-in was easy and explained in advance. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Household roll, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, etc. everything was sufficiently available. From the balcony you could enjoy the sunset every evening. This condo had breathtaking sunset views and a front row seat for the Friday night fireworks. Comfy bed. The sofa sleeper however needs to be replaced....very uncomfortable to sit on it for TV watching. The condo was not as well stocked as the property we stayed at on another island and parking is not included and is expensive. Also the street below is very noisy and rowdy in the evenings. One night the police had to be called. Reasonably priced for the island.

The property is nestled in between two great hotels Hilton Hawaiian Village and Prince Waikiki. You almost feel like you are also part of a nice resort by staying at this property. Everything was exactly like the photos and I was able to see some nice rainbows at Ala Moana Harbor. One of the greatest things about this place was the view to the fireworks on Friday nights at 7:45pm. There is also a car rental located on the first floor where the parking garage is located in case you only want to rent a car for one day. since you must pay for parking around the area. It was about a 20 minute walk to get to the awesome Foodland grocery store at Ala Moana center from the property. I would definitely stay at this place again!

The location of the unit was great, it was conveniently located near the beach, shopping and restaurants. There is a pub and a restaurant in the marina building that made it convenient to get some evening drinks and dinner. You can see the sunset from the balcony of the unit, it's absolutely beautiful. We were able get parking for the week (separately not through the mgmt company) at the attached garage ~ very convenient and reasonably priced. The management company was professional, had timely communications and made it very easy to gain access to the unit. I would recommend staying here if you are looking to stay in Honolulu.

We loved the view - we could see the Friday Hilton fireworks - and would choose the marina again. However this unit was very tired and worn, especially the bathroom; moldy ceiling and a problematic toilet. Good thing we spent most of our time enjoying Honolulu.

We had such a lovely stay. The sunset was amazing. Right in front of the marina there is a beach parking lot for 1$ hour parking. We parked there overnight and took our car to the beaches during the day. Saved a bunch of money. I recommend this unit 4829105 times again! Loved it

Condo was clean and as described. We found it cheaper to park the rental car at a meter on the street, as we were gone most of the day and only paid by the hour for overnight. Would recommend and would stay again. It was in walking distance to restaurants and shops. We even watched fireworks from the condo one night.

This rental was very inviting, quiet, and comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing. From the description, my biggest concern was parking and we had no trouble finding parking in the parking garage next door and it's easy to get to the rental from there. I will definitely check to see if this rental is available the next time I'm on the island.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ilikai. My husband loved the view of the harbor and the ocean, and we both liked how nicely stocked the place was with the things we needed.
My one comment is that the couch really needs to be replaced. It's way too soft. I had to sit on a throw cushion, which are really starting to look dingy. As it's a small unit, the place would benefit from a new couch.

Wonderful condo with all that we needed and wanted! Fair price, esp considering the million dollar view! The king bed is amazingly comfy. We will definitely be back! Luana Reality was terrific to work with; excellent communication. Pro tip: Bring a fire stick/device to watch tv in the bedroom, but after all- no one comes to Hawaii to watch tv! 5 stars all around! Great location!

Easy location to get to many adventures, shopping, restaurants or relax at the beach. Marina and street activity starts early morning at sunrise, bar below shuts down music at a reasonable time 10 pm ish. Staff are welcoming and always on -site cleaning.

We have no major complaints about this property, but will provide some pros and cons. The PROS:It was clean, close to amenities, lovely view and very quiet. The CONS:It could be slightly more well equipped - there was basically one cooking utensil and device per type. And small appliances such as the coffee maker were broken/breaking. The AC wasn't the greatest at keeping the place all the time, but having said that, the sun does come in almost directly in the late afternoon so really no AC can manage that perfectly. However, it (AC) is also still quite loud.Again though, no major complaints. We would certainly be happy to stay there again.

We love this end of Waikiki. A bit away from the crowds but easily walkable to beaches, the shopping center, and the main strip of Waikiki. The condo was easy access and communication with the property manager was quick and simple. The view from the unit is amazing. We will be back!
Two suggestions for improvement are to replace the very dim lighting in the bathroom, and to add a full-length mirror in the dressing area.

Parking was a breeze, access to same level as the apartment, never saw a neighbor, it was very quiet. It's a little outdate with an overstock of furniture, but it was great! Being so close to the 2 Yacht Clubs was a huge plus for us.

We stayed at another condo in this building and this one is a tad less wonderful than that one. First, it is not a corner unit so it doesn't have views from two sides. Also, there are NO condiments in the kitchen so cooking is not easy. The furniture is too big for the space so it seems crowded and there is no comfortable chair in the living area.

So I thought I had booked at the Illiaki Hotel Condos So was a little disappointed to find there was no pool in our workout facilities. However the room was spotless the bed was very comfortable and are stay was wonderful. Loved the space just wish it was elsewhere.

The property is located in a beautiful place in Honolulu. We are so happy we rented this property and we will DEFINITELY be coming back. Minutes away from great shopping and restaurants. You can also rent surfboards nearby. For the price, it exceeded our expectations. Thank you for everything!!

We had the best vacation in years. The condo was very comfortable. The view over the marina was beautiful. No need for a car we walked everywhere. Great restaurants around us and a small market on the corner. We would definitely rent the condo again.
