The room was comfortable, smaller then expected but the view was nice. However do not recommend this place because the elevators issues. One elevator was completely down and the other was braking down 2 days out of our 6 night stay. We were on the 37th floor going up with groceries bad knees was a nightmare. We had asked for a discount or a night at the hotel to accommodate our inconvenience and that was ignored and was told the room was already disconnected because of the elevator issues. If we would have known that we would NOT have chosen that condo.

Excellent VRBO. Clean, efficient and conveniently located. We loved it.

The view is amazing however the condo and property is run down and has roaches, the owner said its a normal thing for Hawaii to have bugs, the bed was broken, the owner said it could not be fixed at this time, you sink to the middle and the frame cracks every time you move, we were just waiting for it to collapse. There was only 1 working elevator to and from the 37th floor so the wait was at least a 5 minutes each time. The owner told me he would leave a bug fumigator on the counter to feel free to use it which is just crazy!!! I'm on vacation!!! When on vacation I expect my stay to be nicer than my home and this was very disappointing. I don't live with roaches in my home so why save my money to go on vacation to stay with them... I would leave lights on at night to help prevent the roaches from coming out, we brought food and snacks that we had planned on using there but ended up throwing everything away as we were disgusted. VRBO also did not help, I asked to be relocated to a different property and they gave me the runaround. Hawaii overall is beautiful but the stay here was the downfall to our vacation. My advice spend a little more and stay at the hotels, this place is not it!!!

Decent place to stay. Walking distance to beach and gym. Needed dish soap and bathroom soap. Overall, it was clean. Elevators slow ya down a bit. Everyone seemed to be friendly and nice. The price is right. If you looking for an affordable place to stay in Hawaii, this is a great place.

I truly wish that I could have been more generous with my rating of this property. The views and location provided by this property were absolutely incredible, in fact they are what led me to choose this option, along with the value of the price. During our last night at this condo my wife spotted a roach crawling across the kitchen floor. Needless to say we were both disgusted and uncomfortable with the thought of potentially bringing home roaches with our luggage. The manager of the property responded by saying this is a tropical environment and there's nothing they can do about it. We would not recommend staying here in light of this.

Well-maintained studio in a convenient location just outside of Waikiki. Was perfect for what I needed when I stayed there. Todd and Tom were responsive, though no real issues came up. Would happily stay there again in the future.

Overall great view. Room was clean w the exception of cockroaches. Mattress on the bed is horrible. Elevators are a nightmare. Never knew which one would be working. Iron and steamer did not work. Lawn chair was broken when we arrived. Had everything we needed. Would probably stay again, if cockroach and bed issues were resolved. Again….view was amazing.

Overall very good experience. Parking and elevator situation were a little sketchy. Room was clean and comfortable, view was AMAZING, and the condo owner was helpful with our questions.

It was our 20th Wedding Anniversary and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than this place. View is the best! Instructions for check in were clear. Walking distance to Ala Moana, personal uninterrupted view of the Friday fireworks, walk to the yachts and beach, we were even able to walk up to Waikiki. Just AMAZING!!! Yes, the lifts were a bit noisy but if you walk around and tire yourself and have a few beers then you sleep soundly and wake up to this unreal sweet view. IMPRESSIVE! We were able to do our laundry on the 3rd and 4th floor. Parking was good. Access to the place is great. All in all, we cant wait to be back. And we got our damage deposit after a day or so. MAHALO to Tom and Lucinda!

Our purpose for the trip was to checkout the University of Hawaii at the Manoa campus. This was a very convenient place to stay and felt like a little home away from home. The campus is easy to get to from this location and only takes 10 minutes by car.The view was beautiful--we had studio that faced southeast and was mostly ocean view with a little bit of skyline--gorgeous city lights at night. We shared the king bed but we were offered a twin portable bed as well.Kitchenette was a big plus and met our needs completely. The place has friendly staff and nice friendly guests as well--we even made some new friends here--I guess that's what the locals call "aloha". N. Baker Calif. 3/8-3/10

First, this room looks exactly same as the pictures online. The big window right infront of the Waikiki Beach and have a very nice view. Second, the location is very convenience and an ABC Store locates within 1 minute walk. The parking is one of an add-on value and fees included in room rate. You know that, parking at Waikiki is expensive. The instruction of self-checking works well. It's worth your money. Recommendation: If the owner could provide white towal and bed linen that would be better.

I staid at the Waikiki Marina 10 years ago and the unit I staid in did not look anything like this. This place has been completely remodeled and redesigned. I loved the tile and granite work

My girlfriend and I came over for a short getaway from work on the mainland. This was the perfect location to stay. It was so close to everything that we wanted to do. We saw live shows, had great shopping and restaurants, and fabulous Waikiki Beach. We also took advantage of the free shuttle that stopped by. We will be back.

Form floor to ceiling inch by inch of this place is luxury. I had a hard time getting out of bed. I also had a hard time concentrating on the tv when I have a huge panoramic ocean view to the side of my bed. It was amazing!

We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view each morning. The room is very functional. The garage is set up a little awkward. My only complaint is the elevator. It is crazy to have only one and it broke down for a very short time. Otherwise, I would stay again. If you don't plan on going outside of Waikiki you can walk or take Trolleys to many different destinations.

The owner had told me that this was his favorite unit because of the view. This particular unit has a south east facing view and the expanse of the panoramic ocean view is amazing. There are a lot of special little touches in the interior design that make it a truly unique accommodation. The kitchenette was more than adequate for our cooking needs.

October 2014
I remember prior to checking in that there would not be amenities to cook with. The owners explained to me that they were stored within the cabinetry to allow for more counter top space. This was a genius idea and I found everything I needed and more when I made my first meal. They even had 2 refrigerators. When I was done cooking I could put the appliances away and use the counter top for staging. I love to entertain and had my daughter come over for wine often. I understand now why they call Hawaii the rainbow state after waking up to one over the ocean every day

The place is quaint with a beautiful view perfect for our honeymoon. We love to wake up to see the sun and the water. The place was neat and clean when we got there. Only issues are the loud AC, the broken/slow elevator like others have said and takes so much force to push down to flush the toilet. First night I needed my husband to help because I thought it wouldn't flush. Almost thought we had to climb 37 flights of stairs the day we arrived to get the garage remote but all the residents/guests waiting for the elevator were very nice. One gave us a snack because we didn't have dinner yet (arrived close to 9:30pm) and someone else opened the garage door for us so we can park then come back down to wait until someone hits the reset button for the one working elevator (waited 20 minutes. One poor employee apparently had to climb to the very top floor to hit the reset button). The other elevator was out of service the entire time we were there. Keep an eye on the button to the elevator because the light goes off as if you never pressed it and the elevator goes right past you and you will have to wait another few minutes (upwards of 10 minutes sometimes). If you are thinking of using the fridge (we used it to freeze our water bottles), use the mini fridge close to the bathroom because the big fridge makes a loud ticking sound if you turn the power bar on for the TV. It was our first time using VRBO and going to Hawaii and it was quite positive. We would stay there again despite the issues. It's central enough to a lot of places so we walked a lot. ABC store was just at the corner so it was super convenient to get what we need every night. The free parking is a plus as we rented one for the week to drive to the north side of the island.

Note: Vacancy calendar is approximate. Visit the owner/manager's reservation site to verify your dates.
