Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Mirrored walls give the unit the feeling of being larger (and good fung-shui!). Plenty of towels for shower and beach. Good firm bed--being slightly lower also adds to sense of spaciousness. Fabulous view from dining table next to lanai. TWO microwaves (but no oven ;-). Everything you'd need for a perfect holiday. Mahalo nui.

We are seasoned travelers and have stayed in this building several times. The central location and view, marina side, are excellent. There is no comfortable seating in the LR. The futon couch shown is terrible. The King mattress is 6 inches thick, placed on a wood frame; most uncomfortable for more than 1 night. The stackable W/D is nice but check out the plumbing tubes adjacent,...filthy! Be prepared for their "minimal" starter kit. It's VERY minimal compared to the many other VRBO and HomeAway's we have stayed. Tried to discuss this with Manager and she becomes immediately defensive. On a positive note, the shower drain was very slow Day 1, and didn't drain at all within a few days. This was repaired immediately. We will always choose this location in the future, but certainly not this unit.

Location and view were great also loved the keyless entry. Found the condo to be a bit dated and sparsely equipped/stocked and could have been cleaner. There was no facial tissue upon arrival, ran out of toilet paper, wasn’t well cleaned and for a unit with a washer/dryer was surprised that there was no laundry supplies.

#1192 is a Condo on the 11th floor.
The view of the Marina is wonderful, especially the sunsets. We appreciated having a clean condo with a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom is dated.
It is walking distance to the beach, shops and bus stop. We enjoyed several meals at The Chart House, a restaurant below the condo.
We would recommend a holiday in this condo, and hope to return one day.

Wonderful view of ocean! Sunset view every evening was gorgeous! Close walk to beach. A few thing I would've liked in room were having tissue, maybe supply each guest with single use laundry detergent and softener, maybe a few sugar packets... small conveniences. The toilet extremely hard to flush with handle. All in all would use again.

Condo was very nice. Great location. Very clean. So nice to have a washer and dryer in the room. Bathroom door wouldn't close because the washer/dryer blocked it and bathroom needs updating, toilet was hard to flush, but would definitely stay here again!

We loved the view from the lanai, and the location of the building was perfect. Lots of restaurant choices nearby. Great to have a king bed. The garbage disposal didn’t work and the bathroom door is hard to close because washer gets in the way. Otherwise a great stay. Thank you!

Convenient location close to ala Moama shopping centre and the beach.
Pink line stopped a 100 meters away so transport was easy.
Easy check in and a large condominium with all facilities needed.
