Step outside to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space, where you can soak in the sun or take a leisurely stroll along the beach, just moments away. The condo also offers essential amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a smart lock for easy self-check-in.
AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor, with payment available via an app or credit card. A trash chute is conveniently situated at the end of the hallway. The property provides 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Please note, this building does not have a pool, nor is there access to one at another location. Parking is available in the building for $33 per day (*rates subject to change), and metered street parking is available along the harbor for $1 per hour. Routine pest control and maintenance are occasionally scheduled by building management. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai.

When you book directly with us, you can rest assured knowing we offer only legal vacation rentals in Waikiki and the surrounding areas. Our condos are privately owned, and while occasional construction or maintenance may occur, please note that these activities are beyond the owners' control. Work is typically scheduled Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience minimal disruption, as many spend their days exploring Oahu. The condo has beautiful views of the marina and fireworks. However, there is a musty, 'wet' smell when you enter the unit. There are black small bugs in the bathroom area that subsided when I plugged the sink hole. What looked like sesame seeds in the kitchen sink turned out to be hatched outer shells of some bugs. Couple of beetles roamed the floor. I went to the office at the Ilikai and told them and she apologized and wrote the unit number on a notepad with a bunch of scribbles so I don't know if there was follow up with this problem. Also, no screen on sliding door so kept the sliding door closed for fear more bugs would fly in or birds during the day. Also, this building is on the last street corner so noisy due to racing cars, motorcycles, etc. Lastly, expected to clean but there was no broom, vacuum so I had to use a wet paper towel to try to clean sand from beach. Other than this, a beautiful unit.

There are plenty of supplies (plates, utensils, etc.) for kitchen.
We were able to walk to a small grocery store, Ala Moana beach every day, and major shopping stores. Easy drive in and out of Waikiki with very little traffic to fight. View of fireworks on Friday nights.
A little noisy from pub downstairs, large cleaning fee when we had to do dishes and take out garbage (we would have anyway).

We had a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend. Great location and taking Covid safety measures seriously. A bit crowded at beach and restaurants, but we checked out other beaches when we wanted to get away from Waikiki.

We loved this condo. It's next to the Prince Waikiki and less than half of the price. We had a very late check-in and they made it so easy. If you stay here, check out The Chart House Restaurant (same building) for steak and seafood and upscale dining and Harbour Pub (on the corner) for an incredible breakfast/dive bar vibe. Close to the beach and Waikiki resort area. FANTASTIC.
