The unit was a little dated, but very clean. Harbor view was great. Kitchen was functional, but we had to buy a baking pan. No bathroom fan, windows are poor quality and lets in all the heat in the afternoon as sun sets on window side, so you have to crank AC, or close the view. Queen bed is OK, not real fluffy or bouncy, but not too firm. The big downfall is the sitting furniture. The couch is more a lounger, too low, and too far back with no armrests or pillows to adjust. The wicker chair is too deep, a very thin seat pad that doesn’t match the shape so tends to want to slide forward. We made it work by using the sleeping pillows for a seat pad and back supports. Lastly, there are no directions for using the TV. We struggled with using our Yoitube TV Acount every day. Two controls, but not sure how to use them or when. Kept pushing buttons with nothing happening.So we said the unit is OK because there should be bathroom fan, TV hard to control, and window heat. Also note only one plug in in the kitchen. Outside the units , elevator is very slow, but parking was 33/24 hours. A little hard to figure how to do it, but staff is very helpful. Just know that you first get an hourly ticket, then have to walk to a machine on the wall and purchase a 1-5 day “in and out” previledge ticket. When you first leave you scan the original tick, then the multi day tick and only the multiday ticket afterwards.

We enjoyed our stay more than we thought we would. It was quieter than we thought it would be, being so close to bustling Waikiki. This condo faces the ocean and harbor which we loved, but it also reduced the noise. We loved watching the sunsets, the boats coming and going, the fireworks, and being able to walk everywhere! The building is older, but i think it helped reduce the noise. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed 5 nights at this rental and it’s exactly as described in the description- great location, clean, well-stocked and easy to access. Views are great and it’s super convenient to Waikiki, Ala Moana Park/Beach and shops. If you have a car, parking is super easy for $1 an hour at the Marina/ beach or in the garage in the building. As a solo traveler I felt safe here.

Very clean little condo with an excellent view of Ilikai Marina and the ocean. Walking distance to beaches and shops, food and coffee. Wish we could have planned a longer trip. Highly recommend. Plan to pay for parking.

The rental made our holiday the best we could imagine! The fantastic views and sunsets wow'ed us every day and we just loved our time in the unit. There was the beautiful marina to look at as well as the Hilton lagoon and ocean and Friday night fireworks in full view. The location was perfect for us because we didn't want to stay in the busy hustle & bustle of Waikiki, but we were just 10mins walk away if we wanted to go there. Location had plenty of eateries around and just 5mins to the large Alamoana Mall. It was also on a bus route for easy travel. The building is a bit dated and the property shows it age, but the unit itself has some upgrades to it and really a great layout and comfortable to stay. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything and anything you can think of - except it didn't have a kettle, which we really feel was needed. The bathroom had hair dryers and even a curling tong! Honestly, the unit ws perfect and we will definitely be backThe communication from VRBO was fantastic with communication from the moment we booked. Being able to communicate via Whatsapp also made it real easy to be able to communnicate easy and quickly from overseas. The responses was always prompt.The property looked and felt clean and we were very happy with how clean and tidy we received it.

Met our expectations. Great views, location, and beach access. Considering its location, it was delightfully quiet at night. That’s not usually the case in the city. Fireworks off the balcony on Friday. Kick back and enjoy.

I have been staying at the Ilikai Marina every December for the last 30 years and am very happy with the location. I am very dissatisfied with the parking situation that they don't offer discounted parking rate for long term renters (monthly rate) Also we found the couch in front of TV very uncomfortable.

The view from the condo was beautiful. It is a perfect location away from all the busyness of downtown Waikiki. We enjoyed staying here but a few things need to be addressed. The balcony was filthy from grime, the blinds leading out to the balcony were broken and we had to put a sheet over the couch because it was dirty. Also, the description stated beach chairs were included, this was not the case, they were full size fold up chairs. Overall, we loved staying here and would stay here again.

The check in is simple. The building is old and not as clean as it could be. The walk to the best part of the beach is long and arduous easy to uber to best part of the beach (Dukes, my opinion).
The view over the Marina is nice. I prefer just the ocean wich means staying farther south. Parking in the unit is expensive. The bed is worn out. The sleeper in the main room is not very comfortable and it would be nice if it were because it’s nice to look out the balcony (tiny balcony) while you lay around. I would stay in this same unit again so it’s not bad but a few changes would make it better. BTW the bar on the 1st floor is great to spend a rainy day.
