Your Hawaiian holiday in a luxurious condo will be walking distance to Ala Moana mall, Ala Moana Beach Park, restaurants, shops and Waikiki attractions
Honolulu, island tours, North Shore Oahu, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, luaus, golfing, jetskiing, beach catamarans, evening cruises and all Waikiki attractions are all easily accessed.
Starter set includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, bath soap for your first night.
Towels and linens provided based on occupancy and length of stay.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in our condos or lanais.
There are minimum stay requirements from January though March.
Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS: 1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party. No Smoking Condo. No Pets

Very close to Ala Moana shopping center, the Lagoon and Hilton village. You have a full ocean front view and can see the fireworks over the lagoon on a Friday from the condo.

This condo is perfect. The bed is really comfortable - so is the sofa. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The balconly has the perfect view of the ocean and fireworks on a friday and you dont get much street noise - unlike most other accomodation in waikiki. Will stay here again.

The location was excellent and having a high up corner unit had an amazing view of the marina and ocean. We were within walking distance of a lot of Waikiki for food and shopping, and there is a Hui car rental service (like zipcar) in the same building, which was super convenient. The unit had plenty of room and had all the amenities we needed but it could’ve been a little cleaner. The dish rack was quite dirty and some of the cups and plates were not clean either (there were still lipstick marks on them). I ended up washing everything before using it. The floor was a little sandy and sticky and the bed sheets were kind of scratchy. The unit overall had some wear and tear (stains under the sink/ on counters). But overall the location and spaciousness of the unit made up for it and we enjoyed our stay.
