2/13/23 Condo renovated! New flooring in Living Room, Kitchen, and Bathroom. 1 full size futon sleeper in Living Room, and New Tiled Shower Stall (no bathtub)

ENHANCED PROTOCOLS : We have revised our protocols to include contactless check-in & check-out, professional EPA approved non-toxic undetectable antimicrobial electrostatic spray treatment which continues to kill newly introduced viruses and germs on surfaces, enhanced cleaning and sanitization, and laundry is professionally cleaned and sanitized off-site.

9/28: Building is going through a pipe renovation on the ground floor, there will be intermittent loud noises from 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday. This project will end sometime in March 2024.
