Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Nice condo, clean and comfortable. Parking included which can be very expensive. Only issue was construction which caused the power and water to be shut off multiple times. Had to sit in the lobby one evening for 1/2 an hour until the elevators were turned on again.

The place is same as described and it’s located two blocks from the beach. It’s easy to go around and we feel safe walking back home at night. One thing tho, I wish we have more beach towels since we only have one each for the whole trip and the laundry takes a while. Everything else was great.

The positives: spacious, well laid out, great view, can access the balcony two ways; Opportunities for improvements: NO toaster as listed, no pot holders to cook with, bare minimum at best; two beach towels; shower barely puts out any water, no drying rack, no extra beach accessories, toys -- It didn't say it had these things but for the price. This is my fourth trip to Hawaii and this is at best basic. Towels are rough, toilet paper is the super cheap brand, bathroom vent doesn't work for those times when you need it to work! Couch is super uncomfortable to sit on, When relaxing we often just laid in the bed because of the couch. The bed was great!!! I think for the price you can find a place that gives you the 'extras' at no charge. The management company was super helpful and communicative, but again when you look on VRBO you can find something better for the price. If you are going to provide basics then the price should reflect that.

This was my first time visiting Honolulu and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was awesome, everything was great from beginning to end. We had a great view of the Diamond Head as well and the mountains and we were able to take in the awesomeness of the beautiful sunrise every morning. The condo was fully furnished with everything needed for cooking and the grill in the pool area was an added bonus for grilling on several nights after a long day at the beach and sight seeing. Overall a great stay and close proximity to the beach, great restaurants and and anything you wanted to do like shopping:) we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little place to stay in Waikiki. Expansive city and mauka views from the lanai and floor to ceiling windows. Secure building with parking included. Beach chairs and cooler enhanced our daily adventures. An easy walk to the Honolulu Zoo and Waikiki beaches. A short walk to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the sundeck and took advantage of the grills to BBQ some chicken for supper. Coin/card operated washer and dryer at the end of the hall.

The location and communication with the property management was very good. The property however could use some TLC: * Carpet smells and is dirty, needs changing * thermal plastic on cupboards has melted * kettle bottom is missing so must boil water using stovetop * ceiling above microwave is damaged * kitchen and bathroom lightbulbs constantly flicker * weak water pressure

Great spot - couple blocks to beach, easy onsite parking, even tho we didn't have a beach view, the view of diamond head and the golf course was nice. 1 block to the bus and easy walking distance to lots of things. Would stay here again.

The photos are accurate (except no food). Few amenities. Salt and Pepper only. No spices. Enough coffee for two cups. I guess we should be grateful… Furnished in the 1990’s, the wear and tear have taken a toll. Wall art faded. Furniture and carpet are frayed. Door to deck does not open from the living room. Bed linens are thin and old. Elastic fittings do not hold sheets into place. Every night is a tangle. No water pressure in shower. If you could shower in the faucet you might be able to get your hair wet for washing. We used it for what it was and enjoyed the area immensely but would choose a different VRBo next time. Or a hotel. We have traveled w VRBO for 20 years in all parts of the world. This fits into the bottom rung of experiences.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment - it was really clean and easy to access. The beach was just a minute away and it was so close to the main street (but just far enough away that it didn't feel too busy). Loved using the gym and free parking as well!

We stayed at this property after departing a cruise. Using the DACK tool was very easy for check in and to communicate with the property manager. The property manager was very quick to reply to any requests/questions. The description of the condo was accurate. The bedroom has a king size bed with tv, side table, dresser and a large closet. The living room has a sleeper sofa (my teenage son slept on it), tv, dresser, side table and chair. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We only made breakfast during our stay. We didn't use the pool or the gym but both were being used by other guests. Two comments, mainly for awareness: 1) the condo is very busy, although options were showing available in the DART app to check in early and/or check out late, these were not approved by the property manager. This was due to the condo being booked before and after our stay. This made our days a long since we departed the ship at 7am on Saturday and our flight wasn't until 5pm on Monday. My biggest concern was leaving our suitcases in the car to see the sites while waiting to check in/out of the condo. 2) When you arrive at the condo you will need to get a ticket at the parking garage but you will not pay for parking as long as you bring down the parking pass (in the condo) and ticket each time you leave the parking garage. On departure date bring your car down to the front lobby first and load your luggage, then go back up to put the parking pass back in the condo. It is a bit of a pain logistically but at least you do not have to pay for parking. This is a HUGE plus since parking in Waikiki can be anywhere from $45-$48/night. The location of the condo is great. It is within 5 mins walking distance to the beach, ABC store, Starbucks and many restaurants.

We stayed in the unit for a little over two weeks and enjoyed our time there! It's in a great location, while being away from the loudness in the main parts of Waikiki. We enjoyed the mountain views from our lanai. The building also has good amenities, such as gym, pool, BBQ grills, and coined (or card) laundry on every floor. Because we were working remotely from here, we cooked some meals in the unit. The kitchen/cook ware, like knives and cutting board were a little old, but it was manageable. Again, this was a comfortable and great stay! Mahalo

This condo was perfect for our needs! Free parking is hard to beat. The small lanai was a great way to spend the morning. Despite some minor cleanliness issues when we checked in that we were able to resolve ourselves, I really enjoyed our stay. Some things look a little dated (the blackout curtains to prevent the morning sun from coming in are a little old) could use a refresh and the cutting board is so warped it can almost double as a bowl. If you have issues with loud tenants below like we did, talk to the security guard at the front desk (The info binder doesn't have their information). Would definitely consider staying again on a future visit to Oahu.
