The property management was unfriendly, and when we arrived, we were greeted by a list of what not to do - not a great atmosphere to start a vacation. The list included a statement, "We do not provide customer service." Really? The apartment was reasonably clean but not that well stocked compared to other VRBO places we have stayed at. The complex has four elevators, one of which was out of order, and the service elevator(s?) was being used by the contractors, so there were great delays getting up and down in the building, which wasted a lot of time. The location was close to the beach, but we were surprised at how the section of Waikiki around the hotel has aged and how the area is in need of some major updating. I think the major attraction of the apartment is that it is close to the beach, but overall staying here was not the best experience for my family.

Location is the perfect spot, close to everything, from beaches, restaurants, convenient stores.
The valley view was unbelievably wonderful. I enjoyed this place and I recommend this 36th floor condo to stay for family vacation.

Good location, beautiful views of the city and the mountains. Our unit was clean and equipped with necessary amenities with extra towels and two beach chairs. We were not able to connect to the room Wifi and weren`t able to find where to contact about the issue, so we used our own portable Wifi. Overall it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Very clean and had everything you need. Just bring your beach towels. Parking is a breeze with the parking pass. Had a fire alarm wake us up at 5 am and had to evacuate but it was a false alarm. Amazing view from the balcony.

Info was accurate, property was very nice. Stayed in 3 different hotels in/around Waikiki & I thing this one was the best. (Had to find hotels on short notice there, after sailing plans went awry, but stayed within the same 3 week interval in June/July 2023).

Great location, the view of the mountains interacting with the weather formations was spectacular. Parking was a valuable convenience.
The main drawback was a urine odor in the bathroom which lingered despite our best cleaning efforts. The heating surface on the coffee maker was corroded. Shower curtain rings were corroded & the shower curtain was stained with mildew.
Management seems remote & in need of training on customer service. They post unnecessary messages on the wall reminding you to remove your shoes. Then they imply that you want to steal their stuff and how they keep an inventory of everything in the apartment, as if I want to haul their raggedy stuff away in my luggage. They even post a sign warning you not to use soap if you are allergic to it! True story!
They have a sign on the wall reminding you that you are not in a hotel, as if they believe they are hosting some disoriented person with a closed head injury.
Okay. We get it, It's not a hotel. You are not providing hotel service. We know. We found you on Vrbo. You're not the Ritz.
We go on vacation to get away from stress. This management doesn't have a clue how to deal with customers. If they feel a need to communicate certain things, couldn't that be done through the website?
To end on a positive note, we had an issue with the AC & TV and directly contacted the local technician who arrived & took care of it with courtesy & professionalism.

The view is gorgeous. Very spacious and comfortable unit.
Main complaint is the condition of the floor on arrival. I left my luggage at the door while I washed the floor. I took pictures of how dirty it was. This led me to wash any dishes that I planned to use and to disinfect everything before I felt comfortable.
After that everything went smoothly. I moved many things aside that I never used and avoided going into the pot and pan cabinet again.
FYI: the door from living room to the balcony makes a lot of noise, likely the hinges need to be oiled.
It’s a beautiful unit and I would stay again if I return to Waikiki.

Plenty of room and clean. A friend came for a few nights and slept on fold out couch. So did my grandkids. Very Comfortable. Not fancy at all but your only there to sleep. New toaster Oven and Coffee Pot would be nice. They have seen better days. Laundry room nice also.

I can’t rate this place highly enough…the location was perfect, the sunrise every morning over the valley and koko head crater was breathtaking, and the condo was super clean, spacious, and perfect for two people (especially since we were also both working remotely). Definitely will come and stay again.

This property was prime location with the most amazing view any of us had ever seen. Very friendly staff in the building and an extremely safe area. However, we felt as though the property lacked essentials such as sharp knives, a blender, a whisk, and a comforter. Overall, wonderful stay!

Beautiful view and a nice looking condo. The listing is exactly what you get. It was clean, had everything you needed and cozy. We travelled with our 2 kids who slept on the provided cots, the kids said they were comfortable. Great and fast communication with owner. We would absol stay here again.
