This is a lovely location with a nice view of the coast. It is near the Gazebo, which is always a long line except for lunch, and the lower pool and barbecues. Napili Shores is laid back, which is its superpower. It is not fancy. And everyone is friendly and welcoming. The condo was spotless, although it could use an upgrade to the living room (garage-sale chic is the best description), but the kitchen and bathroom were in great shape. Unlike other condos in this complex, there was nothing in the way of spices beyond one pepper shaker and one salt shaker that you could not get salt out of. Plan accordingly. With an upgrade to the living room furniture this would be a five star place.

We didn’t know it was American spring break so it was kids screaming at the pool from 9am to 9 pm for the first week then some yahoos moved in next door for the second week and we got to listen to them loud talking, arguing and having sex…no so pleasant.

The condo was fantastic for our 2 week stay. One of the best ones I have stayed in at Napili Shores (10th time, all different rooms). AC worked well, king bed was super confortable, pillows were excellent. The kitchen was also great, everything you need and then some. Some spices were left by others which was great. The Brita water filter was key for us, we usually have to buy 2 cases of water bottles. The Roku TV worked well. Plenty of towels for bathroom and the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella were available as well. Evelyn was very responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend this room. Very quiet. Partial view of the ocean from the balcony. We can't wait to return to this room next year.

Kitchen could use a few more items to make it feel more like home: stemless wine glasses (or white wine glasses with stems), dish rack or mat for hand washed dishes, chip clips (or even a few clothes pins), and the refrigerator may need service. It runs constantly but items aren’t very cold.

Room was lovely & well-stocked, including a first aid kit. Bed is a Queen Murphy bed but pretty comfortable. Overall, a very positive experience. Nice, quiet resort. Tiki restaurant was closed, which was disappointing. No services to the room for towels, which got a little dicey since we didn’t do laundry, but not a deal breaker. Looking forward to a return trip.

The kitchen was very well appointed, had everything we needed, even a blender and a nice knife set, which rarely happens! Loved being on the ground floor, everything worked out perfectly, one of our favorite spots on the island. Big shout out to the Snorkel & Surf shop on property, they hooked us up with great snorkel gear for the week and recommendation for the most amazing surf lessons for our family.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Both sides tilted downwards, causing us to almost slide out of bed. After a week, we flipped the mattress over. It was good for a couple days - then happened again. Everything else was terrific.

The room was just as shown on the pictures with a wonderful ocean view from the second story. We loved that it was not part of one of the huge resorts and location was ideal. We will definitely hope to be back there soon! Perfect for a couple.

The pool areas were excellent. Hot tub excellent. Location to the Napilli beach was excellent. I would stay here again. We didnt need the a/c because there wasa nice breeze we could get through the room. The mattress was a bit lumpy and not extremely comfortable. It would have been nice to have a rug beside the bed and outside of the shower, but those are small things. The TV was excellent. 5 stars on that as we were there for the big kona storm. It would also have been nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit but the ones onsite were close and adequate. Very nice and quiet resort perfect for relaxing! It was nice to have beach towels and chairs available. It was an enjoyable stay.

This location was perfect! Quick walk to Napili beach and walking distance to a couple of really nice restaurants. Having the beach equipment rental on site was also great for renting snorkeling gear. Snorkeling at Napili and Kapalua (short walk from the unit) was a dream! The host was extremely responsive, which was great. The only critical feedback I have is that a few small things in the unit were broken e.g. a couple of beach chairs, shower drain clogged, and seems like previous guests hadn’t alerted the owner. That said as soon as we reached out about these things they were rectified within a couple of hours, which is excellent service. We would happily rent again. Napili beach is our favourite out of the 3 we visited in Maui!

We could particially see the ocean from our patio. We spent most of our time at the beach and with family in another condo with an ocean view. We did visit both pools a few times briefly. The lower pool is very busy with breakfast patrons until 2pm.

We had an amazing view of the ocean on the lanai with many whale sightings! The condo is very comfortable with all needed supplies. I appreciated having access to tin foil, plastic wrap and tuperware. This is my favorite place on Maui and I would highly recommend this condo. The owners are super friendly and are easily accessible with any questions you may have. This is a must stay!

The location is great, just the condo is very outdated and needs up grades throughout. The dishes were mismatched and missing stuff to make a plateware for 4. We have family in a next door condo which was updated and fully furnished kitchen with beach stuff. we could not even have them over for coffee as the condo only had 2 coffee cups. No cooking sheet for the oven. Most condo had beach chairs, this condo had nothing. I called the management company about the beach chairs. They said sorry the condo has no chairs and is furnished by the owners. Later the company said they would bring over chairs the next day, very nice of them...only they never brought them.... We have stayed at Naplili Shores before, we had a great family vacation , we just got the wrong condo this time.

Location, location, location! The view from inside the studio and the lanai is outstanding. It is a short walk to Napili beach and the Sea House restaurant. The property has two pools and a hot tub and is not as densely packed with guests as the larger multistory resorts. The studio size seems to be pretty standard for the area and provides an adequate full kitchen and living space. If you are looking for a relaxing space that is not a mega-resort, this is a great choice.

First of all, my husband and I have stayed in at least a dozen different units at Napili Shores over the past 20 years. We are huge fans of this resort and do not stay anywhere else on Maui. This unit was the most modern and upgraded by far. The furnishings, decorations, bathroom, etc. were all very comfortable and nice, and we greatly appreciated the chairs, coolers, and beach umbrella to use. The view of Napili Bay and out to the ocean was amazing. We could watch whales breaching right from the balcony. The host was great, too. Clear directions were e-mailed in advance, so getting into the unit was simple. When I called with a question, they got back to me right away. We really loved everything about it.
