Very clean condo. Very pleasantly decorated as well; peaceful & aesthetic…felt like “home” in Hawaii. Description was accurate; we specifically rented this condo because it had two separate pullout couches in the living room so each of my teenagers could have their own bed. Just enough space for our family of four to enjoy Maui for 10 days. Little peak of the ocean from the balcony but just a quick stroll to the chairs by the back pool to sit and watch the sun set over the ocean each night. Paradise. Condo is also in a great location within the development; a quiet area & easy access to pools, grills, laundry, & front desk. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including a steamer to get the wrinkles out of our clothes, extra towels, and beach chairs. Owner has a beach umbrella too, but we easily rented a much bigger one for the week from the surf shop adjacent to the front lobby; price there was very fair. Naplili Shores grounds was lush with plenty of grassy areas, beautiful plumeria and hibiscus everywhere; grounds very clean and very well kept. Both pools also very clean and very well kept. Very easy, very short (2-3 min), and very well marked walk to the beach at beautiful Napili Bay. Food at Gazebo restaurant was very good; we tried both breakfast and lunch options; we did takeout due to long lines & simply ate on our balcony. Finally, condo owner responded quickly to my messages & was a pleasant host to rent from.

When we’re in Maui we always check out Napili Shores before others. Really appreciate owners sharing their condos. Special spot, ground floor (ocean view). Our favorite location as it’s on the end & very private. Perfect for two. If you’ve never been this is a pretty quiet family feel kind of resort. (Less kids in this building usually).Second time in this unit.Friendly & just right. Very close access to sandy Napili Bay; walk to many food options. Walkable to Kapalua Bay. Our favorite thing to do was walking the Coastal Trail all the way through to the bottom of the Ritz Carlton & then visiting the Baya Bowl truck @ DT Fleming park. Highly recommend. Overall, this was a great spot, and if we stay at Napili Shores again, we'll definitely search this one out. The view and location was perfect, and the property is beautiful, calm, and inviting. My only complaints were one particular to the property and one that is probably an issue with a lot of condo rentals. First, this condo is advertised as sleeping five people. In order for us to do that, we literally had to take some furniture out of the living space area and put it in the bedroom closet. In my opinion, there is way too much furniture in the living area for the amount of space provided and for the number of people it's advertised to house. Second, I find it irritiating whenever condos don't have an abundance of cleaning supplies (like dishwasher soap and paper towels) for renters to keep their properties to certain cleanliness level. If you're not going to have a regular cleaning service throughout the renter's stay (which would be too expensive), the owner should supply what is needed to clean up after cooking.

Very comfortable, well maintained clean studio flat with spectacular views of the ocean and Napili Shores Beach. Large space and well equipped for cooking. Lots of towels and beach equipment. Bed linens were really nice. We used the pools and spa every day. Condominium grounds were landscaped and gardens were very pretty. We walked to Seahouse, Merrimans and the restaurant at Kapalua Bay. Happy hour at the Ritz is great and only a few minutes by taxi. Coffee at island vibes was good! It’s close by and they had breakfast and lunch options as well and a gift shop with quality gifts. Elaine our host was great. Very quick to respond and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Love the view! Just can’t get a better view of the ocean, Molokai in the distance, & the coconut trees! Napili Bay is right by there for snorkeling and Honokeana Cove also which we saw over a dozen turtles! We did a lot of cooking and there was everything we needed for that. We just picked up a few spices. We would love love to stay there again!

Overall it was a great stay! Easy communication and very clean! One thing that was misleading was the pictures said king-sized bed but the bed was actually a queen-sized bed. Wish the descriptions of the bed were consistent throughout the listing.

After several days at a nearby resort, our stay here was exactly what we were hoping for. Quaint, quiet, less crowded, and old Hawaii charm. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and we loved being able to walk to Napili and Kapalua Bay. The we worst part was having to leave. We will definitely stay here again!

We always love and enjoy our stays at Napili Shores. This is our 1st time booking a room with an ocean front view and it was a wonderful. The room was clean and had a nice beachy feel to it. We always opt for the 2nd floor units with the vaulted ceilings. Really opens up the room. The kitchen came with everything you would need. It was nice to have storage containers for leftovers. Just note that generic salt and pepper are your only seasoning options. Our previous garden view condo had a better assortment. We did go buy some grindable sea salt and pepper and hopefully they leave in unit for others to enjoy. Also note that the coffee maker does not have an auto turnoff feature. Figured that out the 1st day when we came back to burned coffee smell. Being able to sit on the Lanai and watching the sunset, while eating our dinner, made for a romantic setting. Hearing the ocean waves was definitely nice, but, for me quite loud at night, especially when the wind has picked up. I also notice the lack of birds singing at 5:30-6am. Something, I really enjoyed on our previous stays in the garden view rooms. Always a joy to wake up to, as the sun is coming up. The only thing we were disappointed about, and why I took off a star, was the bed. I think it was the poly mix sheets that took away from the comfort. They didn't seem to fit the bed right, as they were loose and would bunch up. My wife definitely didn't enjoy the feel of them. But overall we loved our stay in this room.

Epic Realty manages this unit and it was very clean with everything you need for a long stay in Maui. The only thing I found I needed was a cutting board. Other than that, the mini split keeps the temperature comfortable. The location is great with nice views. The property itself is well maintained and the foliage/plants are stunning. Very laid back atmosphere at Napili Shores with a central location to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an issue with our smoke detector going off for no reason ( ie no cooking.) We called the number several times with no response. Finally the front office came and pulled it down. I was able to send a text, received a message saying that they would put it on the work schedule for the next day and gave permission to give access to the room if we were not there. No one ever came/texted to resolve the problem. There were not hot pads in the kitchen. Only 2 kitchen towels.Loved the condo. Hopefully can return soon!

Beautiful stay at Nāpili. The room was well equipped and we loved hearing the pounding surf all day and night. We had perfect weather and enjoyed snorkeling every day. We had brought our masks but appreciated using the flippers provided in the condo. This morning when we went for one last time we stopped counting after we saw 15 turtles. It was amazing. The pools on the ground were lovely and we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach.we shopped at Costco on day one and loved eating our dinners out on the lanai with the best view ever. Thanks for letting us enjoy your lovely place. Would love to return someday!!

My wife and I recently completed our stay at Napili Shores (VRBO #1194888) for 2 weeks. Having previously stayed at nearby properties like Napili Point, I wanted to provide feedback on our experience.There were several aspects of the resort that we enjoyed: - Location: The proximity to Napili Bay is excellent, and the sunset views from one of the pools were great. - Amenities: We appreciated that the unit was stocked with essentials like salt, pepper, and coffee filters. - Dining: Having the Gazebo restaurant on-site is a benefit, despite the long lines. The resort is also conveniently located near Napili Market and restaurants like Joey’s Kitchen and A'a Roots. Napili Coffee store is also in that shopping center and their coffee is great and they have some yummy baked goods too :D However, we encountered significant issues regarding noise that impacted our stay: - Structural Noise: We experienced constant and unpredictable creaking from the ceiling boards both above and below us. Even using a sound machine did not help. - Lack of Privacy: The walls are very thin; we could clearly hear normal-level conversations from neighbors on both sides. for a couple nights we had 2 kids fighting for a couple hours. Due to these noise issues, which seem to be a structural characteristic of the property and not necessarily this exact unit, we do not intend to stay at Napili Shores again.

This place was great! You can't beat the location, easy walk down to Napili Bay beach. The bed was comfortable and my kids were happy on the 2 pull out couches in the living room. The AC was good, we actually turned it off frequently when it got too cold. There is a small pool and hot tub right outside the unit and beautiful landscaping. Anything not in the closet you might want for a beach day, you can easily rent from the snorkel shop next door.

We love Napili Shores and this is a new unit for us and it did not disappoint! The space was well equipped with cooking tools and bedding. Both couches fold out so our kids had their own bed which is a huge bonus. The unit is very well updated and the location can not be beat! I wish we could have stayed longer but we can't wait to come back! Thank you for having such a great place available for us!

The a/c is great. Bed is fine, although the sheets are worn and pillows need replacing.Wouldn’t stay in this unit again due to proximity to the pool - not so relaxing with the use it gets from excited kids.Surprised to see a SUP on the porch blocking the way. Called to ask about it and was told somebody might come move it. I finally leaned it up against the wall- was surprised to see too that it’s apparently against the HOA rules to have it there.Napili is a good location with reasonable prices for the area.

This is a lovely location with a nice view of the coast. It is near the Gazebo, which is always a long line except for lunch, and the lower pool and barbecues. Napili Shores is laid back, which is its superpower. It is not fancy. And everyone is friendly and welcoming. The condo was spotless, although it could use an upgrade to the living room (garage-sale chic is the best description), but the kitchen and bathroom were in great shape. Unlike other condos in this complex, there was nothing in the way of spices beyond one pepper shaker and one salt shaker that you could not get salt out of. Plan accordingly. With an upgrade to the living room furniture this would be a five star place.

We didn’t know it was American spring break so it was kids screaming at the pool from 9am to 9 pm for the first week then some yahoos moved in next door for the second week and we got to listen to them loud talking, arguing and having sex…no so pleasant.

The condo was fantastic for our 2 week stay. One of the best ones I have stayed in at Napili Shores (10th time, all different rooms). AC worked well, king bed was super confortable, pillows were excellent. The kitchen was also great, everything you need and then some. Some spices were left by others which was great. The Brita water filter was key for us, we usually have to buy 2 cases of water bottles. The Roku TV worked well. Plenty of towels for bathroom and the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella were available as well. Evelyn was very responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend this room. Very quiet. Partial view of the ocean from the balcony. We can't wait to return to this room next year.

Kitchen could use a few more items to make it feel more like home: stemless wine glasses (or white wine glasses with stems), dish rack or mat for hand washed dishes, chip clips (or even a few clothes pins), and the refrigerator may need service. It runs constantly but items aren’t very cold.

Room was lovely & well-stocked, including a first aid kit. Bed is a Queen Murphy bed but pretty comfortable. Overall, a very positive experience. Nice, quiet resort. Tiki restaurant was closed, which was disappointing. No services to the room for towels, which got a little dicey since we didn’t do laundry, but not a deal breaker. Looking forward to a return trip.

Loved being on the ground floor, everything worked out perfectly, one of our favorite spots on the island. Big shout out to the Snorkel & Surf shop on property, they hooked us up with great snorkel gear for the week and recommendation for the most amazing surf lessons for our family.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Both sides tilted downwards, causing us to almost slide out of bed. After a week, we flipped the mattress over. It was good for a couple days - then happened again. Everything else was terrific.
