This was our first time in Maui and we absolutely loved the location. We were steps from Napili Bay which had amazing snorkeling. We were walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a cute little coffee shop. The condo was clean and the perfect size for the two of us. The air conditioning was the only that wasn’t great. There are two portable a/c units one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The bedroom worked great but the living room was always hot and super humid. All in all we had a great time and the condo was in the perfect location, we definitely recommend it. Also the Gazebo restaurant is on the property and is a must try.

Just a few things subpar: bedframe had been pulled apart, maybe by housekeeping, still needs attention (I fixed it good enough to use bed); and dimmer switches in kitchen don't work well (too old or not suited for LED bulbs.)Air conditioning is great. Great view of Napili Bay, beach, and Molokai. Decor is a bit over the top, but beautiful. Appliances in great shape. California King is super comfortable and LARGE. Only drawback is there isn't any space for any type of sofa. Beach chairs are getting old and zippers on pouches don't all work. We really enjoyed our stay, and we always enjoy this location. Mahalo!

Wonderful location and beautiful property! Loved every minute of the stay!!! Gorgeous sunsets, fun in the water, clean and private pools, beautiful foliage and flowers all around. Very peaceful! The only problem we encountered was getting a couple things fixed while at the property even after telling the on site manager about them. A very squeaky toilet (had to turn off water between flushes) and a broken microwave. Otherwise perfect!

Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony! The condo was exactly as pictured. Napili Bay had excellent snorkeling. We used the on-site grills for dinners, and went to The Kitchen for a quick bite and drink special. The location was close to restaurants, and the Napili Market. We enjoyed every meal on the balcony, watched gorgeous sunsets and listened to the waves as we relaxed for the night. We even saw a pod of dolphins one morning which was incredible!! It deserves the 5 stars!!

The problem is the air conditioning. The air conditioning didn’t work. They had some portable units but the one kept breaking. It was very hot in the unit without air. The place is nice. The location is great but the AC needs fixed.

We loved our stay in C217. Napili is our favorite spot in Maui, and we have stayed in other places nearby. This apartment was perfect for us: very clean, with AC, many small appliances in a very well equipped kitchen and little touches that were unexpectedly useful. Evelyn was also kind and accommodating. Beautiful location, comfortable bed, and nice space. We were disappointed with the construction that took place directly under our deck on 4 out of 5 days. When I contacted the owner, who is very responsive, I was told this is an older resort and that work on it is to be expected. I regret that my vacation investment was not as peaceful as I had hoped, and that our view was marred by caution tape and heavy equipment. I think the property management should have notified the owner, so we could have been warned. I would have cancelled! I won't take the risk at this resort again. Otherwise lovely.

We’ve stayed at Napili bay a few times, other condos in this area have been a bit dated and dark. This place is very nicely remodeled and bright with a beautiful view of the bay. Cleanliness could be improved, it must have been some time since the floors were mopped, all of our socks were dirt brown after walking on the floor. A shade over the entry door window would be a great addition, it was light in the room at night due to the hallway light right outside the door.

Great in every way, but mostly because of the location and the view of the ocean from the lanai. The photos and descriptions are accurate. I do want to let people know that the king size bed has a very soft mattress and you sink in it sort of like a hammock. That is not our favorite kind and we both had backaches in the morning. Other than that, it’s a fabulous place to stay. We especially liked the on premises tiki bar/restaurant called Kitchen 5315 and had dinner there twice. You might want to check in regarding the construction going on around the property and make sure it’s not going to interfere with your stay. There is lots of great snorkeling in the bays within walking distance or a short drive. The weather was very windy and even the bay was rough when we were there, but we were told that it is rare for summer. Building A second floor is the best location for sure.

Property was not being taken care of leaves all over, plants not trimmed felt very sloppy. Power when out twice in daytime, not fans or air conditioning very uncomfortable. Could park next to unit to carry groceries in because parking lot was closed and at least 20 spaces we used by construction vehicles parked 24 hours Holes and dirt left all over property because of ongoing unfinished work. Noisy all day with workers all day with heavy machinery. Was very unpleasant for all most all of our 3 weeks there. Blamed us because the construction had to be done so just live with it. Dangerous for kids running around with holes, piles of dirt and. No lights at night.

Our ocean front studio was perfect for a week's stay on beautiful Napili Bay. The unit managed by Epic Reality was beautifully curated, clean, stocked with everything needed from kitchen utensils & supplies, pool towels to beach chairs & a cooler for your stay on the beach. This unit's location is ideal. It has a picture perfect unobstructed view of the bay and easy access to the beach. The facility has two pools if you just want to lounge around and swim or go in the spa. We really couldn't ask for anything more!

Overall it was a nice stay with easy access to the beach. The view from the room was beautiful since we were directly in front of the ocean! We were still close enough to the pool and hot tub amenities but far enough away from the noise that may come with that area. We liked that this location was not in the bustle of a heavy commercialized/ tourist spot, so it didn’t feel as busy and crowded. My partner and I had already explored much of Maui by the time we ended our trip here, so we did find the nearby food options to be limited and decent but not as great as other towns. Just like the other reviews, the bed absolutely needs to be changed! It’s a Murphy bed. The mattress has indentations from all previous use, so it is too soft, not supportive, and difficult to get a solid night of sleep. We’re a couple in our 30s, but I imagine this would be difficult for someone older or who must have a firmer bed. It’s disappointing that the property manager has not improved this despite all the negative reviews about the bed. Additionally, the outlets on either side of the bed are far away. You need an extra long charging cable to get around the Murphy bed frame. The wooden structure is useless and should just be removed for a more optimal bed setup. One of the fans (the kitchen one) did not work and seemed to not be connected to any switch. It wasn’t necessary for us, and thankfully the fan above the bed worked without issues.

We enjoyed Terry and Linda’s condo. It was clean and matches the representative photos. We loved the easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The view from the lanai was gorgeous. And the Napili Shores complex was in great shape - we didn’t use the pools or grills but they were clean and in use by others. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

This is second story with high ceilings so does not seem like a studio especially because it has an elevated unobstructed oceanfront view of Napili Bay from lanai. Four restaurants just steps away. TV has tons of apps. Anything you can think of is in that kitchen. It's out of the fray of high rise hotels and the owners are very kind and accommodating. All buildings are low rise with beautiful Hawaiian landscaping. We will be back!

I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to stay away from the mass tourist chaos. The location was easy to find. The unit was ocean front and recently remodeled. Absolutely gorgeous! The view from the balcony was exactly as shown in the booking. This unit is ocean front with easy access to one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui. Throughout our stay we experienced calm, amazing snorkeling waters where we swam alongside sea turtles. And as the week progressed it became a great place to boogeyboard and surf, We loved both the pools that were on site and the restaurants. The surf shop at the entrance provided everything you could possibly need or want. Absolutely loved our stay here!!!

This review is difficult for me because I don’t want to let this little secret out: this is the best unit at Napili Shores period. Beautifully decorated, lovely art, fully equipped kitchen with chef quality cutlery and cookware, and high quality beach chairs, towels and boogie boards. Watch the sunset from your living room couch, or step outside onto the expansive lawn to watch the spinner dolphins. Please don’t book this unit because I’m coming back and you might grab “my” week.
