We’ve stayed a several rooms at Nāpili Shores and it’s a lovely complex. This unit has the views and I can see why it gets booked. This units pros - We loved the view and the sounds of the ocean. Communication with property management company was also good check ins/out. Kitchen had items to cook/coffee etc. Cons - What we didn’t love was the bed, and I was optimistic but looking thru the reviews the comments on the bed have been noted since 2022 so, it seems that replacing the bed is NOT a priority. (People are booking why change?)SO if you decide to book this room make sure you have plenty of Advil because by day 4 your back and neck are going to be a wreck from the bed. (Think bed from the movie the Money Pit collapsing in the middle…) Also, pillows are flat and linens all around are thin. Kitchen faucet trickles making dishes and filling coffee pot timely. Carpet in one part of the room definitely needs a cleaning (black feet).We enjoyed our time - but wished there was a little more love put into the room for guests.

We absolutely loved our stay. We were hot and tired when we arrived and when we opened the door and it was cool, the ceiling fans were on, it smelled good and Hawaiian music was playing I knew I was going to love staying here. Everything was perfect. It was so clean and the bed was comfy. If im blessed to come to Hawaii again I hope to stay here again. (Also really loved having breakfast from The Gazebo on our own lanai, and enjoyed the hot tub in the evening even when it was raining.)

This is the fifth time we have stayed in a VRBO in Maui and it was our favorite. I booked it for the incredible view of Napili Bay and it did not disappoint. I sat on the lanai for hours and felt deeply happy. The unit is super clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. Perfection.

G154 is perfect for two people. It's spacious and had everything that we needed. A/C was a little weak, but the local breeze + the fans were all that was needed. We loved the aesthetic and utilized the full kitchen every day. The best part was the view of the ocean from the lanai and bedroom area. We did have a problem with the overhead fan, but Jordan came out a day later to replace the entire fan unit. Overall, we had an excellent stay!

This property is clean and spacious, with a fabulous oceanfront setting in the best building at Napili Shores. It is just as pictured, with plenty of seating and storage. There are several ceiling fans, plus stand fans, so it is easy to keep a comfortable temperature (even without using the a/c, which worked great.)The property manager was proactively communicative, providing clear information exactly when promised. It was a seamless check-in/check-out experience. We did not have any problems while there.The kitchen has ample dishes and glassware, but it is a bit sparse on basic spices (compared to other rentals we have used.) Salt and pepper -- that's about it.The factor preventing a 5-star review is the mattress and bedding. The mattress is quite uncomfortable...very squishy and lumpy. The bedding and pillows are inexpensive quality, functional but not especially comfortable. It is unfortunate, because otherwise this would have easily been a five-star stay.

Napili Shores is a peaceful, beautiful place to enjoy Maui. Our 2nd floor I Bldg room directly overlooked the lawn, tide pools and the sea with Molokai in the distance. We enjoyed floating in Napili Bay, snorkeling in nearby Kapalua Bay and morning coffee and sunset viewing from our balcony. Napili Shores staff are friendly and gracious, the grounds are lovely and the MaiTai cocktails excellent.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views of the tide pools and Molokai were absolutely stunning. The Gazebo is right next to the building, and Napili Bay is maybe a 5 minutes walk. The room was clean and accurately described for the most part. I want to break this review in half because my wife and I did thoroughly enjoy our stay here, but we do have some qualms. At this price point, we would have liked to have more than one beach towel per person, and not having a basic smart TV that you can stream to is extremely unfortunate. It’s just a cable box and a 2005 Toshiba DVD player. The ongoing construction was annoying. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and left my partner and I both with sore back after our stay.

The place was very nice. However, we had a problem with the sliding door. I reported it to the management company and they said they couldn't have maintenance come out on the weekend. I was told that they could send someone out with some oil. That person never showed up and we went for a walk on the beach. long story shorter, when I spoke with epic again I was told someone had come out, but we were not there (no one called us or set up a time). Finally, I was told that someone would come out on Monday and that they had never had a complaint. We felt unsafe without a safe exit in case of fire and so we checked out and got another place. The last communication I received was "no one else complained, have a great day". I think Epic could have handled the situation better. I did request to speak with Epic's owner but my email was apparently ignored.

Wonderful property for our family of five. Convenient location between the two pools and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen had just about everything you would need for a week long stay. The pull-out beds in the living room worked out well for our family. Short drive or walk to Napili Market if you need to grab any grocery items. Would highly recommend this listing.
