Glad we found this place! Great central location allowing us to explore the entire island. Loved the patio, beach access and resort amenities. Appreciated having use of beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler for day trips. The washer and dryer was a bonus. Clean and very comfy bed. Thank you!

This is our second time staying at this condo. We absolutely love it and will return.
It’s beautiful and clean. The bed is comfortable and everything is updated. We enjoyed the pool and walks on the beach. The beach is not swimmable but it was not a big deal due to having access to the pools at the resort. Garden Island was very accommodating with a late check out and availability to anything we need.

We loved our vacation in Kauai!! The accommodation at Outrigger Kauai Beach Resort was great. Our kids loved the water slide, the spa was also lovely, and breakfast at Napuka was delicious. The resort overall including the pool area can definitely use some updating though, but it seems like a lot of renovation is already in progress. It was a good central location between since it’s located between Hanalei and poipiu beaches (the beach at this resort is not safe for swimming). Overall everything was great, it was a really great value and we would absolutely recommend

Relaxing getaway for the family. My kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Centrally located between Lihue and Kapaa with lots of great places to eat. My kids loved Lydgate park with a large playground. Condo has everything you would need from pull Wagon, beach toys to pack and play for the baby. Would definitely stay again soon. Your family will have lots of fun.

We love being a few steps from the beach & the swimming pools. The location is great! Close to the airport & only a short drive to other beaches and restaurants. I expected to have more family stay with us and that’s why we rented the double room condo. It just was my two young sons and myself, but the space was very clean and beautiful with a wonderful view. On the first night the lights in the hallway were out so it was hard to see, but that issue was taken care of by the next day.
We had everything we could possibly need for cooking, the beach, and entertaining (if family came over) except for a can opener, but I borrowed it from other family staying in another condo.
The amenities (mainly access to the pools) and ability to keep our own food in a large fridge were the highlight of our stay. Netflix and Disney were available for my kids and we felt safe and comfortable in the condo. The A/C and ability to control it in multiple areas of the condo was wonderful as well as the multiple balcony areas. The washer/dryer was also great. Thank you so much for allowing us to feel at home on vacation!

This was a fantastic vacation rental! It was my first time visiting Hawaii, and I was so excited to stay at a relaxing location that was convenient to the things I wanted to see and do! This rental did not disappoint! It was immaculate, comfortable, on beautiful grounds, and convenient to restaurants, shopping, and many beaches (not to mention gorgeous Kauai Beach which was a 3-minute walk across the grounds from our unit)! We are already planning a return trip for August of 2024!!

My friend and I booked last minute flights October 24-31 to Kauai, 3 weeks before departure to be exact. I mean, who can pass up a 50% off Southwest sale....$161 RT non stop flights from San Jose to Lihue right?! That was the easy part....the hard part was finding an affordable Condo in a Central Location. Luckily, I finally came across Mounque's listing in Kapaa at the Kauai Beach Villas. Not only is Mounque's place AFFORDABLE but his attention to EVERY single detail in his listing was outstanding and accurate!! His communications were thorough, prompt and helpful to say the least!! The condo is centrally located so we were able to get to all parts of the island with ease which avoided us from being trapped in a car driving for hours each day. We also loved how Mounque's place is FULLY stocked with your every need and how clean it was! Oh my gosh, and the Cariloha Bamboo Sheets were a dream to sleep on...so much that my friend and I are going bite the bullet and purchase them!! Besides all of the reasons above, one major factor I will definitely stay at Mounque's place again was he includes the daily parking fee and wrist bands to access all pools etc..at the Outrigger Kauai Beach Resort and Spa which was AMAZING and a 3 minute walk to get there from the condo. The pool and spa at the condo was right out the door and around the corner which was super nice as well. We loved our stay and I hope after reading this you decide to stay at Mounque's as well!

My husband and I can’t say enough great things about our trip to Kauai! We loved how this spot was located almost perfectly in the middle between poipu and Princeville! And just a short walk to the beach! The condo in itself was nice and clean. It came stocked with linens and towels and it has a stacked washer and dryer that came in handy! It also had a blow dryer, some boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and much more that was so nice to be able to use since you can’t fly with that stuff! All I have to say is, if you’re looking to vacation in Kauai, this is the condo for you!

Was pretty comfortable. Could use some updating and steam cleaning the tile in kitchen and bathrooms. The balcony was closed due to some damage and needs to be repaired asap. Also was pretty hot in the living room area and could use bigger better fans. Otherwise great location and the beaches are beautiful. Although you can’t swim in the ocean too rough but plenty nearby. Can’t wait to come back

Absolutely loved the view from our balcony. The staff was very friendly. We were really happy with the location. The only thing I would suggest is to have more chaise lounges around the patio. They could have used at least a dozen or more. There was not enough places to sit. All in all we loved the place
