As the title states it is comfortable and quiet. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. The overall rating would have been given 5 stars if there was central air conditioning. The a/c in the bedroom kept the room cool and comfortable for sleeping. It would have been more convenient having a functional refrigerator in the kitchen instead of in the dining area.

We enjoyed are stay at Robert's home in the Kauai Beach Villas. First, the location is excellently placed on the island; walking distance to the beach, 5 miles from the airport, and around 90 minutes to the furthest most point going north and west. The condo was very clean and was accurately described. We liked the fact that beach chairs and towels and other items were available for our many excursions to the beaches. Access to the condo was easy and the grounds were well manicured. We highly recommend this condo when planning your Kauai vacation.

This is a very comfortable property. It has everything we’ve needed, including beach, chairs, boogie board, beach towels, and nearby swimming pools. It’s very centrally located on Kauai close to everything yet quiet and away from any hustle and bustle having two bathrooms is a bonus. The lanai is a wonderful place to have breakfast and cocktails. The only thing I would change is to air condition the whole living space. Having the bedroom air-conditioned helps, but it was still pretty hot in the living room area. In August, the beach area is not really swimmable, but still a great place to hang out. Being able to use the resort facilities, right next-door is quite a bonus loved it! Will definitely try to come back to the property, if not the same unit.

We stayed for 3 weeks; strongly appreciated everything about the time. The unit did not become small; the lanai was a dining area. The unit provided everything we needed for cooking, a beach stay, comfortable sleep, relaxation.

Instructions from Robert were great, as to how to find it, the wifi, wristbands for the resort. The place was perfectly clean. It included so many useful things that I wish everyone would include, like a blender & condiments. There was also all kinds of sunscreen, & other bathroom items. The large deck had 4 chairs, a table & a stash of handy things like beach chairs, boogie boards & more. The setting was lovely, it was great to be able to use the resort pools,& the bar & restaurant. There was ample free parking & although we did not rent a car, it would be best to have one. We got by with a tour of movie sites, friends we made there taking us to the canyon & Poipu, and Lyft. There is no bus stop within 3-5 miles. There were 2 TVs and instructions on how to use them. Two bathrooms, plenty of towels, hangers, dressers, closets, a big bed in the bedroom & a Murphy bed in the living room. The only thing that would make it better is an air conditioner in the living room. We opened the door to the hallway (& closed the bedroom off to save that air conditioned air) to bring air from the balcony in & met some very nice neighbors! The housekeeper Dawn, is wonderful, also.

The location was great and they made the process of checking in and out very easy. It was clean upon arrival. We ventured out every day so we didn’t use many of the resort amenities. However, the bed was comfy and the place was quiet. Loved having the cooler and beach chairs.

Loved the location, the resort grounds are beautiful, close to the airport and all the amenities. It is your typical Kauai accommodation, but very clean, quiet, comfortable with everything you need. Really appreciate the beach chairs and towels. The owner was quick to respond. After coming to Kauai for the last 8 years, this is our favorite place now. Definitely would love to come back.

Overall, the condo is beautiful and looks as it does it the pictures. The Kauai Beach Resort was a perfect location for us while on the island. The only thing that caused us issue with the condo was the AC unit in the bedroom— it was very hot while we were there and this AC unit kept the bedroom cool, but the rest of the condo was very, very warm.

I enjoyed staying at this rental. The condo is very spacious and clean, and central to key locations on the island. One can take a short watch to a wavy beach, and there are adorable cats roaming the property. I appreciated the inclusion of all the beach gear. The only negative was the front door, which I found very hard to open.

This rental was truly a wonderful place to call home while we were on our vacation on Kauai. Its location made it easy to travel around the island, but also close in proximity to many great restaurants and beautiful beaches. The rental itself was clean, well maintained, spacious, and furnished to make you feel right at home. Additionally, Robert was extremely helpful and accommodating for the changes we made to our reservation and responsive to any messages or questions we had. This is truly a perfect place to stay while in paradise on Kauai.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The property is very well kept and very clean. The condo was very cute and cozy. The pool and hot tub are on the smaller side but still nice and we were able to walk over to the resort next door and use their pool/hot tub facilities for free! We enjoyed using the beach chairs the condo had available for our use and they also provided a couple of beach towels too! Over all we loved staying here. A couple of downfalls- the front door to the condo is very hard to open. It is an old and very heavy door and you have to use your body weight pushed hard against it to open it. We were able to handle this, but elderly folks would have a tough time with this. The AC unit is located in the bedroom and nowhere else. This makes it comfortable for sleeping but would be nice to have AC in the living room area as well. If you plan to have someone sleep in the couch or hide a bed in the living room, they would have no AC and probably wouldn’t be able to sleep.

We stayed for 1 week at Roberts place. It was our first time in Kauai and after 1 week there we feel his place is the perfect location. It’s near the airport, and it’s centrally located so it’s easy to get to each part of the the island. We felt we had the best of both worlds with his place. We had a roomy condo but we had access to the resort next door that we hung out at for the pools and restaurants. Pools were awesome! We ate at shutters lounge during happy hour several times. It was on a beautiful beach too so we’d walk it in the morning or at night. As for the condo itself, it was bigger than it looks in pictures. Loved having a kitchen and a washer/dryer. Beautiful view of the ponds. The bed was SO comfortable. The air conditioner was a life saver in our bed room at night. No air conditioner in the other rooms but there are lots of fans that did the trick. It is an older condo and could use some maintenance on a few things so keep that in mind. But it’s the right price! We will definitely stay there again when we come back.

We really enjoyed the property (C5). It was comfortable and convenient to all locations. The common areas were very nice. The Villa pool was smaller but just right for us. The Resort pool was very nice. We found that going North was more convenient for local shopping. The malls we're on the South side.
We drove to Waimea Canyon lookout: amazing!
We didn't have a bad experience at any of the restaurants we visited.
Our property manager, Dawn, answered all our questions quickly. She had good suggestions, too.

Once again it was an Amazing stay at my favorite place! This unit is located perfectly with a great view from the balcony overlooking the pool area. It has a short walk to the beach and everything you need to enjoy it. I will be back to Kauai and could not imagine staying anywhere else. It has always been a Wonderful visit here at this location. The Communication is easy and anything you should need to know taken care of promptly. Mahalo Robert for everything!

The property was clean, nicely furnished and homey. The owner had lots of little amenities that helped make our stay easier. The grounds were well-maintained and we enjoyed morning sunrise walks on the beach. We would definitely stay again!

The area was super convenient and had access to a beautiful, quiet beach. The condo was a good size, but not as clean or in good repair as other VRBO properties that we have stayed in. The linens were quite old and need to be replaced. The pillows were super flat and uncomfortable. There were bugs crawling around under the kitchen sink. The bed quilt was yellowed and the bathroom mats looked stained. There was an old shirt left behind the night stand and a large crack in the wall with pealing paint. These are all things that could be easily fixed to make it a great place to stay.

We were so pleased with this place! Lihue is the perfect location to explore the island. It's halfway in the middle of everything!
The lanai has a nice view of the pool, palm trees and lagoon. We spent time relaxing there when we needed a break. So peaceful. Yet, there are also the sounds of birds, frogs, and we hope you like roosters!
It's so nice to have access to the resort too. Wonderful pools.
We enjoyed the Shutters Lounge (at the resort next door) and its live music. We went there three times during our stay! Good food and drinks too. Fish and chips, burger, rice bowl, and Mai Tais were some of the things we tried. All delicious!
We both agreed, if we get to come back to Kauai, we would stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay! Perfect central location for exploring the island, and a very well appointed condo with everything you could need. Having 2 bathrooms is very convenient. Loved dining on the lanai overlooking the pool and lagoon - beautiful and peaceful - except for the roosters, lol! Well kept grounds with pool, hot tub and spotless BBQ. Owner is easy to contact and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

It is nice to be so self contained and be able to cook our own meals when we wanted to. Nicely stocked kitchen! We had all the implements we needed for cooking and cleaning. Very comfortable!
It was my husband’s first time in Hawaii and his birthday and he loved it. We will come back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit is super spacious for a 1 bedroom property. The living area and kitchen were lovely and having 2 bathrooms was a nice plus. The location is great for exploring both the north and south sides of the island, and the rest of the property was really quiet and pleasant. Robert was awesome with communication as well. Many times pictures are not an accurate representation of what the condition of the unit actually is, when you see it; the opposite is true here. This is one of the nicest places I have stayed, in the beautiful setting of the Kauai Beach Villas. Access to a wonderful pool complex at the neighboring hotel. Host very responsive and easy to communicate with, check in and out clear and easy. Very nicely appointed, especially in the kitchen, excellent pans, knives and appliances. Only slight downside was no air conditioning in the living/dining area; however it was relatively easy to manage while I was there, breeze from slider, cool in the morning, pulling wooden curtain during afternoon sun. Altogether, a delightful, stress free stay! Adults only, no young children.

Had a great time at this little condo. Location is wonderful for both north and south Shores. The grounds are gorgeous and you also get to use any facilities at the resort even though you're staying behind it for less than resort prices. There's also a Starbucks in the resort which was a nice surprise. The beach is a short walk (just keep an eye out for the Portuguese man o war. There were many on the beach while we were there). The condo has beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a small cooler as well. It was a wonderful home base while we were there!

Kauai Beach Villas is an upper tier resort with the best location on the island - it is on the beach just a few miles north of the airport with a hotel next door with pools and other amenities. The unit was very nice and the only issue was that the front room was not air conditioned - there was an air conditioning unit in the bedroom, but not in the front room.

I highly recommended renting Robert’s place. Communication was effortless and the space looked even better than the pictures. Robert’s place was super comfortable for me and my boyfriend to stay in. The kitchen was well stocked, location was great, and the wifi was super fast (we were working remote with Covid). It was nice having 2 full bathrooms as well. The AC in the bedroom is a little loud but you get used to it. overall we had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Robert's condo. It is located next to Kauai Beach Resort, 5 min from Lihue Airport, with full access to the resort pools and amenities. The condo is spacious and clean. It actually has 2 full bath, one in master and one outside. There is also a murphy bed in the living room for a larger family. We received clear check in instructions days before our trip. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella & cooler are provided. It is nice to have a full kitchen to enjoy a relaxing breakfast before heading out. There is also a nice roomy balcony that overlook the lagoon and green belt. We had issues with the internet. Robert contacted the property manager and took care of it in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this condo again if we come back next time. Mahalo!!
