We love being a few steps from the beach & the swimming pools. The location is great! Close to the airport & only a short drive to other beaches and restaurants. This was a fantastic vacation rental! It was my first time visiting Hawaii, and I was so excited to stay at a relaxing location that was convenient to the things I wanted to see and do! This rental did not disappoint! It was immaculate, comfortable, on beautiful grounds, and convenient to restaurants, shopping, and many beaches (not to mention gorgeous Kauai Beach which was a 3-minute walk across the grounds from our unit)! We are already planning a return trip for August of 2024!!

We were to stay here for 14 days. The place was great. Lots of kitchen supplies. Comfortable king size bed. It was great to have access to the larger pool and hot tubs at the resort which was a short walk away. The problems were that we could not use the balcony but others around us were using theirs. We did get a lower price due to this. Then on day 9 they started construction in the villas right above or beside us waking us up each morning with loud noises. The rental company did honor our request to be moved.

Found this when looking for accommodations fir our 1st time in Kauai. The rental process was easy and the communication with staff was excellent. Pros: Beautiful resort. Great location. Condo had the space and accommodations we needed.Cons: When we walked in the condo smelled very musty and the shower curtain had mold. The smell lasted for our entire stay but the Rental Co. did what they could to remedy our disappointment.

Excellent condo unit, great location on the property, clean and well maintained. Also great location on Kauai, easy to go either north or south. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Coconut Marketplace, Hukilau Lanai restaurant, Pua Kea Golf course, Princeville Botanical Gardens, and the Kauai Museum in Lihue are favorites! Aloha and mahalo!

Loved unit E-15. Perfect for two. Unit was clean and well stocked. Really enjoyed the view from the lanai. We used the a/c only once, the breeze cooled the unit quite nicely. The grounds were always well kept and clean. The pools were kinda small but being able to use the resort pools next door was great. Reviews will tell you the beach isn't that good, but we found it perfect for morning walks. Quiet and clean. The further down towards the golf course you walk the the nicer the beach gets. This is one of the best rentals we've had on any of the islands. You won't be disappointed.

This nicely updated unit had everything we needed for a pleasant stay on Kauai, including sturdy beach chairs to enjoy the view that's available a 2-minute walk away.The unit has fans in the living room and bedroom to keep the airflow moving, plenty of utensils and supplies ... even dumbbells if you wanted to exercise a little.We were able to multi-purpose the furniture to meet our needs, and were comfortable entertaining guests in the unit.The lanai faces west, which means we had a great view of the lagoon while being sheltered from the winter trade winds and showers that are part of being on Kauai. We definitely will be booking this unit again for future visits.

We had stayed in an ocean view villa in past years that was unavailable, so we enjoyed the quieter view of the lagoon this year. Our space had all the amenities we could ask for, and we found ourselves cooking more meals at home and spending more time on the lanai and walking the lovely beaches every day!

This particular condo unit was pleasant. Fairly updated and clean. Furniture in the living area could have been better placed or of a different style. The staff at the rental office was excellent and very quick to respond on the small items that needed to be corrected. My only real concern about this location and property are the chickens and roosters. They are absolutely out of control! There are far too many of them now, and the roosters crow at all hours of the day-and-night. I would 100% consider returning to this property and referring it to my friends and clients. But only if something is done about these birds!

The entire condo was spotless clean! All the decor and furniture was comfy and made us feel at home. The condo was in a great location, close to the main stores, but also right on the beach. The use of the hotel facilities, like the pool, is an added bonus. This place is great, it has everything you need!

Perfect rental unit and full kitchen was a huge convenience. Two AC units was a huge plus for our comfort.Only negative was having to drive to another location a few miles away to get our keys. Other than that, this was a fantastic place to stay for our trip.

What a delight!This condo when you first walk in the door was a beautiful surprise with the beautiful Hawaiian design floors.The condo was extremely comfortable with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of fans and along with two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom and they both worked without any flaws. It was well appointed with tasteful decor and furnishings.The kitchen was well stocked with new modern pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses, utensils and just about anything you would need to cook with.The dishwasher and refrigerator worked just fine. The washer and dryer are easy to use.The lanai was wonderfully set up with chairs and a little table to have your breakfast or whatever you would like outside. The condo overlooks the pond which is a beautiful resort feature.To be clear this is not an ocean or pool view condo. We really enjoyed the living room there’s a double electric recliner very very comfortable with a wonderful TV with multiple viewing options for TV. They also had a wonderful radio in the living room that worked great along with board games and books.The closet had two beach chairs and umbrella and an ice chest which was useful to use as you go to the beach. By renting the condos you still get to use the amenities of the resort which are all the pools, hot tubs, barbecues, water slide etc. My husband and I have rented many condos on our vacations through VRBO and I can truly say this is one of the best condos we have ever rented. We will definitely be back. The only negative thing I could say about the condo would be maybe have a bathmat in the bathtub because it can get kind of slippery getting in and out of the shower. That would be my only negative review on this condo. It is a delightful place to rent!! I highly recommend it.

The rental was perfectly located in Lihue, which meant fairly equidistant trips to the north island beaches and State Parks, as well as to Waimea Canyon and state parks on the South/West side of the island. Also some of the best food spots, luaus, and guided tours leave out of the west side or Poipu which are very close. We’d definitely stay here for this reason alone.As far as the room goes, it was also great! The AC was ice cold for us in June when it was 80+ outside. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools you could need (lots of pots, pans, knives, etc). However, as stated by another reviewer, there were no condiments or ingredients so fortunately we brought with us most of what we needed from the mainland to keep costs down. Worth mentioning here is there are two 24hr Safeways 9-12min away in either direction. Helpful when everything closes on the island by 5-6pm. The bed was large and comfortable, and a separate AC in there for cool night sleeping! Though we didn’t have as much time as expected to enjoy the pools, we did make it out there which was effortless. Big refreshing pools and three hot tubs. Not overly crowded either. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our two week stay at this Kauai Beach Villa property. The accommodations were great for our needs and we found it to be neat and clean. Good supply of dishes and cookware. We enjoyed using the outdoor grills that were just steps away. The cleanest grills I’ve ever cooked on!The resort areas we well maintained and the pool areas were very nice. Great pool furniture and it was never really crowded. We enjoyed the beach and saw some amazing sunrises. Wonderful walking beach with easy access from the villas. We loved the central location on the island- easy to get to anywhere on Kauai and very convenient to shopping and dining options. We were happy to have a nice cooler, Beach umbrella, and beach towels and chairs to use for our trips to the beach. Great parking area close to our condo was very convenient. Overall great experience and we will stay here again when we return to Kauai.

Great location. Close to airport and easy drive to amenities and activities across the island. Lovely lanai view of pond with water feature. Resort pools amazing. Lots of waterfalls, a waterslide, sand bottom pool. Fantastic sunrise views at ocean - 2 min walk from condo. Ocean not for swimming, but many beautiful beach options 7-25 min away. Building showing it’s age, but condo comfortable and clean. Comfortable mattress, decent water pressure. Kitchen well appointed with tools, however only pantry supplies tiny salt/pepper so be prepared to buy everything else to cook. A couple of a mall issues were handled quickly by staff at Kauai beach rentals. We would stay again. Good value and great location.

The property was in a sublime location next to a resort that we were able to use. However, there was NO information in anything we were given or told that we could access the resort's pools.I know we're still living with Covid but not having any condiments was very frustrating. There should have been S&P, oil, ketchup, and mustard packets. IF Covid was the issue for not supplying them, state that instead of having guests wonder.The cleaner or someone needs to do a better job to ensure that everything is in working order prior to having guests arrive. NO reason when we're spending that much money to have lights missing in fixtures, no dishrack, shelves missing in the fridge, etc.Certainly inconvenient to have to return keys, bracelets, etc to the office several miles away when checking out instead of simply leaving them all in the unit.The view from our unit was dreamy! It would take very little to make this property as great as it can be.

This property was perfect for our (wife and me) vacation. Though it was on the small side, it had everything we needed. We appreciated the cooler and chairs that were provided. The Kauai themed decor was fun. Neighbors were very friendly. Short walk to good sunrise viewing beach. Sunset view from the balcony was lovely.

Check in process was super easy, picking up the welcome packet at the office. The grounds were beautiful and we loved seeing all the different wild life, stepping out the door it was a game of “what will we see next?” Mama hens & chicks, roosters, geckos, toads (only at night) feral cats, & other birds. Just don’t feed them!
The condo was perfect for what we needed, too bad we didn’t cook & utilize the kitchen more. Washer/drier came in handy once, but went to run the dishwasher and found no dishwasher detergent.
Bedding was super cozy and soft, mattress was comfy.
Access to the resort pools was crucial! We stopped by the villas pool/spa and we’re underwhelmed, but then we wandered our way to the resort pools and spent many hours there. I personally took a trip down the water slide with all the kids 😂
The front door was extremely tricky to figure out how to open the first few times, we were stuck outside for 10 mins before we figured it out. It’s just a simple lock and knob but the door’s so heavy, we’d unlock and then the knob & nothing would happen. Then also the knob leaves your hand smelling metallic…weird I know.
Water pressure in the shower is quite light, I don’t mind so much but that was my husbands comment.
Couldn’t get the TV to work in the bedroom, but was nice to be able to login to my Netflix account in the living room.
And not sure if it was a fluke, but the lagoon featured in the main image from the lanai shows beautiful blue water, when at least during our stay, was a murky brown color, didn’t even realize there were fish in it until a couple days in.
The location is great, far away where it’s quiet and secluded, but close enough to great activities and places to eat.
We would love to stay again some day.
