Relax in your vacation villa overlooking the Beach golf course in the heart of Waikoloa! Wake up to a spectacular view from your lanai of the sunrise over Mauna Kea volcano and golfers starting their early morning rounds. Enjoy a 20 percent discounted green fee for an early morning round on either of the two championship golf courses, then spend the rest of your day on ‘Anaeho’omalu Beach (A-Bay), in the infinity pool soaking up the sun, or taking a leisurely stroll through either of the two shopping centers within a five-minute walk. In the evening, use the shared grill or prepare a meal in the comfort of your air-conditioned condo, relax with your favorite beverage on the lanai, and enjoy the beautiful sunset.
Golf is all around you here, with the local courses being just a few steps away or about 10 minutes up the hill in the village. You can walk about a mile and watch the sunset on the beach and grab a happy hour cocktail at Lava Lava. The Kings' Shops and the Queens' MarketPlace offer all kinds of shopping (Tommy Bahama, Coach, and Quiksilver), dining (Macaroni Grill and Roy's), and even a movie theater and a market. Take a day and head 25 miles south into downtown Kona, where you can learn some Hawaiian history, walk along oceanfront Ali'i Drive, and have a waterfront sunset meal.

Fairway Villas Waikoloa Beach Resort will start replacing the second-floor walkway tiles in buildings B, C, F, I, J, N. This will complete the replacement of all tiles on the second and third floor walkways. This project will start on May 16th, and run through October 28th, 2022.
The time frame for each building is as follows:
May 16, 2022-June 10, 2022, Building B
June 13, 2022-July 8, 2022, Building C
July 11, 2022-August 5, 2022, Building F
August 8, 2022-September 2, 2022, Building I
September 5, 2022-September 30, 2022, Building J
October 3, 2022-October 28, 2022, Building N
The first week of each building will be the noisiest with demolition taking place. After which they will occasionally be hammering and tile cutting. All units will be accessible at any time. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we move through this project.

Stays over 28 nights may be eligible for a fee waiver.
Parking notes: The assigned parking space is #44. Ensure you park extra vehicles in a non-reserved or a visitor parking space. A parking pass is required and will be left inside the unit upon arrival. Please ensure this is displayed on your dashboard on the drivers side during your stay to avoid any parking fines.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
