PLEASE NOTE: Waikoloa Fairway Villas has signed a contractor to work on the spalling problem in the foundation of D building starting April 1st. Workers will arrive at 8am but there will be no noise until 9. At times there will be some loud noise that could be disruptive. I will try to schedule the loud noise between 10am and 2pm and have the workers be as Inconspicuous as possible. The work is scheduled. through the month of April.

Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2024. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.
Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses).
Fees are $85.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $25.00.
Instructions for using this privilege will be sent after reservation is confirmed.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Parking pass must be on the dashboard. Parking Passes will be in unit upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community swimming pool.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ’s near the swimming pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Yes. Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.

Waikoloa Fairway Villas D4 is located on the first floor of the D Building. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
Please note: Per the HOA rules at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in or around the spa/hot tub area.
The Waikoloa Fairway Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located nearby the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Nice stay. The property is a bit old but well maintained and is very reasonably priced. Kitchen was well equipped - we cooked through our stay and found everything that was needed. Hilton pass and club infinity pool are really good for family with kids. Beach equipment is really useful. Location is within walking distance to A bay, Hilton resort and shopping mall.

The condo is great! The location is perfect - just 5 minutes (walking) from lots of shops, restaurants, the Marriott and 8 minutes from the public beach. The grounds are beautiful with an awesome pool and gymnasium. The condo itself is very well-equipped and makes for a comfortable stay. To complete the 5 star experience, it would be nice to have the towels and bedsheets upgraded.

Very impressed with this great property. Perfect location within the resort for walking everywhere and amenities were spot on. Perfect size for 4 adults and access to Waikoloa Hilton is one of the best value adds I've experienced in a long time. Booking the reservation and communication with the property manager was excellent. The unit D4 in Fairway Villas has the benefit of discounted golf and a pool pass to the Hilton. We used them both and it was an added bonus. Highly recommend this property and we will be coming back.

Thank you all for making our 2 week stay so memorable and welcoming. We loved your hospitality, easy communication, and this specific unit - always shady enough to not use the AC. We kept windows open and did not need the AC but for 2 short times. Mahalo Nui! Great customer service, welcome letter, follow up.
