Property Notes: The home is protected by a video doorbell that does NOT record conversation. Guests will not have access to the doorbell feed. Minimum nights vary seasonally between 5 - 10 nights. Unit is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Due to the extreme cost of electricity, this unit uses a smart thermostat that provides comfortable cooling between 74 and 85 degrees.

Parking Notes: Park in any non-reserved visitor parking space. A parking pass is required and will be left inside the unit to use during your stay.
