Welcome to Fairway Waikoloa G33! With a Hawaiiana theme throughout, this one of a kind residence is nestled in a garden-like environment in the highly desired Waikoloa Beach Resort. This condominium is situated at the Fairway Villas complex and is unparalleled in its splendor, style and amenities.

This two-bedroom, two bathroom loft unit has an open and inviting floor plan that will easily accommodate six guests.

The hale is immaculately kept and will be a perfect place to reside in paradise while you enjoy your maiden voyage to Hawaii, honeymoon, business trip, wedding anniversary or other special occasion.

On-site you have a beautiful infinity pool and hot tub, with an abundance of lounge chairs to soak up the sun. There is a well apportioned exercise room with treadmill, elliptical and a variety of other equipment to keep you fit and trim despite any of your vacation indulgences.

Speaking of dining… You are two minutes away from both the Kings and Queens marketplaces which are anchored by the world class cuisine of Roy's along with dozens and dozens of intriguing stores to indulge your shopping expertise.

Two championship golf courses are open to the public and our unit is situated adjacent to the 15th green. The outdoor lanai provides amazing views of Kohala and, Mauna Kea mountains as well as the golf course.

Just a couple of minute drive you will find picturesque Ana'eho'omalu Bay commonly referred to as (A-Bay). A-Bay has some of the most awe-inspiring sunsets you will find anywhere in the world. It's a great beach to swim, snorkel or just relax on the salt and pepper sand. There is also a large tidal pool that you will certainly want to explore and there is ocean front dining at the adjacent Lava Lava restaurant.

The complex has elevator access to the unit and has central air conditioning to keep you comfortable year around. Staying at Hale Maika'i is an experience you will not want to miss! This is a very well kept condo that is well equipped with everything you need. We stayed 5 nights and had a great time. The only down side is the garage is too small for most vehicles but there are a number of visitor parking spots you can use.

Everything we needed all in one location! We were a party of 4 (2 adults, a 19yr old and a 16 yr old). Our 16 yr old stayed in the loft on the 2nd floor, and our 19 yr old stayed in the guest room. All appliances were there and we even had to use the first aid kit for a minor cut. Pool was beautiful and was happy that the spa was for adults only. We took advantage of the washer and dryer on our last day, and used the extra blankets at night. Garage had all the beach necessities however the bikes were just a tease since they were locked up. We called to try and get access but due to liability reasons, they didn't allow us to use them. We will definitely be back!

The community was nice and we enjoyed the pool and being able to walk to the shopping area and the beach for sunset one night. The unit itself did the job, but it let us down two ways: 1) the decor was dusty; 2) the shower curtain in the second bathroom was very dirty (so dirty that I had my kids use the master bathroom shower) and the light fixture was flickering. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas, but there was only one boogie board. If you decide to stay here, know that a van will not fit in the garage.You need to park in a guest space in the parking lot (which will not be labeled with the unit number). Communication on this point ahead of time would have been appreciated, as we spent too much time trying to figure that out in the dark. Luckily the manager did reply to my text even though office hours were closed.

It's a nice place and we'd stay here again. Kona Vacation Rentals did a great job of keeping us informed, check in, etc. It's a really nice place in a nice location for sure. We have three kids and the loft was perfect. It has a nice golf course view and you can sit on the deck and provide your own critique as golfers tee off just yards away. Also, it's on the dark side of the complex, so you get a night sky view without the light pollution from Kings/Queens shops. Lot's of stars out at night. The only real negative with the silverware and pan situation. It's not good. There are like four small forks, five regular sized forks, four teaspoons and four tablespoons. LOL. No, I'm not kidding. We made due and (although I thought about it), it wasn't enough for me to deduct a star. We had a great time as always when we come, the place is clean, the concierge was great and helped us book an awesome manta ray snorkel with the whole family (thanks David), so overall, it was great. As others have noted, the garage won't fit a minivan. that said, in 12 days we never had an issue finding visitor parking, so no problem there. And yes, there are beach chairs and 1) boogie board. We bought a few cheapie board from Walmart for the other two kids and left them in the garage for others to use as well as a couple of new Tommy Bahama costco chairs that were given to us by other vacationers who were heading home. Have fun!

We had such a great time at this property! It is located very close to the Queens market and the Kings shops, so we were able to walk to get a morning coffee before starting our day! The unit is spacious, quiet, and our enquiries to the property management company were handled in a timely and friendly manner. We took the kids on walks around the property, & the pool was a great way to spend the hot afternoons. We also explored many beaches, booked Captain Cook excursions & a luau (with the advice of a concierge David-this is a service offered by Kona properties, I would recommend taking advantage of it as he was able to provide us with a lot of advice and insight prior to our trip. We will happily book with KCV again!!!

This airy 2 bedroom with loft was a perfect place to enjoy the Big Island! It felt so spacious! Being on the top level we had a beautiful view of the golf course and palms swaying in the breeze. This was a quiet complex with an open air weight room, swimming pool and grill area all in a central location. A Bay is the closest beach and beautiful for watching the sunset. There are several other excellent beaches for swimming and snorkeling nearby also.

Stayed at the 2 bedroom plus loft condo for 2 weeks on the Big Island. It was the perfect amount of space for a family of 4. When we first arrived, the reserved garage space was too small to fit our rental minivan. I called Kona Coast who answered promptly and told us that we could park in the visitor parking and let us know there were parking passes in the condo to place on the dashboard of our vehicle. Central AC worked very well. We enjoyed watching the golfers tee off while enjoying drinks on the lanai. We walked to King's shopping plaza for coffee at Island Vintage Coffee every morning. They have really good açaí bowls too. Queens market place was also very close to walk to for more food and shopping options. We were very close to the multiple bbq grills, open air gym and swimming pool/spa the complex offered. The grounds of the condo were very well maintained and clean. They provided some toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge, dishwasher detergent and laundry soap. But would recommend buying more if staying for longer than a week. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, cutting boards, crock pot and a rice cooker. Condo is close to Hapuna Beach. We made trips once a week to Target and Costco in Kona to replenish the refrigerator. Only minor complaints: Beach umbrella should be replaced. Pillows need to be replaced. Stairs up to the loft not good for small kids or elderly. We will definitely make this our home base when we return to the Big Island!!

Amazing views or the ocean right out the door and it was so nice to sleep with the sounds of the crashing waves. Enjoyed being just out of town and morning runs over the rolling hills along the ocean. 10/10

We received very detail instructions about the property and the area, we got also recommendations for tours, etc. The Property Managers or concierge called us to see how the stay was to check-in. Great place and great management.

Great, clean condo with nice amenities. Unit is close to the pool and the gym. You can also walk to the shops, restaurants and grocery store which is very convenient. Really enjoyed waking up and watching the sunrise over the mountains from the deck. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice stay at this property. It was just as described. Great deck to hang out on with morning coffee or evening cocktails. Loved the walking proximity to A-Bay and Lava Lava Beach Club, and driving proximity to other beaches in the Waikoloa area as well as to Kona. We tended to turn the thermostat up (to shut the a/c off) most of the time we were there, as we loved having the fresh air and breeze blow through. (For future renters... there was a house fan that stayed on, and we couldn't figure out how to turn off - had called the property manager and they didn't know - and it wasn't really an issue, but my daughter found a switch up in the loft on the last day we were there that shut it off! That's where it is, in case you want to do the same.) You get your exercise going up the stairs to the unit, but we loved being on the top floor. We used the community grills by the pool. They were clean and great to use - and was nice to chat with other people who were also grilling at the same time. Nice community feel. Pool was very clean. Overall we had a great stay!

Nice condo, the only complaint is the living room sofa and chairs were uncomfortable, well worn need to be replaced. AC unit is very loud, but easy enough to shut it off
